Fantastic experience: Had neck pain and migranes every night for many years. after some rehabilitation, and treatments at balance migranes are few and far between.

Fantastic experience: I was very skeptical, because I have tried many things to help with my malnutrition and fibromyalgia experienced after having gastric bypass in 2006. My husband found the ad and we went in. I was thinking he was just another snake oil salesman and here we go again with false hope...after treatment, was able to eat a full meal like before bypass and I went a full afternoon without taking an afternoon nap. I'm looking forward to the 2nd treatment.

Negative experience: Went in for free consultation and then a couple days later the doc got covid and they closed their doors and I never went back. Now they've been hounding me with a bill for months even though I never received any services except what was supposed to be a free consultation

Negative experience: When I made an appointment with this company it was for a certain procedure. Went on the phone making the appointment there was no problems or anything like that. But once after arriving I was told another story that they could not perform that. Wish this should have been brought to my attention during the appointment setting and given an option whether or not to proceed. This company worked on lies and deception just to make a buck. What the appointment was made for never happened. This is company is not to be trust I would stay far away from this business. They will treat you for something different than what you made your appointment for, as far as in my case. I would suggest that everybody get everything in writing from this business. They will send you a bill in full for the visit which is way overcharged for what they do. At this point it looks like I might have to seek legal representation for harassment. I felt worse after leaving than when I arrived. So there might have to be a lawsuit. I wish and hope nobody has to go through what I've been through and being put through. So therefore I rate this company with a one star just so I can get it on the board so everybody is aware of how this business operates. Well I had to edit this part because it will not let me reply to what they stated. I did not demand acupuncture. When a person calls and asks if they do acupuncture and they say yes then you set the appointment to have that done is what happened. But as you read above that is not what happened. Upon arrival after driving over an hour one way that's when more lies started saying oh we don't do that. Well if you didn't do that then why would you make an appointment for that. Because I would not have set the appointment. Now it's as if they want to come in from the back side if you know what I mean and do what they do. Which is very unprofessional. They can say all they want to say but this is not a place to go.

Positive experience: I am so thankful that Balance Chiropractic was open this Saturday. I needed to wait longer than I preferred due to a busy schedule but my adjustment was just what I needed and I am feeling great. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dan is fantastic -- His staff worked me in for my first appointment (on very short notice) on a Friday afternoon, after I finally gave in to some awful neck pain I'd been trying to ignore. A few adjustments later I'm good as new. His staff is polite and swift, appointments are on-time, and the results speak for themselves. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Dr. Dan!

Fantastic experience: Dr Daniel has been treating me for an injury I suffered from a slip and fall recently. Because of the awful, (and at times) nearly paralyzing pain and spasms I was having- I lacked the confidence that anyone would be able to help me and I truly feared that I'd end up with life long chronic pain. To my surprise, in just the first couple of visits I started feeling a bit better and I continue to improve with every visit. Although I understand that due to the extent of the injury, I have a longer road ahead in my recovery, but I am 100% confident that I am in the best hands possible to get there! I am amazed by the level of service that I receive by not only Dr Daniel, but the staff there as well. They listen to me, work with me and they all GENUINELY CARE about my recovery, not just the $$. That can be really difficult to find these days, especially with any medical/health service and I am so very fortunate to have found them!! Fantastic experience: Dr. Dan has always been available when I've needed (even Saturdays) and always gets the job done. Genuinely helpful, no nonsense chiropractic. My story: A couple years ago I had neck pain and a killer headache. I had tried to sleep off the headache for a couple days but by Friday I was desperate. I called a Chiropractor in Fargo that I had heard of before (lets call him dr.J) and he got me in right away on Friday which seemed good. Then he proceeded to complete several tests: x-rays, some electrical resistance measure thing, etc. Then dr. J there told me to "come back on Monday" to review the test results and get an adjustment and an 'overall health goals plan' at that time . I was in pain enough that I hadn't really been functioning for a few days.. I was not happy being told to wait for Monday. With no spine adjustment what-so-ever and still being in all of the pain, I needed to find someone else! In the phone book (vintage of me I know but desperate times..) I found that Dr. Dan had an add saying that he took walk-ins and that he was open on Saturdays. I was there first thing on Saturday morning and Dr. Dan was able to identify the issue and adjust my spine immediately with no x-rays necessary. I was so grateful for the pain relief he brought me and that he was open on Saturday. Another time he wrote a note for me to get an Ergonomic Assessment at work and a lot of my neck pain went away with a better desk set-up. I would certainly recommend Dr. Dan for genuinely helpful, no nonsense chiropractic. :)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dan is the first chiropractor I’ve ever been to, my mom actually recommended me to go see him after I had been complaining of knee and back pain for a while, keep in mind I’m 6’2 200lbs and only 24. At first I was hesitant because I had a busy schedule with classes and work, but Dr. Dan and his receptionist Zoey both took the time to work around my schedule, this is an effort I really appreciate. My first day was analyzing all my weak points and answering questions about what I do. I work in healthcare and those who work in some type of strenuous and repetitive motion career know that stress can build up in your back, hips, neck, etc... and if it gets to a certain degree then it can mean bad news for you in the long run. Dr. Dan doesn’t just want you to come in and get in an adjustment, he formulates a plan for you and wants to see you progress every week. My upper back has never felt so good and the exercises he prescribed for at home really help. From what I’ve experienced he is more for getting to the root of the problem and tackling it. So far my experience has been a great one at Balance Chiropractic and I enjoy the services and the staff. He says healing his patients and creating longevity is his goal. I recommend going here and giving it a try.

Negative experience: My husband had an appointment @ 6:30 today since Monday is by appointment only. He showed up to locked doors and the call line was no help. He was 15 min early and stayed til almost 7. No one ever showed up, several other patients that had appointments showed up as well. Disappointing since my husband is missing work until we start to get a handle on his pain and course of treatment.

Negative experience: I had an appointment today at 6:30PM, showed up 10 minutes early. The door was locked when I tried to enter for my appointment. Turns out there were other patients waiting to get let in for their own appointments before I arrived. The lights were on but no one came to unlock the door for us. Waited until 7:20PM to see if anyone would come and unlock the door. No one came. Very unprofessional of this establishment since they could have called to reschedule my appointment if they weren’t going to be here.

Negative experience: I was a patient of Dr. Dan’s for a couple years. I had a good experience until I needed to get my medical records. I had other health issues and needed to share my records. He refused to give them to me. He ignored requests from my physician. He ignored the BBB requests. He claimed he was short staffed, he said he was dealing with medical issues, and he would eventually get them to me. He told me it would take him a month or two before he would be able to! I offered to pay for a scheduled visit and use that time to retrieve my records. He refused. It has now been 6 months and I have never gotten my records. Dr. Dan is very unprofessional and obviously does not follow HIPPA guidelines.

Fantastic experience: Literally got me walking upright again! Hurt my back really bad lifting an awkward/heavy memory foam mattress a few years back on a Friday. Couldn’t stand up straight until I went into Balance Chiropractic. Dr Dan was available in a Saturday, which was a Godsend for me! No other Chiropractor was available. Have been to a few really good Chiropractors. But, I go to Balance because Dr Dan has helped the most, my chronic headaches are 99% improved, not to mention he has the best availability!

Positive experience: Needed a provider that was available Saturdays. Worked out well as I work M-F and live 2 hrs away! The only issues : lack of staff and delay in appts due to lack of staff. Knowledgeable & honest . Resolved most of my issues in 5 sessions. Discontinued appts only because gas prices were increasing. Staffing issue was being resolved when I left.

I chose Balance because of the stellar reviews, and I can honestly say that they were spot on! For my first visit, Dr. Dan conducted a thorough assessment of my pain and provided a detailed analysis of my results. He does a wonderful job explaining his methods and shares his beliefs about the importance of whole body health. He is also a blast to talk to and always makes me feel very comfortable in his clinic! 10/10 recommend!

Negative experience: I called at noon to set up an appointment and asked for pricing they said they didn’t have that information!! How can u not have pricing information when calling a chiropractor!!!! Well it’s 5 pm and never heard back so I called them again and now I was told they didn’t have any appointment for Saturday and still no pricing information!!! Unbelievable this place is a joke! Very bad customer service never called me back!!!

Negative experience: Quackery and expensive…don’t be fooled by all the good reviews like I did. 4 times the price of a normal FM area chiropractor and he never addressed the main issue I came into his office for. Now I see he was anti-vaccinations…until he ended up in the hospital with COVID. What kind of doctor is against vaccines?! A quack, that’s who

Negative experience: I was seen by a medical provider in February. When I first made an appointment, the first two were scheduled when the provider was not there. It ended up being a waste of my time twice to go there and only find out no one was working. The appointment was ok and provider was friendly and helpful. After my appointment I have attempted to connect with my provider due to issues with a medication. After leaving 3 messages I have yet to hear back from any provider there. Very poor customer service, would not recommend.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend. First of all I was the only person wearing a mask in the building. I came in for a pinched nerve in my lower back and I filled out paperwork for about 35 minutes. Then I was told a list of reasons why I had some acne on my face...? Dr. Dan was more concerned with my neck than my back, and also told me I have scoliosis...? I’ve never been told that in my entire life. Left feeling the exact same as when I went in. This place is seriously a joke.

Negative experience: Daniel was nice at first, but turned out to be rude and unprofessional. He will mumble out what hes saying and not make clear sense. Hung right up on me without saying bye or have a good day. He does not care to give you general insight, and he doesn't want to have a conversation with you. Awkward atmosphere. New layout of building is not very private, and the dog that roams around the clinic likes to get into your business. Prices are extremely high.

Fantastic experience: So far my son and I both have gone and my 2 daughters later this week! I love how thorough he his, the system on the laptop he has to check balance and posture. I love that massage is incorporated into also as I firmly believe they go hand in hand I would recommend this location to anyone! They also have a nurse located at this location which is awesome!

Fantastic experience: I have had chronic neck, shoulder and back pain for 7 years. My old Chiropracticor stopped seeing me so I found Dr. Dan in a quick Bing search. His hours are great, the front desk ladies are always welcoming. I started seeing Dan in May and by July I was 98% better. We did alot of physical therapy and adjustments 2 times a week. He has this really cool software that uses a camera to analyze your body and assess your progress. He sends out text message reminders for appointments as well which is great. I've learned alot about my own bodies strengths and weaknesses and how to prevent myself from injury. Dam is very humble and loves helping people. I would highly recommend him!

I tried reaching out to many different chiropractors for an emergency adjustment and no one was able to fit me into there schedules..... then I found Dr. Dan. Fantastic experience: Hands down One of the BEST Doctors that I have seen! When I 1st came to see Dr. Dan I was a complete mess or at least I felt like it! I had been suffering with neck, upper back and rib pain along with hip pain primarily on the ride side on and off for probably 15 years or so. My level of pain pretty much stayed between 4-6 depending on what I was doing and how active, inactive I would be. My 1st appt. with Dr. Dan was anything but the norm! He spent an hour with me asking questions, listening, and working with me on Functional Movement Testing. He coincided the movement testing with a computer program that helped him further determine the where, how, and what of my pain issues. His way of figuring out my pain and the path it creates in my body and how it impacts my daily movements. More importantly, all of this helped him put together a short term and long term treatment plan in helping alleviate and resolve my pain. It was with this testing that Dr. Dan figured out that my left leg was considerably shorter than my right and suggested orthapedic insoles for me to help with the issue. He went onto explain to me that this in itself could be causing my hip pain on the right side. I did purchase a pair which my insurance covered, BCBS pays for one pair of insoles. Dr. Dan works with a company that hand makes the fit to sized orthapedic insoles. It did take me a couple weeks to get used to wearing them which is normal. I wear them in my work shoes which I wear every day for about 9 hours. I absolutely Love my insoles! And more importantly, I have no more hip pain at all on my right side and even my rib pain has lessened considerably! The thing that I really like about Dr. Dan is that he really cares about his patients. He puts Everything he has into helping each patient! It isn't just about the short term relief that he can offer his patients. For him it is about the Long Game and how he can help you begin to take responsibility and ownership of your own health and well being and in turn show you how to begin to manage your pain. I have been seeing Dr. Dan for about 2 months and with his help, instruction, and guidance I am finally at a place where I am able to manage my own pain! I am usually now at a 1-3 which is dependent on whether or not I am doing my stretching, foam rolling, and strengthing exercises on a daily basis I would not be where I am at today without Dr. Dan! With his treatment, instructions, and guidance I am in the maintenance stage! He spoke many times with me on this; working with me to get to a point with my pain management where it would then be up to me to follow thru on what I learned from him to reap the full benefits and have the quality of life I want! Thank You Dr. Dan for Everything! Your the Best!

Fantastic experience: I am consulting with him for my back pain. I used to take 3 ibuprofen daily. Sanford physiotherapist could not help me but charged me $175. Visiting him for last two weeks, it helped me a lot. He is really good at his chiropractic skill. I highly recommend him if you need a back pain remedy without harsh pills.

Fantastic experience: As we age, a usual, accepted phenomena sneaks in. We become accustomed to various body sensations that seem to be normal and simply move on with life. As such was my mo. How I felt was how I felt. Until...a little uncomfortable neck issue developed into a downright uncomfortable irritant! My son had been adjusted by Dr. Dan at Balance Chiropratic and suggested it might be a good fit for me. I did call. I was not aware of how tender and sensitive my neck was. After two treatments I experienced an awareness that really caught my attention. As I was having coffee near a window I noticed a squirrel running back and forth. The odd thing was that I found myself allowing my head to turn back and forth freely without having to pause while turning. Previous to the appts. with Dr. Dan I needed to pause my head turns in order to not exacerbate tension and pain in my neck. (I call it the tennis match syndrome). Long story even longer I no more have neck stiffness, pain or limited range of motion. Yayay. The Dr. and the staff are very pleasant, efficient and caring.

Through treatment and advice I have gained my mobility back, can feel my back getting stronger and can complete all daily tasks again. Treatment has been very beneficial to me because without it, there is no way I could work the 12 hour+ shifts like I do. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: When I first came in, I was in a sharp pain on my upper back from muscle spasms, aches on my lower back and legs, Dr. Daniel assessed me and had a wonderful analysis of my problems. I came in couple times , and my pain is much better than when I came in initially. Also got orthotics for my feet after scanning. Customer service too is wonderful. Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Dan! I had taken a good fall down some stairs and severely broke my leg. Went through PT with a therapist and wasn't even 50% when that ran out. Seeing Dr. Dan doing more PT, adjustments amd dry needling for 6 weeks, I am almost at 100%. I expect to be 100% in three more sessions. The staff is amazing, always accommodating!! Fantastic experience: What can I say, Dr. Dan is the man. Met Dr. Dan many years ago at a boxing joint and started going to him for a "monthly check-up" adjustments. If your car needs one, why not your body. He is very knowledgeable and answers every question with confidence. The front desk staff are always nice and courteous too.

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain when I first started going to see Dr. Dan, it was ridiculous. 33 and I had to use a cane to support me when I would walk anywhere (and at a snail’s pace, to boot). I wasn’t responding super well to treatment, at the start, so Dr. Dan tried dry needling on me. WOW. What a game changer. I would recommend Dr. Dan (and dry needling, if reasonable and necessary) to everybody and their brother. Without a doubt, he is a class act and knows what he’s doing.

Fantastic experience: Very professional. Seems to have an excellent holistic understanding of the human body. Any time I do something stupid to strain my body and cause pain that lasts more than 2 days I call Dan and it's taken care of quickly. I wanted to switch Chiropractors when I moved across the river but couldn't bring myself to stop going to Balance.

Fantastic experience: Really great place. I was in extreme pain and they got me in right away and on a Saturday. Come to find out I had a couple herniated discs in my neck. Dr. Dan got me set up doing decompression with alignments and physical therapy. With only a few sessions left I'm about back to normal and must of the pain is gone! I am even able to ride the motorcycle again! Thanks Dr. Dan! And the staff is always polite and friendly! Definitely would recommend Balance chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dan and his staff at Balanced Chiropractic are absolutly amazing!! I have been struggling with pain in my neck, shoulders, and jaw for years. In the past month that I've been working with Dr. Dan I have noticed a great improvement. He takes the time to teach me proper exercises to help work my muscles, and while doing adjustments as well as dry needling to help relieve my pain. Fantastic experience: I truly feel comfortable going to Balance chiropractor. When I first step into the building I’m greeted by the front desk ladies who are always very polite, and helpful when scheduling my next visits. Dr. Dan always has time to get me in, especially when I’m in urgent need of an adjustment. He always listens to what I have to say and does his best to get me feeling better by the time I walk out.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dan is awesome. I'm a long time chronic migraine sufferer and our first meeting was in the middle of a horrible migraine. My neck had locked up so tight that I was unable to turn my head and it was a Saturday. Dr. Dan got me in right away and even after I threw up in his garbage can, was able to get me some relief. He was super nice about that, told me it happens all the time lol, although I doubted that. I've been seeing him about a year now and he and his staff are great to work with. His hours on weekends are especially helpful as I travel a lot for work and would otherwise not be treated. If you're looking for someone to go above and beyond, give Dr. Dan a call.

Fantastic experience: Balance Chiro is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Dan is super knowledgeable. He has a lot of experience and training in a variety of topics, which makes him an awesome resource and physician. I'm recovering from a serious car accident, and Dr. Dan is always creatively problem solving, which has resulted in faster healing for me.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dan is my hero! I have been coming to Balance for 5 plus years. My neck and lower back get very tight and sore. I suffer debilitating headaches when my neck gets bad. After each appointment with Dr Dan I feel much better than when I arrived. He has convenient hours and can usually always get me in the same day or the next morning. The office is very nice and he is down to earth. Great patient care all around. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Dan! I had taken a good fall down some stairs and severely broke my leg. Went through PT with a therapist and wasn't even 50% when that ran out. Seeing Dr. Dan doing more PT, adjustments amd dry needling for 6 weeks, I am almost at 100%. I expect to be 100% in three more sessions. The staff is amazing, always accommodating!! Fantastic experience: I have been going here a few months now and am very happy with the improvement i have made. I am a mechanic and had injured my lower back this fall to the point of where it was almost unbearable to walk down stairs every morning. Before being recommended to Dr.Daniel by a friend i tried other chiropractors in the area to seek other opinions and methods and had little to no improvement at a costly expense. I am still seeing Dr. Daniel for my back and am currently only needing to be seen once every other week. I felt and seen the progress i have made each week and can still continue doing the job i love.

Fantastic experience: Started coming here due to a car accident. I had a very stiff and sore neck and back. I am currently still going and the stiffness and soreness has decreased tremendously. Dr. Dan is very knowledgeable and will not rush your recovery and will also incorporate rehab to assist with a full recovery. He also sees all types of situations not just car accident related injuries my husband and I are thankful to have found a great chiropractor in the FM area!
