Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going for a few months and for years I have had to to P.T but wouldn't go because every place I had tried I didn't care for the workers. But here they are wonderful, no words can explain how grateful I am for this place and the team. My daughter our daughter has gain confidence in herself since going there and she looks forward to it. I just started going this week and it's not ugh I have to go no I want to go. We have been working with Sean and Chris as our Physical therapist and they are great and have a great sense of humor. You can't tell if they are having a bad day or not. The Front staff is always welcoming and personable. Most places you will never see or hear from but here you will see her and she will actually talk to you and is very friendly. I never knew that she was the owner until I looked at the their website. We love this place and can't give them enough stars on here to say how great they are!!!! RDL YOU ALL ROCK and we love coming to see you and get our therapy on!

Fantastic experience: Always apprehensive when going someplace for the first time, but thankfully it was a very pleasant experience, from checking in to checking out. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and Veronica (therapist) did an amazing job. Very good experience and highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: This is absolutely by far a wonderful place to get to get your physical therapy and massage therapy (which has to be approved by your Primary Physician and is a simple process once you’re qualified and approved). It’s a beautifully laid out orderly place and most of all the Staff there are absolutely phenomenal! Check it out if you’re serious about getting top notch care. RDL You Rock!

Fantastic experience: I've gone to RDL Therapeutics for two different injuries that required PT/OT. The team has always been great. Exercise programs and rehab are individually focused and they offer a wide variety of treatment including dry needling. Their hours and scheduling are very accommodating for those who work during the weekdays.

Negative experience: Made appointment this week, went to appointment and after 10-15 was told couldn't be seen due to mistake. Another appointment made a couple days later. Went to that appointment and was told a couple times there trying to call the therapist, wasn't even there. As we're in car trying to find owners info to complain she comes strolling in. We wasted twice gad and time. STAY AWAY FROM RHIS PLACE.

Fantastic experience: RDL is A#1. My son has been working with RDL for outpatient OT and PT services following a motorcycle accident/ stroke for several months now. The staff are amazing, professional, talented and truly care about seeing the client obtain their personal recovery goals. The facility is always clean and offers modern modalities with a personal touch.. feels like you're among family and friends while there . HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have a chronic pain diagnosis which is often misunderstood, even by medical professionals, because it has such an unpredictable nature. RDL has been wonderful and such a huge blessing. I came here for physical therapy but they offer a lot of other services. I love that they offer aqua therapy. Dr. Cominskey is great and really caring. Sheena the massage therapist is truly gifted as a healer. Candice in the insurance department has a great can-do attitude. Amber is great at multitasking during busy times in order to make sure patients are in and out efficiently without feeling like just a number. The owner does such a great job ensuring that things run smoothly. Any issue I have ever had regarding scheduling, insurance, billing, etc has been resolved with a sense of urgency and compassion. The thing that means the most to me about RDL is that, unlike many providers, the staff has been and continues to be open to understanding the patient's unique experience. Finding trauma-informed medical care is often challenging, but here, I know I'm in good hands because the staff is open to my evolving needs.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with outpatient therapy. When I walked through the door, I was greeted with professionalism and a climate that exhibited a friendly, caring spirit. The therapists were sensitive to my needs, but encouraged me to elevate my workout. I have seen improvements with the mobility of my knee in only 3 visits. I had many, many questions and concerns on that first day, but they were all answered with professionalism, clarity and patience. RDL Therapeutic Outpatient Therapy Health & Wellness Clinic is clean and adhering to the guidelines of COVID-19. A great place for professionals to help you get back in shape.

Fantastic experience: You Want a place that will go above and Beyond to help you regain back functioning as normal as possible from injuries or weakness from any kind of health problem. Than RDL is the place to go too. The team is so caring and any concerns I had regarding my love one from a stroke injury. They address made me in my family feel at ease. Got my uncle up an walking with ease now. You Can't even tell he had a stroke. I love this team here at RDL they truly cares and go above an Beyond. It showed with the care my uncle received.❤

Fantastic experience: This place is a God-send. I could not be more grateful for the wonderful daily social engagement the caregivers at the Adult Day Center provide for my father with dementia. He loves going here and the people here seem to genuinely care. He won't be able to go forever, but at this time it is the perfect daily respite my mother needs, and the social stimulation my father needs. The activities coordinator has wonderful things planned through the day for EVERY DAY. Thank you so much for opening in Fayetteville, where there were so few choices of care for my father.

Fantastic experience: My Mother in law, Donna Voelcker, was a patient there. Donna passed away Dec.2 1918. I can tell you that Donna Truly loved going there. She was treated very special. Everyone there showed her such respect And love. Her family is ever so grateful for everything they did for her!
