Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Alison at Connect Physical Therapy for all your PT needs. I started seeing her for a shoulder issue which was, unbeknownst to my PCP, early frozen shoulder. Thanks to Alison and her at-home PT exercises, my shoulder didn’t get as bad as if I had waited for the “full” frozen shoulder. Alison worked her magic with me on this issue. I continued working with her on a weak knee issue. I’ve seen great results with both of my physical concerns. Alison is a competent and caring professional and a joy to see each session!

Fantastic experience: Alison at Connect Physical Therapy has helped me with some smaller aches and pains over the years, with great success, but in February of 2022 I had my knee replaced. I went back to Connect for my knee rehab because I was confident that I would have a good outcome. I saw Alison twice a week for a few weeks, and then once a week for a little while longer. She also gave me a stretching and strengthening regime to work on at home. I couldn't be happier with the results. After a few months, I was back to going to the gym, and by the following winter, I was playing racquetball again.
