Big Stone Therapies-Fargo (University)

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for several years for multiple rehabs from surgeries, injuries and a chronic pain disorder and I have been very grateful. My only complaint is having to drive an hour to get here.

Fantastic experience: This is my second hip replacement. Both post op physical therapy periods were handled by Connie at Big Stone. The staff at Big Stone and especially Connie did outstanding work with me. Not often a person looks forward physical therapy sessions. Connie was very professional and I felt very comfortable and trusting her with my therapy. She was also very knowledgeable and always had a sound answer to my questions. I highly recommend Big Stone therapy. Thanks again Connie! Off I go!!!

Fantastic experience: Jodie is a miracle worker! If you have pain you should do dry needling.

Fantastic experience: Jodi is amazing!! She has helped relieve my neck tension and headaches with dry needling. Lori is great at getting me in when I have a flare up and need to get in with Jodi. I’m thankful for both of them! I’d highly recommend Jodi for dry needling and PT. Jodi has helped strengthen my knee after surgery. Jodi is professional and relatable!

Negative experience: The therapy they did was good but everything else is a rip off they charge you 375$ for filling out paperwork then it’s not 95$ for a hour it’s so much for 20 min hip 175$ then so much for neck then so much for this thing they call cupping so one session could be more then you were thinking

Fantastic experience: Mike K, dry needling for frozen shoulder, 2 sessions, felt like a miracle, been dealing with frozen shoulder for years. This procedure eliminated my frozen shoulder.

Fantastic experience: Jodi and Connie did a fantastic job getting me through the extensive PT that was required from my shoulder surgery. They made the encounters fun and productive. I felt very comfortable asking questions and appreciated their insight and feedback. I would highly recommend both of these physical therapists. Jodi also did an amazing job with decreasing my pain through dry needling of my neck and back during the healing process.

Positive experience: I had Connie as my physical therapist when I injured my left shoulder and she was awesome. She was friendly, knowledgeable, was able to get good progress. I would recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Mike is truly the best physical therapist I’ve been too. He’s patient, explains things well, and offers resources to help with home exercises! I love the app he set me up with. All I have to do is press GO and it tells me what exercise to do, when to start and when to stop!! Thanks Mike!

Fantastic experience: Mike Kroke came recommended to me via two different people. They were right; he's amazing! He was very thorough in assessing my injury/pain and asked lots of questions. He helped me establish an effective at-home plan to supplement the dry needling he did in the office. He was professional and incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics, functional movements, and specific exercises I could do to support my recovery. He was easy to talk to, reassuring, and down to earth. I have made huge strides in my recovery already and am so grateful for the recommendations to see him. I am very happy with my experience with Mike and highly recommend him to everyone!

Fantastic experience: PT/OT has been wonderful. They had me up and moving in no time after my total hip replacement. I didn't hesitate to return for an issue I'm having with knee pain and swelling. The care I am receiving from Adrienne has me on the road to recovery! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Theses people are the best!! Highly recommend them. They were fabulous with my Husbands new hip.

Negative experience: I agree their billing practices are seem really shady. I went in for dry needling which isn't covered by insurance but then they billed insurance hundreds of dollars for each visit for extra procedures that I didn't request or recieve. I quit going to this place for only this reason.

Fantastic experience: I have some issues with sitting at a desk all day. Mike did some dry needling on my shoulders and neck area a few times. Wow does that help lift the pain and tension off of your shoulders. Thanks Mike for all the great relief! I will be back!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Jodi Crockett MPT, for dry needling by my massage therapist. I had been suffering with SI Joint pain caused by an ATV accident in October of 2015.. I had received little relief with Chiropractic adjustments weekly and massage every 2wks from October 2015 to April 2016 I was beginning to wonder if I was ever going to feel better or have to live with this nearly debilitating pain for the rest of my life. I was willing to try anything. I had never heard of dry needling before but, made an appointment anyways and so happy I did. Jodi was very good at explaining what was going on with the muscles why Chiropractic and massage hadn't been as successful as I was thinking it would and how dry needling could help then it all made sense.. I was optimistic it was going to help. I had my first appt. in April and felt relief the following day.. I was so excited and couldn't wait to go back, after a total of 5 dry needling appointments I am back to 100% zero pain... I strongly recommend Jodi and the Staff at PT/OT Partners..
