Fantastic experience: This place is the best! My daughter loves going and the girls are wonderful with her. Every kid walks out smiling after their session! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We have been bringing our son to CPT for several years now for OT, PT, and ST. We've worked with many of the therapists here and they've all been amazing! They are all so patient and understanding of the children's needs and do a wonderful job of communicating with the parents. There have been several times they've gone above and beyond to help get him what he needs.

Fantastic experience: Karen PT is so helpful and makes you understand everything and nice and caring! Amazing place and the staff and owners are great! Definitely worth it!

Negative experience: This place is HIGHLY unprofessional. My daughter has been going there for a while, and I immediately pulled her out due to a family member knowing when we don't show up or how my child is doing. My daughter has a family member that works there. I understand she has to see the kids it's apart of her job. That's not my issue, my issue is simply a family member that isn't in our life doesn't need to know when we come when we don't come or how my child is doing. This place is AWFUL. Although my daughter's therapists were sweet I do not think this is a professional place to go to when you aren't even allowed inside with your kids so you don't know what is being said to who. The only reason they even got one star is because my phone wouldn't let me continue, carry on.

Negative experience: The billing here is seriously some 1980 throwback stuff. Billing is done poorly. Bills are not sent out complete. They are sent late and extra fees are charged for paying by credit. They want you to pay with phone apps like someone off of Craigslist. They will bill you partial amounts and then yes except a 3.50 fee for each payment regardless of amount. So it’s just a junk charge. I won’t make any COVID complaints because this is just a bad time. They will mark bills that are late that are not. I don’t respect businesses that make it hard when the customers want to pay what they owe.

Fantastic experience: This has been an amazing resource and support system for the two young children I currently have guardianship of. Between the two of them, we have had occupational, speech, and physical therapy services. Every therapist has been professional, highly educated, and focused on the direct needs of each child. I've seen incredible growth in the kids.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t ask for better individuals to get my son back on track. So thankful for the amazing staff!!

Positive experience: Really a 2.5 ⭐. As the therapist was really nice and engaging I found the business structure poor. Due to covid, they eliminated parent involvement with child therapy making it difficulty for us to learn how to manage and assist the child. There should have been more thought into keeping it safe as the parent and child are together one patient. Still the company charges full price. As for payment plans, it is not the most consumer friendly. But to stress, the therapist and staff have been very nice, the owners choices seem to be the problem.

Fantastic experience: We have had the best therapist. Sad to see her go because our baby graduated from therapy yesterday!

Fantastic experience: We see Karen S. (OT) and Amy (dietician) for my infant's feeding disorder and they are both very, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Karen is extremely comfortable with infants! Highly recommend both!
