Pivot PT - Fayetteville (Raeford)

Fantastic experience: First off, the ladies behind the counter are very friendly and fun. They set a good vibe for the facility. The therapists are great as well. My schedule is busy (as most people’s days are), but they were very flexible to my schedule and provided documents and online app to do my exercises as well. All n all - great experience.

My physical therapist, Marc, is extremely patient with me. I’m already making progress after 6 visits. I’ve been to three other physical therapy locations in the Fayetteville area and this location is my favorite.

He was able to answer any questions and explain things in a way that was easy to understand. I’ve gone through a few rounds of physical therapy and Marc has been the only one who was able to figure out what was going on and put me on the correct path for healing. Wendy and Tanya are always welcoming and the overall atmosphere is very friendly, clean and comfortable. I absolutely recommend coming in and allowing them to help you the same way I feel they have helped me.

Fantastic experience: Enjoy going here, calm environment, Marc is awesome, every Thursday he's helping me get better, he always remember conversations we have and creates good rapport. Fantastic experience: I have to say how impressed I am with Pivot Physical Therapy. After serving in the military for more than 25 years, I've had my fair share of experiences with both civilian and military physical therapy. However, this location is the best of them all. Everything went smoothly from the beginning, when I made my appointment with Mrs. Tonya, to the very first time I met Mark. The place is always spotless, and Mrs. Tonya and Ms. Wendy go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are always bubbling over with happiness. They are the kind of patient care coordinators you would want to greet any visitor who walked through the facility's front door. Mark, who served as my physical therapist, was outstanding. I had some initial reservations since he was so much younger than me. On the other hand, this young man possesses a wealth of information. He is very patient and very understanding, and he helps you feel at ease with the situation. In the past, there were occasions on which I lamented my decision to participate in physical therapy. Certainly not with Mark! I was excited to go to physical therapy because the therapist's primary focus was on restoring me to the state I had been in before my injury. He was successful in doing so. In addition to that, he creates an atmosphere that is very relaxing and inviting, and he demonstrates that he is concerned. Therefore, not only do I suggest Pivot Physical Therapy to anyone and everyone, but Mark is the therapist that you should go with.

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly and my therapist was great. At my first appointment I was in a walking boot, limping, and my range of motion wasn’t very good. At my last appointment, I was out of the boot, not limping and my range of motion had improved. When I had my follow-up appointment with my doctor she was very pleased of the improvement after physical therapy. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to pivot on Raeford rd off and on for 3 years. Tim has been amazing helping me in my recovery from knee surgery, he always suggests exercises to help me at home and continues to help me get back to 100 percent! Ms Wendy and Mrs Tonya are the absolute best in working with me on scheduling, always very nice and professional. Atmosphere is great

Negative experience: So, I was referred to this place by my doctor, actually a specialist at that. Over the course of one week, after putting in all the referral information on their web form, I didn't hear back a thing. So, I e-mailed the clinic director, so that they personally were aware I hadn't been contacted about setting up my physical therapy sessions. Nothing. In fact, the best that could be mustered up by Pivot was that they had tried calling on a few days and left voicemail. Since I don't have voicemail setup, that story could have been worked better, like actually calling, then they would have known that voicemail is not setup before saying "Oh, we left a voicemail." Indications are clear to me, based on lack of customer contact, topped off by making up stuff rather than owning the problem, that this is a place to be very careful if you have to deal with them.
