Fantastic experience: i been coming here fr a short period of time, and it is by far one of the best accommodating facility. from the receptionists to the doctors, super welcomin and very helpful. i came in with a hurt back, not being able to walk or bent much. doctor DUNCAN fixed me up, adjusted me and was able to with time help me recover my movements. if it wasnt for him idont know what i wouldve done. definitely recommended.

Fantastic experience: 10/10. Would recommend their Chiropractic services. tl;dr: The team provided great service, great information and made sure I understood everything. Doc Neal provided amazing services and exercise suggestions to help reduce the pain in my spine and hands from poor desk posture. It's crazy because he was the only person able to explain and relieve the hand pain I had which didn't even stem from the hands. Like what kind of witchcraft is this>?? Unfortunately, I didn't catch Neal's assistant's name, but she is hilarious. Really helped calm the nerves on my first visit; they're a great duo! Then the admin and front desk team were very welcoming and really helped walk me through documentations and payments that I was not familiar with. Very accommodating to people's circumstances is how I would put it because I had SO many questions on how everything worked there.

Fantastic experience: The practitioners at this office go above and beyond. I’ve been working with Anguiano as a chiropractor and she’s absolutely stellar. I leave her room feeling like I can relax without pain. She’s incredibly friendly and considerate, and she will ask questions while answering yours. You’re in for 20 minutes, have a friendly chat, and then it’s way better. I’m also working with Yoona in acupuncture, who is very sweet, gentle, and thorough. She’s aware of needle phobias and will remove any needles that feel wrong (in my experience, she almost always gets it the first time though). I’ve spent the most time with Nichols in physical therapy and she is wonderful to work with. She’s kind and a great listener. Some practices try to change you from the ground up, which works for some people. I’m in for chronic pain, so that isn’t my style. I appreciate the way that Nichols sees where you are with your body and why that is. She listens to what you’re saying about your pain and modifies the exercise or the whole session accordingly. She does her best to make it both effective and enjoyable, and I’ve already been feeling a difference in my strength. Also, I’ve felt no body shame in that gym from anyone, therapist or client, which is a huge relief. I also like that you can schedule appointments with different services back to back if you have a day off. The front desk staff and everyone else I’ve talked to is nice. Scheduling appointments is easy at the end of a session. If you need a centralized team to assist you in your chronic pain, I’d highly recommend this one.

Fantastic experience: The people Vida have been so helpful since my car wreck in November. Everyone was so kind and encouraging from day 1, and supported me along my path to recovery. Brent Duncan is an amazing chiropractor(his assistant Andrea is great too) and I’ll definitely be returning for the occasional adjustment in the future. Special thanks to all the physical therapists; Chris, Chelsea, April, Daisy, and Brandon. I’d also like to thank Yoona for acupuncture, I never would have expected it to be so pleasant. I wish them all the best :)

Fantastic experience: I was having the worst shoulder pain and it was effecting my ability to do most things! Chris and his PT team at the Everett location were fantastic! They were professional and thorough and got me feeling well enough to lift weights again. I hope I don’t need to, but I would definitely go back to see them for any future issues.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Vida in Kirkland for almost a year. I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Vida. The Doctors I work with both Dr Adair and Leary are fantastic. But I think the real key to my success has been working with there nutritionalist Carolina Cartier. She was able to walk me through things I should and more importantly would eat. Also highlighted foods that I should limit. As time has gone on she has pointed out pitfalls coming up. I’m in my 50’s and might be healthier than I have ever been.

Fantastic experience: Went and saw the Chiropractor Micah Neill, DC He helped me immensely with my mobility in my shoulders, my lower back pain, and my knee pain. He knew seemingly every muscle and tendon in the body by name, but he was also able to explain them to me in layman terms so my electrician brain could understand them. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Negative experience: I was going to an appointment and was following my gps apparently I wasn’t driving fast enough for this lady who began to blow on her horn. We pulled into the same parking lot and she came up to my window yelling at me. She took pictures of my car and called the police on me. She drives a black Toyota and she works for vida. She was so unprofessional and angry. I am glad my appointment was not with vida. Apparently their staff has road rage and likes to yell at people.

Negative experience: Calling to reach someone is impossible. I think they outsource their customer service reps and they must be using skype phone or something. They answer the phone with just "hello" and when selecting any prompt, they say that Dr isn't in their office and just transfer you around. They are giving wrong info over the phone. Please fix your call center and phone line issues. This has now happened 4 times. It's not just an accident .

He not only went out of his way to find a time to fit me in during his already busy schedule, he also made sure I got the necessary care that day by communicating with the Physical Therapist April to fit me into her also busy schedule. His adjustment also helped my back as I work in construction. April is very kind and really helped alleviate my elbow injury. I would definitely recommend Vida to my family and friends, especially since they have so many services including Massage Therapy and Acupuncture all in one location. Negative experience: I went here because they take my insurance, but it was the biggest waste of time. My massage therapist was 20 minutes late to start my service, making it a 40 minute massage vs the 60 it was supposed to be. She also was texting the whole time and using only one hand for the majority of it. She didn't address a single issue I mentioned to her at the start of the appt that were problem areas and in pain that needed work. She did the same movement over and over the entire 40 minutes. Absolutely no variation. And when she started to do something different, she said " ok! All done!" I am so annoyed. My home massage gun could have done a better job.

Myself and my wife both have visited VIDA for back pain and both of our providers have done fantastic job at relaxing our backs. The Chiropractor’s are fantastic and also provides very useful advice on the improvement of core stability and strength.

Fantastic experience: Awesome and knowledgeable team! I had a lot of knee pain when I would exercise so I decided to book an appointment. After describing my problem to Dr. Duncan, he immediately knew what it was and suggested Physical Therapy for a few weeks to work on strengthening smaller muscles around the knee/leg. After just a few weeks working the Physical Therapy team on stretching and strength exercises, I am able to run 6+ miles without pain. Love getting back to a pain free life! Fantastic experience: A huge shoutout for Dr. Chris and Dr. Michelle. Thank you for taking me in when I couldn’t get appointments soon enough with other places. I lost the ability to walk at the time and was scared, but I was able to regain my balance and am now back to my normal life. Fantastic experience: I went to see Duncan for neck pain and headaches as chiropractic work has helped me a lot in the past. I haven’t been in years and after my first visit with him I have been pain free since besides being sore the following day since it’s been a long time since my last adjustment. He was really kind and gentle during the initial exam and adjustment/muscle work. The staff here are great as well! I highly recommend Duncan if your looking for pain relief and want someone that actually cares and listens to you. They don’t make you feel rushed at all during your appointment and they give you time to ask any questions you have before leaving.

The chiropractic and PT teams have been wonderful to work with and I’ve seen a huge improvement. Fantastic experience: First off, I want to say I am not new to Chiropractic or Massage Therapy. I am a yoga instructor and I know my body well. I am also not one to be gentle with my body and often need refinement. I started seeing Brian years ago and followed him to Vida. Brian's knowledge of the muscular system is like no other. He always listens to my concerns, gets to the source of my discomfort, and offers stretching exercises to take home. Brian is always professional and always on time. When Brian suggested I see Dr. Duncan for Chiropractic care, I had no hesitation. Whoa, was I blown away by Dr. Duncan’s knowledge. I honestly thought I’d see it all. Dr. Duncan is so precise, explains everything well, is gentle, and also offers exercises to take home. Just amazing. I love these guys! I highly recommend them. You will not be dissatisfied.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Vida for Sports Massage with Brian Johnson for the past several months. The clinic is well organized, efficient, clean and easy to get appointments. Brian is AMAZING. He is a highly trained and experienced therapist, incorporating sports massage with light stretching. I do a lot of computer work, which means shoulders/neck/back stiffness and not enough movement. Brian works wonders, and by the time I walk out I'm ready to face another week of work. Fantastic experience: Staff helped me get back into playing soccer after over a year of not being able to play. Amazing servie and customer satifaction. Recently have been treated at VIDA due to a severe injury. Dr. Duncan has gone above and beyond in treating me during these tough times and making sure I am on the way to a full recovery. Their PT Chris and PT staff have also been a great asset in my recovery. This has been my go-to place anytime something doesn't feel right.

Fantastic experience: Vida is such an amazing clinic with talented and caring staff. Physical Therapist Chris and his PT assistant Elise are so knowledgeable and dedicated. Dr. Culp, my chiropractor, is phenomenal, he is personable, smart and a great guy. Fantastic experience: As someone who never had chiropractic care before Dr. Duncan was so patient and explained everything he was doing especially on the first visit. I've been seeing Dr. Duncan & Dr. Neill for maintenance for the past 9 months and they both are amazing! 5* I went to see Shannon for MT and she really was able to focus on my shoulders and neck where I had most of my pain a few days of drinking water and stretching and I feel amazing. Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the welcoming environment there! I hurt my back and for the first week and a half I was in pain and trying to take it easy. Once I went in for an appointment with Micah Neil, DC for a chiropractic adjustment, I walked out feeling significantly better and healed up really fast. He’s great at what he does and I would recommend to anyone looking for an adjustment.

Fantastic experience: I've never been a fan of chiropractic work until now. Dr Neil has worked some muscle magic along with loosening up these old injured joints. I'm amazed at the relief. The Vida clinic has chiropactors, massage therapy, PT, and acupuncture all in one convenient location. Also, all the staff has weekly meetings to communicate with each other to better serve their patients. The reception staff is friendly and curious as well.

Fantastic experience: I would probably drive quite a distance if needed to continue to see Dr Culp. He is able to keep me very active, suggests great alternatives in the form of stretching, exercises and other aids, and he knows how to adjust me when other doctors have been unsuccessful. He is friendly while still professional and I am grateful for his expertise on a regular basis.

Positive experience: Yoona Kim is the best acupuncturist I have been to. Her treatments are always relaxing, effective, and pain free. She is excellent at assessing the best approach to what I am struggling with at the time. She is also a total sweetheart! I highly recommend her especially for people who are new to acupuncture. Overall I have had a good experience with all the practicitioners and staff at the Vida Everett office. However, their billing process has lead to inconsistent visit costs and is not clear exactly what I am being charged for and why, it seems borderline unethical due to the lack of transparency, for this reason I stopped visiting this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Great holistic care that integrates both eastern and western methods. Awesome place that has the whole care in one convenient place. ND, PT, LMT, Chiro and acupuncture all in one place. I appreciated the detailed feedback and time I got. I felt like I was genuinely being cared for unless of bring rushed out the door.

Fantastic experience: Great office as a whole but I'll be coming back for Dr. Duncan! He was immensely helpful when it came relieving my shoulder/neck/back pain and also sent me home with easy at home activities for relief in-between adjustments. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Duncan for chiro and message therapy.

Fantastic experience: Great location, friendly staff. I came in to have an acupuncture session on my sore body, I arrived 5 minutes early and maybe waited 7 minutes total for my acupuncture therapist to come grab me. They were super informative and took a real personable approach to my needs. I was asked a lot of great questions about what was bothering me. Once the session started they explained in so much detail and was super informative and put me at ease - as this was my first time having acupuncture done. I can't wait for my next session as I was almost 100 percent when I left. Headache went away, sinuses were clear & most of my knee pain was gone immediately.

Fantastic experience: I am an active, athletic woman that just had knee replacement. I needed a physical therapist that could push me to recover quickly yet also encourage me to do that as well. Chris S and the whole team were phenomenal! It’s 11 weeks since my knee replacement and I’m playing golf, I’m active, I’m working and couldn’t be happier with the support and help I received from the physical therapist team!!!! Plus, the front office is also phenomenal and friendly. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Fantastic experience: vida is the best on what they do. Dr.Duncan is the best chiropractor I been too , he always trys to help me figure out what I have and always trys to find a solution. And Chris always is good at physical therapy always keeps me going. And the lady's at the front desk are always nice when I come in . Always says hi. Vida is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: I can’t even put into words how much Dr. Duncan and his staff have helped me since becoming a patient here at Vida Everett! I’ve been seeing chiropractors since I was 14, and the quality of care I receive by Dr. Duncan is above and beyond any treatment I’ve had. From regular adjustments, to fixing my little muscle aches and pains, he really knows his stuff. Last May, I injured my rib and he was able to see me short notice for X-rays too. I hope he knows that he’s got me as a patient for life! I send all of my friends and patients his way for excellent care.
