From a young age, I was determined to become a physical therapist after I started having frequent ankle sprains and began going to physical therapy. My physical therapist had a major impact on my life, helping me to build stability and strength that allowed me to excel in my sports. The ability to have a positive effect on people's lives and help them achieve their goals has motivated me to become an excellent physical therapist.

I am committed to furthering my education in manual therapy by completing a fellowship and obtaining certification in additional spinal techniques for Washington. I understand the significance of keeping up with new research and not allowing my knowledge to become stagnant, as this would put me at a disadvantage.

My hobbies include playing and watching sports, reading, taking hikes, swimming, hunting, fishing, watching television, and most importantly, spending quality time with my family and friends.

I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from WSU Vancouver with honors and subsequently completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Eastern Washington University.

Patrick is from Vancouver, Canada. He graduated from University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is an expert in treating spinal issues, lower back pain, sacroiliac joints, and neck pain. In his free time, Patrick is an enthusiastic runner and enjoys taking care of his garden.

Kirsti is originally from Portland, Oregon and obtained her Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Washington. For the past 25 years, she has been providing Physical Therapy services to patients at an orthopedic outpatient clinic in Everett. She enjoys the challenge of learning something new every day while helping her patients reach their rehabilitation goals through manual techniques and exercise. She was also a key figure in creating Cascade's aquatic therapy program, which is still running and providing services to a wide range of patients. Outside of the clinic, Kirsti enjoys running and walking around the neighborhood, cheering on her daughters, and spending time with her husband on the waters of the Pacific Northwest.

Kylee is from Lake Stevens and has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Sports Psychology from Western Washington University. She then continued her education by attending the Lake Washington Institute of Technology to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. She grew up playing volleyball and tennis, and now helps coach high school volleyball. She and her fiancé have a goal to travel to all 50 states and in her free time, she enjoys hiking and biking on local trails. Kylee is passionate about health and puts that passion into her work as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Jasmine was raised in Bakersfield, CA and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University, Bakersfield. After a short break, she went on to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington. She enjoys treating all kinds of patients, but has a special interest in those who have had or are receiving cancer treatment. She strives to be an encouraging force for those who are looking to maximize their recovery. In her free time, Jasmine enjoys trying out local food, hiking, dancing with her friends, and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Jessica and her team devoted their time to carefully listening to my concerns about my persistent pain and six back operations. Even though my situation was complicated, Jessica was able to make a major improvement in my life by introducing me to an ankle-foot orthosis (AFO) for my foot drop. I had a custom-made AFO from Cornerstone, and it has been a complete game-changer. I am very thankful for all the assistance.

The staff are friendly and the physical therapy is great, however, there is a problem with the billing office. My insurance company said that it is illegal for them to charge me before they bill my insurance. I have called the billing office four times but no one has gotten back to me.
