Rachel completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy Program from the University of Puget Sound in 2021, after obtaining her Bachelor's degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead in Exercise Science, with Minors in Strength & Conditioning and Health & Medical Sciences. She has experience working with a variety of patients and medical issues, such as post-surgical, chronic pain, sports/work injuries, and neurological disorders. She believes that a personalized treatment plan is the key to helping her patients reach their goals and improve their quality of life. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys going hiking to find the most stunning mountain views, exploring with her friends, and staying active by playing sports.
Christy was raised in the Puget Sound region and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from The University of Puget Sound in 2000. She began her OT career in the U.S. Army, where she was on active duty for four years at Fort Jackson, South Carolina and was acknowledged as an Upper Extremity Neuromusculoskeletal Evaluator. After relocating to Washington State, she has been employed at Cascade Rehabilitation since 2004 and became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2007. She continues to improve her clinical abilities by participating in advanced hand training seminars and staying up to date with current peer-reviewed literature. She is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists. In addition to spending time with her husband and three children, Christy enjoys singing with her church's worship team and the Mill Creek Chorale.
Denise has been a physical therapist for over 25 years in an orthopedic clinic in Everett. She graduated from Loma Linda University in 1988 and moved to the Northwest with her husband and daughters in 1992. She enjoys helping her patients reach their rehabilitation goals through manual therapy and exercise programs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and pet, going on hikes and bike rides.
For the past 19 years, Janet has been providing physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting, with the last 16 years at Cascade Rehab. She earned her Master's Degree in physical therapy from Eastern Washington University and has since obtained certifications in manual therapy from the North American Institute of Manual Therapy, vestibular rehabilitation from the Herdman Certification Program at Emory University, and Craniosacral Therapy from Bastyr University. Janet believes in taking a holistic approach when treating her clients and finding the part(s) of the body that are causing the dysfunction or pain. She is married and has two sons in elementary school, as well as a mini schnauzer named Winston. In her spare time, Janet enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, learning, and trying new things. She also has a passion for food.
In 2021, Joseph graduated from Arcadia University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program. He had previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Washington in 2013, and had worked in finance for a short period of time before deciding to pursue his passion in physical therapy. His main objective is to maximize functional mobility for a better quality of life, saying "It's all about empowering people to help them meet their goals!" Joseph works with a variety of different populations and diagnoses, including orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, vestibular dysfunction, post-concussion, and neurologic conditions. In his spare time he enjoys travelling, trying new restaurants, watching/playing sports, playing with his dog, going to the gym, and spending time with family and friends. He also loves his fiancé very much (not that she asked him to say that).
Robynn had a childhood that was spent in various places in the US and Europe due to her family's military background. She developed a passion for occupational therapy while studying for her Bachelor's of Science at the University of Idaho. In 2000, she moved to the Pacific Northwest and the University of Puget Sound to get her Master's in Occupational Therapy. During her studies, she became interested in both injury care and prevention. She then joined Cascade Rehabilitation and has worked in multiple clinics during her time there. Robynn's enthusiasm for understanding the mechanics of the upper extremity led her to take part in a Hand Therapy Fellowship at the Philadelphia Hand Center in 2008. She passed the exam and met the requirements to keep her certification. She presently works part time at Skagit Valley Hospital, treating upper extremity injuries in an outpatient setting. In her spare time, Robynn enjoys spending time with her three sons, gardening, and taking care of her chickens.

I have been working with Lisa W on hand therapy since October 2021, and I can confidently say that she has been instrumental in my full recovery from tendon and joint surgeries. She is very efficient with her time and provides useful home exercises. Her expertise in rehabilitating various joints and tendons has been immensely beneficial to me. I have even given out her business cards to people I have met during my recovery, and my surgeon is pleased with my progress. She is more than deserving of more than 5 stars!

My experience at Marysville Summit Rehab was incredible. After I had my knee replaced, I had to undergo extensive physical therapy to relearn how to walk, use stairs, and regain my strength, agility, and balance. Fantastic experience: Reagan and crew are absolutely amazing! My first visit, I had zero grip strength and today I am back up around 96 lbs! It was hard work, but they are so encouraging and helped me to get use of my hand back! I really can't say enough about how wonderful they all are! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this location of Summit Rehab on 19th Ave SE in Everett, WA for your physical therapy needs. Staff is attentive, kind, and very caring. They take the time to thoroughly question where your pain is, when and how often do you feel the pain, and what activties are impacted due to your pain. They then do a thorough physical evaluation. Aterwards, they suggest exercises and stretches that can help get you back to a full recovery. And they demonstrate them for you and then assist you to make sure you are correctly doing them before you leave the session. You never feel rushed and feel confident that you receive quality care at a good value. Heather Klos, the director at the clinic, is a wealth of knowledge and experience and you can be confident that she will guide you to a speedy and successful recovery.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to numerous physical therapy places in my years, and Summit Rehabilitation in Everett is one of the best ones I have been to!! I went there for a very painful plantar fasciitis which I had been battling for 10 months! Numerous trips to the podiatrist, 2 series of cortisone shots, custom orthotics and just about every other “gadget” that is suppose to help plantar fasciitis, was not working! Finally decided physical therapy was my next step. I worked with Joe and Heather who taught me exercises to do there and at home, along with them massaging my heel. It’s been 3 months of therapy and I am pretty much pain free and able to walk longer lengths of time!! I can’t say enough about how great both of them are, very knowledgeable and caring. The entire staff at Summit Rehabilitation in Everett are wonderful!!

Fantastic experience: For about a year I had a very painful elbow. Nothing I did really helped and I just lived with the pain. I finally went to the Dr and he recommended Physical Therapy. I was pretty skeptical. After the first month though, I started having improvements. I now don't have any pain. I have learned west not to do to cause tennis elbow and have strengthened the area. No more sleepless nights or restricted activities due to pain. They really did great!

Fantastic experience: 100/10. First and foremost, this center is inclusive and everyone is kind and here to help you. The front desk staff (I wish I could remember their name) was so lovely and made sure my preferred name was used and said hi and bye to me each visit which was so nice when I was struggling. In late April of 2023 I hurt my back doing normal job activities and sat in the ER unable to move for 8 hours. I was unable to exist daily without pain, and outright scared to put clothes on or shower. Doing basic care for myself was a challenge because it would cause my back to ache even more and I was horrified I would be right back where I started. Now, in November of 2023 I am discharged from PT and almost as confident as I was pre back injury. Heather K was so compassionate, kind, and worked really hard with me to get me back to functionality. She was so understanding when I had days where I was not feeling well enough to push myself and really helped relieve a lot of anxiety about whether or not I would fully recover. You can tell that she has been doing this a long time, anyone would be lucky to have her as their physical therapist - I sure was. Thanks Heather!

Fantastic experience: Went to Summitt following nerve/elbow surgery. They were key early on helping me ID an infection/complication post surgery. Once that cleared up their energy and dedication undoubtedly put me on a path of speedy recovery. I specifically want to shout out Krissy, Jared, Brittney and Jill. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Summit Rehab (formerly Cascade Rehab) for 24 years. I have always had good service and the staff have always been very accommodating. I want to compliment Joseph Rizk, my current therapist, who is working on my neck and hips. He is very thorough, explains why he is doing certain exercises and what they specifically do to help me. Joseph always gives me challenging exercises in order to further my goals. I would recommend him very highly to anyone, especially if they want to put the time and effort into the prescribed home exercise programs.

Fantastic experience: I recently went to summit for both hand therapy and physical therapy and both experiences were amazing! Akim was able to get almost all my range of motion back in my finger back and Heather got my hamstring back so that I was able to play soccer again without re-injuring it each game! They were both professional and friendly and also engaging and fun to talk to during our sessions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: 100/10 this is hands down the best physical therapy facility I've ever been to! The staff are all LOVELY people; so very nice and thoughtful. They always asked me how I was doing and made sure to make sure I was seen. They were incredibly accommodating when I had scheduling/ride issues. Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with occupational therapy so I did not know what to expect. It is a most pleasant place to have therapy due in large part to the friendly staff from reception to therapist and everyone in between . My highly competent therapist (understatement) , Christy Green is 5 star in every way - encouraging, supportive, and friendly - importantly, EFFECTIVE. Joe, especially, I went in with a total knee revision replacement. It was something new for Joe because not many people have that procedure done. When I developed a street fracture in my femur, he took the time to connect with my doctor to work out a treatment plan. I will always go here and refer anyone who needs pt.

Fantastic experience: Christy Green and her team are the BEST! This is hands down the best OT clinic and staff out there. I couldn't have had a better rehab experience even after a bad injury. Christy is not only extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and talented, but she truly cares about her patients and their progression. She takes time to understand your injury, your daily living activities, and how to treat you best at each stage as you progress. I especially appreciated her willingness to explain the “why” behind my exercises and pain. Even with 15+ years of experience, Christy wants to learn more in her field. After completing some continuing education courses, she immediately applied techniques to my treatment and HEP. My injury was challenging at times yet through her persistence and dedication, I am healing and growing stronger every week. This OT clinic under Christy’s leadership and guidance is thriving at Summit Rehab and it shows in her patients. In addition, I appreciated working with Brittany and Linda who are both very kind, skilled, and friendly. Fantastic experience: After 30 years as a dental hygienist I’ve seen a few physical therapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors.But, in the beginning of November I was hit by a drunk driver, and didn’t know if I’d be able to continue doing my job. I had a pretty severe cervical sprain, and went to Summit for help. Much to my surprise, with the help and expertise of Jeff and the staff I was able to return to work! The treatment and exercises were tailored to me, and I felt so cared for‼️ I would highly recommend this team of experts and am thankful for their healing hands!

Fantastic experience: The occupational therapist team at Summit Rehabilitation in Everett are truly the best. The care and personal touch that Brittany Cornell and Christy Green showed throughout working on my thumb after my terrible laceration was fantastic. While no one is hoping to have to need OT, I was so happy to work with both of these fantastic women. They took time to tell me all the best ways to care for my thumb as the nerves and tendon rebuild themselves. They also made sure to give me all the details I need to keep caution, so as to not reinjure my thumb through my OT process. I will happily come back and work with Christy Green and Brittany Cornell again at Summit Rehabilitation in Everett and I hope, if you are ever in need of OT, you will find the same joy as I did going to your appointments.

Fantastic experience: Christy, Brittany, and Linda form the hand therapy's triumvirate of elites. They're intelligent, effective, and hard-working, balanced well with their friendliness, light humor, and gentle personalities. I've experienced dramatic and consistent improvement after every visit, and I think I'll even be looking forward to the next time I inevitably injure myself at work because I know my hands will be in good hands. I hadn't had as much time to learn the names from the rest of the staff (because I have poor memory with names), but the front desk staff have been efficient and helpful any time I've needed guidance. The last one to mention is the Grand Boss Heather herself, clearly a talented and dedicated individual. She's thoughtful, decisive, and friendly. A great example of a strong leader. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Summit has excellent OTs and PTs. Most recently Christy Green at the Silverlake clinic has treated my thumb after joint surgery. I also recommend providers in the Harbour Pointe clinic - Noelle for a wrist fracture and Kale for my shoulder replacement surgery rehab. (Yes, I've been a frequent patient this year....) All the people who have cared for me have been outstanding. I'll be ready for ski season when the mountain opens.

Positive experience: I had an excellent experience on my first visit. The intake staff was professional and friendly. The hand therapist that I saw, Christie, was informative, understanding, respectful and truly an expert in her field. I was really looking forward to my treatments. Unfortunately, at my second appointment I spent most of the time with Christie's assistant, a massage therapist, (whom I will not name) who spent the entire time yacking to me about the concert she had just been to, concerts she has seen, and concerts she wants to go to. I had no interest in her personally or anything she was talking about. That may sound harsh but I came there for treatment on my hand and to 'take in' the surroundings and the various therapies that were available to me. This woman was in her 50's or 60's and should have known better, or at least caught on to my disinterested comments. It was a complete turn off.
