I am so thankful to the entire staff at Engineered Sports, especially Lance, Ashley, and Shanon, who are helping me recover from my total knee replacement as I continue my journey towards a fuller more active life, including my goal of taking home a medal at a national pickleball tournament. Fantastic experience: This is the real deal in PT. I love my trainer/therapist and am getting physically stonger. My pain is lessening and I am only on my 2nd week. The exercises are customized, targeted and make me feel like I have always had an inner-athlete that was just looking to emerge.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Lucas for an injury recovery and would highly recommend. Physical therapy here has been the smoothest and most valuable part of my injury experience. Lucas has been a thorough, kind, and patient communicator both in guiding me in the exercises as well as listening and providing clarity on the different pain and injury sensations I have experienced. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and enjoyable to work with. I am not an athletic person, but have felt comfortable at Engineered Sports and I greatly appreciate the emphasis on strength and functionality in recovery. It has been a great investment for my mobility!

Negative experience: Don’t miss around with customers schedule, and if you want to reschedule someone you give him a call or text message or an email, we don’t let people drive all the way there to tell them oh you need to reschedule knowing that the last time I asked how much session I still have you told me six and I asked you to schedule all of them the same time and same days, you told me you’re ALL SET which means I’m ALL SET for all the session I still have. That’s why I don’t appreciate what you did at all and that’s why I went from 5 stars to 1. You look professional so be professional at your job please .

Fantastic experience: I start physical therapy for my TKR upon recommendation, from a friend. Lucas Takeuchi was my PT along with Zana and Mindy the Pt assistants. I can only speak highly of the exceptional care and expertise provided from the front desk to ending treat of heat and TENS. Lucas took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, then explaining each step of the process with clarity. The entire staff reflects their dedication to their patients and I will be going back for the rest of my surgeries.

Fantastic experience: At Engineered Sports Therapy, I received a concise, informative assessment on a chronic issue and now get effective rehab/re-balance exercise routines that get modified on each visit. The clinic atmosphere and staff are bright and upbeat, and the Everett waterfront location is a bonus. I got a strong recommendation for Engineered Sports Therapy from a friend my age (>50) who is a driven athlete and doesn't mess around, very glad I found them!

Fantastic experience: 3 of our family members have had the opportunity to rehabilitate our bodies at Engineered Sports. I personally have had 6 physical therapists in the past years and this is the place to heal and get better. They focus on not just the injury but address all muscle groups large and small to stabilize the body effectively. The environment is welcoming and caring!!

Fantastic experience: Working with Lance and Tori at Engineered Sports has produced good results. The physical location has a good feel to it and the team approach to my PT is effective for me. Five sessions in and I have made steady progress and the program has changed according to that progress. I probably could use a bit more instruction on my home program, so will ask for that on my next session. My sport is tennis and for folks who believe sports participation is important, this is a place I would recommend for PT on sports related injuries.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Engineered sports therapy for about 15 sessions now for a slipped disc in my back and some sciatic pain. I can confidently say that after session 10 I started noticing a significant decrease in pain and mobility. I almost have full range of motion with 10 sessions to go. All of the staff and Dr’s are friendly, helpful and most of all make each patient feel comfortable. I have a very chaotic personal/work schedule which does not allow a lot of flexibility. The front desk admin’s were very helpful in helping me get 25 sessions scheduled in advance. I see Tanner and I have ZERO complaints. He is professional, personable, and he has this magical ability to take all of this medical jargon, and turn it into terms that I can understand. I feel like I come out of every session with more knowledge on my own body and the logistics of PT, (I’m a need to know every detail person) I definitely feel at home when I am in the engineering sports building, and have actually recommended their care and services to two of my close friends. I feel like all of my questions and concerns are actually heard and taken seriously. I always get responses that are easy to understand, as well as modifications to my routine that are easy to adapt to if needed. My favorite part of therapy, although the sessions themselves are not easy, would be after my session when I do the electrical stimulation therapy on my muscles with a heating pad, it’s a little piece of bliss that feels like a mini spa session after a workout. If you are seeking any sort of medical care regarding your physical recovery/issues/pain management etc. I’d recommend that you book with these guys. They know their stuff! - Kylie

Thay have been closely monitoring my condition and have been adjusting my treatment accordingly. I have looked for a place to rehab my shoulder injury where the team is of like-minded individuals who understand and take my end fitness goals into consideration when setting up a plan. Fantastic experience: I’ve had a little too much experience with rehabilitation of knees and shoulders, so I’ve seen a lot of PT’s and PTA’s. ES is the best of all of them. They put in the time and help me get the best results while working at an aggressive pace if that’s what I want. The environment is great and conducive to achieving results. I would not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Engineered Sports Therapy was recommended to me by a friend. The facility is clean and attractive. I've found Whitney, my PT therapist at the Everett Waterfront facility, to be very knowledgable and helpful. Her initial assessment of my shoulder problem was thorough. She understands my goal and has provided me with a variety of exercises and therapy which have helped already after a short time. She gives me clear instructions about how to continue the exercises at home, including on-line video links and printed diagrams and instructions. My sessions with Whitney are getting results. That's what I'm looking for!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Engineered Sports for years, they are great. I like their approach and system. The facility is set up to replicate and work on daily movement and athletic movement, and they have helped me rehab back surgery and elbow surgery twice.

Fantastic experience: I like the environment at Engineered Sports so much more than traditional physical therapy clinics. It almost feels like you're getting personal training, and there's a warm up and cool down integrated with each visit. I see Whitney at the Waterfront location and love it! She keeps it very clean and parking is always a breeze.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had four sessions so far and am really happy with both the treatments received and the caring and knowledgeable staff. Specifically Shannon and Michelle. Sometimes going to physical therapy can be rather intimidating and scary! I appreciate their attention to detail while monitoring pain as well as helping me to feel confident and push my limits. I would definitely recommend Engineered Sports which came highly recommended by my surgeon.

Fantastic experience: These guys just have the best attitude. You walk in, and everyone is at ease, relaxed, and confident. They are never afraid to show you how to do your workout just that little bit better, and they are notafraid to challenge you to push just that little bit harder; because you, the patient, need that little bit extra to prove that you want to be there and get the most out of your workout. Everyone is very friendly and positive, and work with how my body is responding to workouts and physical therapy. The results I feel and see make make me trust Engineered Sports.

Torn ACL/hamstring graft and she pushes me beyond what I thought I could do but I always feel great leaving PT. Everyone is so helpful and they all seem to you know your name within minutes. Facility is clean and music is pumpin’ and you feel like you’re getting a solid workout compared to other PT places. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Whitney is a wizard and has helped me recover quickly and safely from a femur surgery. She understands what my recovery requires and has designed specific exercises and approaches that help me heal now and that will also help me live better in the future. The studio is well designed to help her be effective and the team that supports the therapists is responsive and helpful. 5 star treatment!

Fantastic experience: I have received care at six Physical Therapy clinics in the past. Nothing compares with the facilities and features of Engineered Sports Therapy. The large, open renovated warehouse allows for a greater variety of equipment, exercises. The knowledge and care of the staff is above reproach. From the elderly, to professional athletes, everyone can rely on EST for their therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: I just completed 2 Mo. of therapy for a shoulder replacement and can recommend them highly. They have more equipment and staff than the other 2 therapy places in Everett I have been. Shout-out to both Rori and Lance for making my shoulder feel great.

Zanna, my PTA has been very helpful as well. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to get back to where they need to be physically. Fantastic experience: I am just coming back to Engineered Sports after a right partial knee replacement two weeks ago. This is an amazing PT group I would absolutely recommend to anyone from a seasoned recreational athlete to someone working through surgical rehab or chronic overuse injuries and anyone in-between. Fantastic experience: My first impression of this place was that I didn’t fit in because of my age (67) and lack of exercise. I have two family members who are currently doing PT here after surgery. After my knee replacement, the only place my family would let me go was Engineered Sports! Torie encouraged and challenged me back into shape! After 6 weeks, my knee is flexible and I have great extension. I am incredibly thankful for Engineered Sports! It’s not just for athletes!

Fantastic experience: After my bike accident a year ago, I’ve been going to Engineered Sports for physical therapy, and I’m very happy with the help I’ve been given since day one. The staff is always super nice and helpful, making the whole experience even better. One thing I love is the aesthetic of the building and inside, it doesn’t have a doctors office or clinic type of vibe but more cozy and home feeling.
