Fantastic experience: I was in an auto accident and suffered from whiplash (back neck shoulder pain), and nerve pain: having numbness in my hands and feet. Since seeing Dr Sapida who treats these and vestibular, and I have felt so much better. She motivates me, and really works with my schedule to speed up my recovery. I really feel my needs are met here. I highly recommend all there services here: physical therapy, chiropractor and massage.

Fantastic experience: I was dealing with pain and stiffness after an auto accident. After a quick visit to urgent care, the doctor there suggested I find a chiropractor for additonal help. Having never seen a chiropractor previously, I was a little skeptical, but I was willing to give it a shot. I'm so glad I found Dr. Gill's office because every single person I worked with there has been so caring and considerate. The treatment options they offer (not only chiropractic treatment but also physical therapy and massage) encompassed everything that I needed. Everett Spine & Rehab truly helped me get back to normal. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Fantastic experience: Mei is the best massage therapist I’ve ever seen!!! She knows exactly what my body needs at each appointment…it’s like she has a sixth sense! I’m so grateful for her expertise and commitment to her practice.

Negative experience: Incredibly poor service, poor communication and also rude. Owners go on a power trip are bad and billing and money hungry. Here the customers always wrong and they have no concern with providing the client a good customer experience.

Fantastic experience: Since i started treatment after a serious car accident few months ago, i immediately started feeling better, these people know exactly what you need and how to do it, my experience there was nothing but good, PT, chiropractor and Massage therapists are very very knowledgeable and pretty much know specifically what you need. Selena and Jean at the front desk are very sweet ladies and absolutely helpful, can't thank them enough for always being able to fot my appointments on my schedule, definitely would go there for future treatments.

Fantastic experience: After a car accident I injured my shoulder and rotator cuff and needed surgery to get well. My decision was to go to Everett Spine and Rehab with Dr. Gill chiropractic doctor and Dr. Charlene Sapida physical therapist. Thank you for the excellent treatment given to me. It was not only the treatment but also the kindness and joy ministered to my spirit and it helped me emotionally as well. It was a blessing for me to have worked with their professionalism, friendly nature, and useful advice. I have no doubt my shoulder and spine have improved. I honestly recommend both doctors and the staff members provide a good work environment. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to any friend or a collegue of mine should they have a need for your services. Negative experience: Didn't call me like they said they would. They keep everything online so no hard copies but will always have your information for whatever uses they want. They blame the potential patient for not calling about the copay even though the young lady at the front said she would call me before my appt to let me know. She did not. Then told me "you didn't call either" as a passive aggressive response to her not doing her due diligence. Her coworker who sits next to her decided to interject when I told the young lady that's not how it works, by placing blame on others when you're the one at fault. So not so politely I told her to sit down because nobody was talking to her. I would NEVER go here as the young lady up front has no integrity or accountability for her actions or choices.

Positive experience: Office Staff - 9.5/10 Dr. Gurmit S. Gill (Chiro) - 8/10 Dr. Charlene Sapida (PT) - 9.5/10 Ms. Vina Apellanes (Massage) - 2/10 I recommend Ms. Vina to receive training again if she wants to continue her work.

Negative experience: Phenomenally unprofessional, wasted a lot of my time, they will never see a dime of my money. I scheduled an appointment WEEKS AGO. I had to drive a distance to the appointment. Driving is exceedingly painful, which is why I was coming in for treatment. They called me TEN MINUTES before my appointment time to tell me they don't take the insurance I had already asked about. Drove 40+ minutes for nothing, I also hadn't scheduled an appointment last week or next, as I was relying on this therapy, so they've wasted even more of my time indirectly.

Negative experience: I had to erase my review and do another one. Here’s why! I stopped my treatment because there was a lack of appointments when I really needed one and there couldn’t be a time gap between treatment because my case is under a law firm. To them new patients not related for work injury are more important than those like me that had a car accident. Here we are trying to close my case and they took 3 months to give the firm records. I had to consistently call in and resulted that the person was on vacation…for 3 months??? And yet no one reached out to let us know but always say the person wasn’t in the office. To me that’s unprofessional. They are charging me $10,500 for their service and here I am worse than when I had my accident. I absolutely will NOT recommend this place ever in my life. Two stars for the beginning of the treatment which Was cool until the negativity started! I really don’t care about the response I get back because at the end of the day it’s HONESTY and not lies!!

Fantastic experience: The VA sent me here to receive massage therapy and at first I admit I was skeptical because the VA can be a little disconnected and not always know the facilities they send you too. Boy was I so happy to receive care at ESR. My massage therapist Vina was excellent! Not only did she identify issues missed previously by others she also taught. She taught me about the issues going on with my nerves and spine. I still use the self techniques she taught me but after my time with her I am currently almost completely pain free. I only wish I hadn’t needed to leave the state for work. A therapist like her is hard to come by. Vina you will be missed and remembered. I highly recommend ESR. If you can request Vina, do it! You won’t be sorry. You’ll be healed.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good to say about this clinic and the people working there. I came there with a back pain that was coming and going for years. It was the only clinic in the area that scheduled the same-day appointment so I wouldn't deal with my pain any longer, and after the first visit, I felt so much better. After several appointments with Dr. Gill and the best deep massage by Yanmei, I feel amazing. I'm so glad I found them!

The car accident is behind me but at 62 years old these guys help keep me fit and on my feet, I'm even dancing again!

Fantastic experience: This is a welcoming place, staffed by caring and competent people. I've been coming here for years, getting massage and other services. I'm especially impressed with Vina's massage skills. I've paid twice as much for massage and gotten less benefit from it. She has a deep understanding of how bodies as a system, and is an excellent observer and listener. She has done everything for me over the years, from deep therapeutic treatment of particular problem areas to soothing, gentle, whole body relaxation with aromatherapy and hot stones. I love that this place is not a spa that's trying to squeeze extra money out of me for ever little thing. I get a highly skilled massage suited to my needs that day without any fuss. I also notice the front desk and other staff switching seamlessly to Spanish and other languages they speak, while treating all their patients with respect and care. It warms my heart. No need sit in traffic to visit some fancy down town clinic or big box chain where you can pay more for less, we have a local treasure right here! :-)

Fantastic experience: Been going here for over 6 months. Yanmei is an amazing masseuse. She’s very knowledgeable of all the muscle groups. She knows how to release the knots I get from working out and stay pain free at work.

Negative experience: they don't respond to emails, the office phone answerer was rude and abrupt and unhelpful. the website isn't up to date either.

Negative experience: Three stars for price. 150.00 for 3 treatments. This provider is good for stress reduction. He was my Chinese Medical Doctor for 6 years. In the last year he completely missed 2 major life threatening conditions I received diagnosis for. One illness I was hospitalized for and nearly died. I had been seeing Dr. Kesler weekly for months right up to two days before collapsing. His diagnosis you ask? Long standing emotional stress. Being an emotional woman is certainly sickening too many men, but is it a diagnosis ?

Fantastic experience: Yanmei is one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to. I almost hesitate to give this review, as I don't want her to become so busy that I can't get in for my normal appointment! She has been able to help a lot with lower back pain and tension headaches. Positive experience: Yes I’ve been going there to the rehab the last few months and it was Yanmei for those massages when they first started it was painful but now after a few months going there I feel a lot better my body feels better my back feels better the massages are actually more relaxing now than before I’m glad I went there! And I would like to thank Dr. Sapida for getting me back into shape with my shoulder feels a lot better now! And Vina for her massages felt the difference right after I left the door! Fantastic experience: I almost never write reviews but I’ve been a loyal customer here for years now and the service is phenomenal. I have been dealing with chronic headaches for the over 15 years and my doctor has recommended everything from acupuncture, physical therapy, Botox, massage, etc. I came to Everett Spine and Rehab because they offer many of these services. I have been a returning customer for several years now and am especially attached to the amazing massages by Yanmei. She is incredibly knowledgeable and talented when it comes to massage, especially deep tissue. She not only has helped dramatically reduce the migraines, but has also given tips about things I can do in between visits to stretch and relax my muscles. Dr. Gill is also a talented chiropractor and always helps me get back into tip top shape! Overall I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Came here for a a work injury and then a car accident after, they’re all professionals and great to work with. Best place to go in the NW! Dr Gill is an amazingly knowledgeable chiropractor who makes a great plan for you to return back to health. Yanmei is a super great massage lady who is super friendly and awesome. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Everett Spine & Rehab for about a year now, post back surgery. I see Yanmei for my massage and cupping. I should now only be going once every couple weeks, but because I feel so good after a session with her, I still go weekly! I feel like I can run a marathon after a session with her. Not only is she extremely good at what she does, but she’s very welcoming and kind. She truly cares about her clients & patients. I would not be able to do half the physical things I now do without her treatments. I truly hope she never quits because I don’t know what I would do!

Fantastic experience: i have been using Everett Spine and Rehab for nearly five years. They have brought me back from industrial injuries, a shoulder replacement, as well as car accidents. Charlene Sapita, the therapist is a PHD and well experienced. Shazia and the rest of the office staff are always friendly and efficient (it's impossible for me to not have a relationship with them). Dr. Gill and the practitioners he works with are always effective. Both Yanmai and Vina are excellent LMPs. i have a chiropractic adjustment and massage each month, and it keeps my arthritic back in reasonable operable condition, with very little pain. i highly recommend Everett Spine & Rehab.

Fantastic experience: Vina, the massage therapist, is one of the best! I am an athlete and train hard. When I lay on the table she knows exactly whIch of my muscles need attention. She focuses on what the body needs, she knows the amount of pressure to use to get things moving again. I am very particular about massage, and she knows the mechanics of the body. Simply put, she is amazing! In addition, the office staff are always friendly and professional. They go out of their way to communicate and make sure that you feel welcome.

Positive experience: I like Dr. Gill. He is a great Dr. but there is nothing more frustrating then being on time, even early and still have to wait 30 mins every time. That's 40 mins if you are 10 mins early like we usually are, to wait in the waiting room. His work load is too much for other Dr's to remain at his clinic and it shows to the Patients who can't hardly sit.. To have to sit and wait for so Long. It's rediculous! He as a Dr. Knows his stuff and is great. The reception staff are friendly unfortunately not very experience and make alot of mistskes. I Don't understand the point of making an appointment to be seen 30 mins later then that appointment time everytime. It feels like you just visited an Everett Clinic..an Everett Walk-In Clinic. The wait time will be about the same.
