Positive experience: The staff and entire crew that worked with me during my week of rehab were awesome. In fact the PT & OT staff made it almost fun that I enjoyed the time I spent with them!! I have only 1 complaint. The menu was very repetitious, except for the main meal which many of them I couldn’t enjoy because of various existing issues I have.

Fantastic experience: I recommend PAM to everyone. I was relieved to not have to care for myself right after surgery and everyone is very kind. It's quiet, which I appreciate. Food is good too!

I can only give praises for the wonderful care and treatment he received The nurses and staff, including all the therapists became his family. Their care and genuine concern for him were part of his healing. His case Mgr, Sarah N worked hard for his cont care at a local assisted living facility. Without her involvement and follow thru, he may not have had placement I. An assisted living facility. I rec PAM to everyone who needs therapy etc. We say that our loved one "graduated " from PAM Rehab abd is now able to go forward. Ty to our PAM Rehab family. You are all very best!!!

Fantastic experience: I came to PAM to get physiotherapy on my shoulders. I am waiting for surgery on one shoulder and arthritis in the other. I have lost muscle mass and experiencing pain. I came for 5 sessions with Allie. She evaluated the damage and set me up on a plan of exercises to take home and do. Ten days later, I have no pain in non surgery shoulder and manageable pain in surgery shoulder. I have regained strength already and feel much stronger than when I came in Allie and her student Abi were professional and explained all exercises and ensured I was doing them properly Great service, great team everyone seems to work together and it feels like a great atmosphere

Positive experience: I was at PAM for a week after breaking my ankle. The staff, nurses, PT and OT were all amazing and I know I wouldn't have gotten to go home as soon as I did if I hadn't been there. I'm giving them 3 stars, good luck trying to get anyone to respond to you after sending multiple emails and phone messages once you've been discharged. Very frustraiting

Fantastic experience: My 92 year old dad is here for rehabilitation. This place is amazing. Rooms are huge, food is good (for hospital), staff is so professional and polite. If you get in here, you're lucky. 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: After damaging my hip and breaking my femur in a fall, I was admitted to PAM after surgery spending nearly two weeks in rehab. Friendly and smiley faces make it easier to understand how it all works. It's always a great feeling to get a better understanding of what steps it takes to recover from an accident, or surgery. Fantastic experience: From the janitor, to the CEO, to the doctor, everyone goes above and beyond. There is no question or problem that is not resolved here by the team.

Fantastic experience: Staff anticipates my needs, response is quick and cheerful. PAM is an ideal facility for my transition from hospital to home, I couldn't ask or expect more.

Negative experience: They overstated their ability to deal with cognitive issues, they misrepresented food intake (nearly let my father in law starve to death), and when multiple staff members tested positive for covid they didn't test my father in law (with documented immune deficiencies) for three days when he had deteriorated to the point they wanted to send him back to sanford where he later passed away from covid pneumonia. Their protocols are lax and in my families case deadly.

Fantastic experience: PAM gives a damn! They gave a damn about me and now I'm home and walking! Megan from OT and Austin from PT are/were awesome! They pushed just enough so I was able to have the confidence to be able to try a little harder each time we met.

Fantastic experience: PAM was my home away from home for 55 days! I arrived at PAM after being diagnosed with a severe case of GBS and hospitalized at Bismarck Sanford for 18 days. I lost most of my motor functions and needed intensive inpatient therapy which included physical, occupational and speech. Although PAM was located 3 hours away from our home in Mandan, it was the best place to go to get the therapy I needed to begin my recovery. I have played sports my entire life, being at PAM felt like I was on a new, different type of team where the #1 goal of the entire staff was my wellbeing! I can’t say thank you enough to everyone at PAM for taking care of not only me but my family as well when they came to visit me over the weekends. The therapy I received was top notch! My therapists Jake, Bennie, Lauren, Bre, Joelle, Megan, Carly and others were knowledgeable, supportive, kind, understanding, and amazing, they pushed me to be my best even when I didn’t think I was capable. The equipment (Ekso Skeleton & Vector) made it possible to begin walking again! Maddie and the kitchen staff put out great meals (not your typical hospital food). Erin, Kim and the entire nursing staff managed my pain and kept me comfortable and healthy. I can’t say enough great things about PAM, best of all they helped get me home to live life again with my family!

Negative experience: This place was creepy. I left after one night. Adding this. I only had one bag with me and it had a pair of jeans, a shirt, a phone cord, and 2 necklaces in a small plastic container. I brought this bag with me from Sanford hospital. I know that the necklaces were in the bag when I got to PAM. Someone took my necklaces. Adding. A man came into my room at two in the morning. I was awake when he came in. He was looking all around the room and not at me. I raised my head and spoke and he said he was doing a night check and left quickly. It was creepy. I don’t believe he was doing a night check because he was just there two hours before to give me meds. Also, one of the female nurses told me if I would give her some money she would go buy me clothes. That could be taken as nice, but because she mumbled it quietly, I took it a different way. And when I checked myself out the next morning, I was pushed in a wheelchair to where the TV is in the front hallway. She said she didn’t know where the remote was and she left me there to wait for an Uber. No one came to check on me. Just all in all it was not a good 24 hours.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic team of therapists, nurses, and other supportive staff (dietary/RT/plant ops/housekeeping & administrative). The outpatient therapy program is booming! Everyone truly cares about best interest of the patients, promoting health & well being.

Fantastic experience: Both my dad and grandma have been patients at PAM. I am so impressed with the facility, therapy programming, but most of all the people. Everyone was SO knowledgeable, patient and kind. I would highly recommend to anyone needing physical rehab.

Fantastic experience: I have a million amazing anecdotes from my time at PAM that I could share, but I’ll try to limit them and keep it short and sweet. I came to PAM after an extremely traumatic experience and needed a place to heal physically and mentally. I only expected it to fill the physical side of healing, but the staff did an incredible job helping me to heal in both aspects. The nurses were extremely attentive, human, and anticipated my needs and sensed my pain and anxiety before I even became aware of them myself. The OT and PT teams pushed me so incredibly kindly and helped me to not only meet but surpass my goals. I really believe that I’m leaving the facility in better shape than I was in before my accident. The food, while it was hospital food and definitely got a bit old after 15 days, was far better than expected. The soups were consistently amazing and had great variety. Case management worked incredibly hard to facilitate my discharge and all the moving parts around it. I had a very difficult case to work out and they were so adaptive and helpful, keeping me in the loop through each and every part of the process. All the staff were incredibly kind in passing and would take breaks from their busy days to speak with me. Overall I had an amazing experience at this hospital, which was truly unexpected following such a tragic occurrence that landed me there. Would never ever regret my choice to go to this hospital facility

Fantastic experience: I was here when they were Cobalt and the organization and staffing is great. The doctor stops by everyday and my pain was well managed. I noticed significant progress and was able to get home with in home care. My case manager took care of me and made sure I got what I needed. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My son, Brian has been in PAM for almost 3 weeks now, battling with GBS. I came in from Seattle and spent the last week with him in his suite room. I have the absolute utmost respect and admiration for the entire staff here at PAM!!! The therapists ( PT, OT, SP) are top notch!! Sarah, Benny, Lauren, Jake, Sam, Courtney, Claire, Chris, Carl, Greta, Jenny and others along with the nursing crew, Lily, Kim, Allen, Forrest, Bre and others. And the food here is amazing, too!!! We loved the Tortilla Soup and Chilli w/ Cornbread but everything was SO GOOD!! I'm so thankful Brian is here for his rehab, I believe with all of my heart he will be walking out of here in no time!!

Fantastic experience: I said if I couldnt get into PAM, Im going home! I didnt want to go anywhere else. The staff is so focused on patient care and I have nothing but amazing things to say! The community is so fortunate to have a place like PAM!

Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident while at work and when I came to PAM I was so broken. I wasn't able to walk. Jake knew when to have me do the stairs, Bennie pushed me to use a cane, Lauren and BreAnna helped me with all my self cares. I walked out of the hospital using a cane after 3 weeks to begin my outpatient journey and go home with my wife. Megan had me drop the cane and walk as fast as I could on the first day of outpatient. Nicole helped me regain movement and strength in my arm. I also worked with Candice, Bridgit, Austin and Gauge. I'm thankful for the people I have met as a result of a not so fortunate life event.They believed in me more than believed in myself and knew when to push. I would recommend anyone who's been injured at work to go to PAM!

Fantastic experience: I've been to this place twice and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my therapy. The therapist did a really good job, Faith and Austin were attentive to my needs and chlenged me. I really liked my nurses, especially Liz. She went above the call of duty. I do really recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: My husband has been here two times! He has had great therapy. Those therapist help him work through pain to achieve his goals. My husband said “they are fun to be around and B. S. with but still mean business.”

Fantastic experience: The environment is a delightful place to call home. Clean, fresh and comfortable. All the trainers are great to work with and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: This place was excellent! All staff was wonderful! Jacob with nursing was such a perfect sweetheart! He helped me physically and mentally! The nurses go beyond the call of duty! The therapy department is like no other! Jonah was so understanding and helpful! Megan was very caring and I loved her too! God sent me there for a reason, to get back home!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very nice at PAM and truly care about you as an individual. They are there to help you get back to 100% as much as possible as long as you work with them.

Fantastic experience: I have been a nurse for awhile and worked in different facilities as a traveler.. the work vibe here is by far the best I have seen in a long time. I am no longer a traveler and I have no desire to look for other employment.

Fantastic experience: It’s a rehab place that I definitely needed. From the housekeeping to the doctors to the therapist, all were kind and supportive. I’d recommend the place. I never did get to meet PAM though! Joelle is on top of her game!

Fantastic experience: In the 2 months I spent at PAM I realized how professional and friendly the staff is. They all treated me with respect and the therapists are very knowledgeable. The care across all disciplines is top notch!

Fantastic experience: My mother-in-law had a total knee replacement and had a great experience recovering at PAM. 1. The hospital staff was great! Dr. Carey and all of the nursing staff were sensitive to her hearing needs, as well as her comfort during recovery. 2. The therapy staff was also great! She gained range of motion, as well as strength and stability on her leg. Very personable! 3. The food was great! She was able to pick what she wanted for the next day (the chili was her favorite). I think the most telling part about her stay was that she wanted to continue her next step of recovery by doing outpatient therapy with PAM. This, of course, was due to her overall experience with PAM, and I am grateful. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: If only there were more than 5 stars! I had a fantastic stay at PAM. The doctors were very explanatory and patient with me. The nurses were great and made me feel very welcome. Everything was just perfect. I couldn’t have chosen a better place. It didn’t disappoint!

Negative experience: My other half was there and would never recommend the place. He was bathed only once or twice in many days . employees are not friendly and you get the feeling they wish you weren't their! . I could go on but I don't have time to say howong just

Negative experience: No communication. Started asking questions about medications since one my family members health was declining. Couldn't figure out what antibiotics were given in days prior, first RN claimed she didn't know what a statin was, second RN couldn't identify which medicine was for cholesterol or if she was on a cholesterol medicine. The next day the ambulance showed up to take her to Sanford, With no explanation or prior notice from PAM. Sanford didn't get a good explanation either. Also in the three weeks I had family members there everyone I voiced concerns to didn't know, had just started their shift, didn't work on this wing yesterday, and was very sorry but never got back to us with answers. The PT seemed to work though.

Fantastic experience: I've really enjoyed my stay. The staff is impeccable and I mean it! I had issues my first night and the team addressed my pain right away and that's the gal darn truth! My pain is under control and I'm now strong enough to go home. Jake from state farm, but really physical therapy, really worked me! We shared many laughs! I'd recommend PAM to my loved ones in a heart beat!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been in and out of hospitals. None can compare to this place. The nurses and aides have been so great. Even the guys picking up the trays have been nice as hell. Physical therapy has challenged me every day that I have been here. If you are ever in trouble, blame it on Austin. I am beyond excited to go home and continue my recovery as well as use the techniques I’ve learned here. Best place for therapy in town!

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and on time with my cares. The therapy is very good. I couldn’t have done it without the therapy girls! Little by little I am getting more strength. It’s a very wise decision to have your family go there. A doctor sees you every day and the nurses are very friendly!

Fantastic experience: My father had a stroke, after taking the tour and asking initial questions I chose pam. The staff PT, OT, ST, was amazing, always very helpfull and friendly, the nurses were good but very overloaded and busy, my fathers recovery was rapid just 3 weeks he went from not able to eat or barely move to able to climb stairs and walk several hundred feet with a walker. incredible availability to managment staff and they were very helpful at all times. Highly recomend PAM

Fantastic experience: I came to PAM for rehab with Guillain Barre Syndrome the middle of May. The entire staff at PAM is to be commended for the outstanding treatment, excellent care, and kindness shown me! The Director of therapy checked regularly to make sure all my needs were being addressed, the PTs and OT's were able to help me make great progress physically with improving my strength and endurance, call buttons were answered in a timely manner, my room was cleaned daily, and the food was very good. I was unable to walk or take of myself when I entered rehab; and when I left, I was well on my way to a complete recovery. I can't thank PAM Rehabilitation enough for the wonderful care.

Fantastic experience: Very good care. I came in with a shattered femer and fractured humerus and have progressed so I can move to a swing bed closer to home. They helped me locate that facility. Kudos to the nurses and therapists!

Negative experience: My experience with Pam was awful. The administration is a mess. My grandmother spent most of her time there confused. This place lacks communication and organization. If you have a loved one that the Pam team is trying to convince to stay there, please do not let them go! I am so happy that we got grandma out of there today even though it was late becuase they got their times wrong!

Negative experience: I do not recommend going to Pam's in Fargo My stay was 4-29-21 to 5-3-21. I arrived in the late afternoon on Thursday 4-29-21. My evening assigned nurse and nurses aid we're not capable of treating a human being. My nurse and nurses aid on Friday a.m. 4-30-21 were absolutely terrible, disrespectful, and should be fired. I threatened to leave on Friday 4-30 because of my mistreatment. I was treated worse than an injured dog laying on the road. I threatened to leave, upper management begged me to stay. I got a new nurses and aids starting on Friday 4-30 around 10:30 a.m. I finally received decent care with the new nurses. The PT and OT staff were fantastic. I develop blood clots in my lungs and left on Monday 5-3-21 and ended up in the hospital. I had personal belongings at Pam's and I only received half of them. I spoke with management regarding my items that were missing. I was told that I would receive a call back and I never did. I spoke to CEO Tim in Fargo on Friday 5-7-21, he stated that he would check into my personal items and I never received a call back from him. This facility has poor management and poor staff. I do not recommend going there.

Fantastic experience: I have been to cobalt rehab 2 times this past year. Out of the 6 months in fargo i spent alot of time there. Colbalt has the best physical therapy and occupational therapy. The nurses and cnas treated me like famiy. All my family was out of town or gone for the winter.I got pretty lonely but they treated me so good and the food was so good there. If you need erehab really consider going to cobalt

Fantastic experience: Couldn't have been in a better place, the nursing staff and therapy personal is amazing. Learning the the personality of the patient and having fun with them is amazing to watch. My Father felt like he wasn't going to ever get out of the bed, today he will be walking out and going home. Fantastic experience: The people at Post Acute Medical are very friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Therapy was excellent and pushed hard enough to get me home. Case management was fantastic. Nursing was on top of everything. I would for sure recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed working with the therapists! This whole team was very upscale. The nurses were all very attentive and provided great service. I feel like I have improved greatly in my general wellbeing! I certainly recommend this place as a first choice!

Fantastic experience: The therapy team was just super! They were very hard on me which was good! They gave me very detailed instructions and drawings for exercises at home. They made feel safe. Candace was super! Hannah gives a gosh darn good shower! Rajeen was very helpful! Susan Hanson was very very good and understanding and concerned about me! The RT folks were very good in setting up my BiPap, especially Dawn. Tom was wonderful. Ade was tremendous! Anita was great! If I were asked if I recommend this place I’d say, without any hesitation go for it!

Negative experience: As of October of 2020 this company was bought out & had new owners & my family had to make a serious decision on which rehabilitation center to choose here in the FM area for our father, as he had a stroke. We had a tour & we asked every question you could possibly think of before making our choice. We actually decided on Sanford being the best choice but being that they're beds we're full we chose PAM as our 2nd. Yes the hospital is nice for its a brand new bldg. And the staff ,medical care, therapy & food we're good/adequate. But my problem and a huge eye opener was the day of discharge & they're lack of preperatation for these patients to meet their goal & get them back home comfortably. They didn't have the things ready for him to go home. They literally asked in elevator for his arm sling & arm cradle back. Which we have no problem paying for our own (you would of thought insurance already paid for the one on, since he'd been only wearing it the last 5 weeks now) but they had needed that one back but didn't order one prior and sent my father home with out one at all! Someone was lacking they're job for this to be be overlooked. My suggestion is more communication to the patients & family for if this would have been done, they would not of had taken off theirs & made sure that he had his own and it correctly fitted on him.
