Positive experience: Thorough and courteous
Fantastic experience: Dr. Jalali has, hands down the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever experienced. I have a terrible fear of needles, and my body feels significantly more pain than the average individual, coupled with a massive resistance to anesthetics. Dr. Jalali was the first doctor to ever put me at ease, and he was so precise and experienced with the procedure, that I barely felt anything at all. After seeing dozens of doctors in my life, I cannot recommend Dr. Jalali enough.

Negative experience: I have been dealing with pinched nerves in my upper left extremity for a very long time and nothing has been done at all. I have seen a few doctor's and it seems to me that they don't want to listen to the patient at all.

Fantastic experience: Dr. and all staff were kind as well as professional. I felt very listened to.
Negative experience: The receptionist was pleasant. The lobby is nice. However.... Dr. Lee is the most uncaring and arrogant doctor I have ever experienced. He walks into the exam room with his mind set. He has no interest in anything the patient has to say or to even discuss the issues. I was so disappointed that I just left and did not bother getting my copay back. After his attitude I just had to leave asap. He willl certainly be mentioned should the need for a law suit come up in the event my medical condition has a direct relation to an injury to me or another at work.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Weaver is awesome! He is a very nice, caring man who helped me find a solution to my problem quickly. This is the guy you want to see if you have any back or neck problems.

Fantastic experience: I had my first experience with this establishment this morning. I have to admit some of the negative reviews I have read of this place had me quite apprehensive and wondering what I had gotten myself into. But after spending an hour with Dr. Jalali, I am thrilled with him, the facility, and my procedure itself. He did an excellent job detailing what was going to happen, some of the pros and cons of what I was having done, and was very apologetic during the procedure if he thought he was causing me any discomfort. I am very happy with my entire experience and would recommend it.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience here was treated like I'm agzagerating the pain I'm in don't go here you'd get better health care and treatment checking your self into a veterinarian clinic as a dog
Negative experience: They don't even take the time to examine you or treat you like you matter or are even really in pain
Negative experience: Everett clinic has been my go to place for 30 years. This place has gone down hill. They treat you as a number. If you want to go to a place that absolutely could care less about your health and just collecting your dollar go here. Otherwise find a place with better reviews and maybe with staff that actually has a strand of responsibility to their patients. ***Unprofessional, uncaring and lazy....***
Fantastic experience: I have been going here for the last 2 yrs. I have never had a real bad experience while going here. In fact I personally have had some of the best caring doctors here. I would really recommend them to everyone!!. Also the nurses and staff were caring!!
Fantastic experience: As a retired RN x 30 yrs i found this clinic to be very efficient and very professional. Dr. Carpenter was incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Very obvious that he is well educated and knows his stuff.
Fantastic experience: This was a great place to visit. The physician I saw was amazing and the staff were fantastic. I couldn't imagine better service.
Negative experience: Spine Physiatry is unbelievably unprofessional! I had an appointment and received a call 20 minutes before saying they needed to cancel. (this appointment had been made 4 days earlier) They called to inform me that they don't see people under 18 years of age. When I made the appointment I said it was for my son, they also asked for his birthdate at the time the appointment was made. It's sad that they would turn away a child with a back injury (who is in discomfort)and at the last moment and wasted valuable days when I could have scheduled someplace else. Please learn from this and place your trust someplace else.
