Fantastic experience: My experience with Emmy with Mercy physical therapy was excellent. Emmy made me feel that she was there to give me the relief I was seeking for the pain in my knee, hip & back. Emmy is very professional & down to earth. If future visits are required Emmy will be requested. Thank you Emmy.

Fantastic experience: I just started here for lymphatic massage. Ms. Leah and Ms. Kristin PT therapist are great so nice and great service I leave so relaxed w no pain . I also want to say receptionist and call center are supper sweet great service w making appointments. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Brock and Dereck have been amazing! They are wonderful people to work with. I've never had a problem and i've been going here for 2 months now. Everyone here are super nice and helpful! I would recommend this place to someone needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I've been going through physical therapy and my therapist Edem is great. She is knowledgeable about her profession. I'm really seeing a difference in my body. Is slow going but I'm getting stronger. Edem is very kind, patient, empathetic. She is a joy to work with.

Negative experience: Aquatic therapy is offered however you complete the therapy on your own no therapist works with you directly or one on one. Which for me down not help me and is a waste of an insurance copay because I’m paying to work alone!

Fantastic experience: I could never be treated better. Lauren Brehmer helped my back and hip pain to the point of getting rid of my cane. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Went to OT after a bad break of my wrist that required surgery and worked with Stephanie S. From the front desk to the time with Stephanie everyone was always so pleasant so early in the morning and made the therapy process so much more enjoyable. 3 months later, seeing Stephanie once a week, I ALMOST have 100% mobility back! The people at the front desk were always very helpful and accommodating when re-scheduling was necessary.

Fantastic experience: Everyone, I had a PT session today with Mr.Ryan Baker. His assessment of my issues was through. He than taught me exercises that I could do to strengthen my weaker muscles and prevent further distress. He explained clearly (on my comprehension level) what the benefits of the exercises are. I feel much better as a result of coming to PT today. Mr. Baker was efficient and effective as a physical therapist. Negative experience: Went for severe pelvic pain during pregnancy. As soon as I arrived, without asking any questions, the physical therapist told me that pelvic pain during pregnancy is normal and she didn’t know why my doctor would send me to pt while pregnant. The pain I am experiencing is NOT normal. Dismissing patients pain when they are there for help just because they are pregnant is unacceptable and unprofessional. Canceled all appointments and will go elsewhere. Can’t remember the therapists name, blonde lady.

Fantastic experience: Danielle and Julee were the best! They were both so encouraging and helped me get back after my surgery. I could not have gotten to where I am now without them! I’ll miss you guys!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this facility for any rehabilitation needs. The staff is extremely skilled, knowledgeable and personable. They got right to the source of back pain I'd had for 10+ years and started me on a plan that has me back doing all the things I love to do. Joe and Nick were fantastic communicators and enjoyable to work with. They helped me understand what we were doing in plain terms I could understand, and made a connection with me that really helped motivate and encourage me to stick with the program we created. I will not hesitate to be back if I ever need physical therapy in the future!

Fantastic experience: (I’m not David Rickard - I’m Jan Rickard his wife.). Ryan Baker was my Physical therapist. He is very good. I had mild tear in left hamstring. He gave me good instructions on all the exercises for home and at the facility. He pushed me a little as I got stronger which helped me a lo!. The facility is very clean and everyone is very friendly. Derrick Smith also helped me twice and also was very good. I would highly recommend this Outpatient Rehab facility. I’ve been there a couple other times for 2 knee replacements.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Julee and Ryan for the past 5 months after rupturing my Achilles and having surgery to repair it. It was a long process, but they were supportive and helpful through the whole experience. They did everything possible to make this tough recovery seamless, and when a bump in the healing process occurred they suggested every possible solution. I am beyond grateful for their expertise, care, and thoughtfulness through this whole thing. They made my terrible situation much easier than I expected. I am so thankful for their help.

Fantastic experience: In February, My husband Homer had a serious shoulder injury requiring surgery. His physical therapy was done at Mercy Health Plex Fairfield, Ohio. First off the receptions were great, friendly, fun and considerate. THANKS TO ALL! The physical therapist were awesome. Anna was exceptional, caring and very knowledgeable. She serves and represents her patients with the best of care. She serves her coworkers who are in training teaching them to become the best therapists possible. Anna is greatly appreciated, my husband has totally recovered!! Bret and Evan were training students with Anna they are also exceptional young therapist in the making. Then there's Julee, and Dereck, two more experienced caring therapist, such a pleasure watching them all helping Homer thru his surgery recovery. They were all guiding him every step of the way, what to do and not to do for the safety of his recovery. Homer is a talker lol I appreciate everyone's patience with him, he is so greatfull for the help from everyone. Also, the clean facility was appreciated!! Thanks again, best wishes to all! Fantastic experience: Arrived after a vehicular accident with extreme neck stiffness and lower back pain. I was paired with, PT Danielle Ray, an amazing, knowledgeable, and attentive specialist, who lead the charge on my recovery which ultimately nursed me from a broken state to a heal and strengthened constitution. I appreciate her and the other Therapist on-site. They were all warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend to any and all seeking recovery from injury…

I came to him with arthritis on my left hip, and he was able to design a comprehensive treatment plan that has greatly improved my mobility and overall quality of life. Jeff is knowledgeable and experienced in his field, and he was able to assess my condition accurately and design a treatment plan that was tailored to my specific needs. He took the time to explain my condition, the treatment plan, and the expected outcomes, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. Throughout my therapy sessions, Jeff was always patient, understanding, and attentive to my needs. He provided me with clear instructions and guidance, and he constantly adjusted the treatment plan based on my progress and feedback. Overall, I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone in need of physical therapy services. Fantastic experience: Lauren Brehmer was my physical therapist for my knee the last 9 weeks. Shes ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! I'd highly recommend her! Such amazing bedside manners. I'm a hands on learner and she demonstrated every exercise for me! I've been having physical therapy here for a few years now and she's the best yet! Thank you Lauren!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for Physical Therapy for several years due to multiple injuries. The staff is wonderful, the facility is clean and my therapist is fantastic. I highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I STARTED THERAPY AT THIS LOCATION ON 4/13/18 THE SESSION WENT WELL. WENT BACK ON 4/16/18 AND TAMI DEITZER WAS MY THERAPIST. TAMI HAD THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. AFTER I TOLD HER OF THE COMPLICATIONS I WAS EXPERIENCING AND LATER BEING INFORMED BY HER COWORKER OF MY COMPLICATIONS TAMI HAD NO EMPATHY FOR MY PAIN. IN FACT SHE TOLD ME TOWARDS THE END THAT I NEEDED TO DO BETTER BECAUSE MY PAIN IS JUST IN MY HEAD. DUE TO NOT HAVING ANY EMPATHY FOR MY PAIN I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
