Fayetteville Rehabilitation Clinic (V.A.)

Negative experience: So the therapist here are really great! Very nice and knowledgeable. They always seem cheerful. The front office is different. Extremely rude, they act very annoyed or put out if they have to do their job or interact with the customers. I am hard of hearing due to multiple deployments and explosions exposures. It was hard for me to hear the front desk lady and I kept asking here to repeat herself and she got very rude and I believe she purposely schedule my physical on days and times i couldn't make it. Of course, she wasn't wearing a nane tag i could see. I asked for a printout, and she said i could check my genius account. Why do you hire such rude and disrespectful individuals? There are hundreds of people who want to work and would be grateful to be employed at Fayetteville rehabilitation. If I could go somewhere else, I would.

Fantastic experience: Good PT's and PTA's!

Negative experience: The therapist kept saying he didn't think I wanted to be there and that was really annoying and he wasn't kind and said I learned to deal with my balancing disorder and when I tried to look up the diagnosis that Duke had given me, he was annoyed and he said I didn't need Aqua therapy when Integrated Pain Solutions and the VA sent me there. I will never come here again! He said there was lots of things that they could help me with that the past physical therapists couldn't help with but I see no difference. I'll stick with Duke's Diagnosis and them sending me to the specialists they want me to see. Whoever this guy was, he's passive aggressive, nice one minute and turns the next minute. He's trained to do what the VA wants him too and not what the patient needs. Also only having 7 reviews and 5 stars makes me believe there's a reason why there isn't more reviews. Maybe they deleted them or sweet talked their customers into changing their reviews, not sure. The front desk receptionists weren't even kind or understanding. They call you by numbers or names for various reasons and it's confusing and they aren't nice when you don't understand. When I asked for a mask, she gives me a blank stare and hands me a mask that you have to tie it on both sides before you can put it on. The only reason I gave it one star is because it's clean and the building is well built.

Fantastic experience: They go above and beyond! The staff is very professional and helpful. They are punctual. I started with them unable to carry out tasks of daily living and after several months I came out able to move painlessly. They even provided me with pain management education! I highly recommend them! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Had a stellar experience today. The girl that worked with me for my lower back was thorough, informative, and exceeded any expectations I had. I was disappointed when she told me that at my return appt in three weeks she will not be there, she will be graduating. But I SO wish her all the best of luck, she is going to be GREAT wherever she goes. She was amazing! She explained what she thought could be wrong, explained what I need to do to help strengthen the muscles around my lower back and printed out specific exercises after showing me how to do them. She was very articulate and clear with her instructions and I again am SO impressed.
