Fantastic experience: I moved here an January and began working at Haymount as an occupational therapy assistant. I am so thrilled to have such an amazing team. Effective communication between therapy, nursing, house keeping, kitchen and laundry. It is a wonderful positive environment to work in. I love coming to work to help my patients every day and the facility is so clean and beautiful! We support each other in all that we do. Highly recommend for your loved ones rehab or permanent stay.

Negative experience: This was the worst experience for my husband and me as his care taker He was taken there following a hip replacement and the staff was rude condescending and placating when I would ask about my husbands progress and God forbid if the nurse at a station was asked for help for my husbands need for using the bathroom. The staff was also negligent when my husband fell from his bed and fractured his left pelvis which they covered up. I have statements from 3 medical sources indicating that a left fracture occurred when he fell and before and after x rays supporting the timeline where there were no fractures on his left pelvis and after July 26 a left pelvic fracture occurred with a fall on their watch. If you don’t mind having progress over inflated for insurance discharges and being in the dark about progress or plans for your loved ones progress this will be great for you Also the place reeked of urine and two showers were provided a week My husband had a shower this morning and no brushed teeth and he had the smell of urine all over him. I discharged him today because he told me I care and he felt like the staff didn’t Horrible place Very pretty interior and you are given tour of all the facilities I don’t know if any of those facilities were used by my husband

Fantastic experience: Haymount Rehab center has a friendly staff, beautiful building with no odor. They have multiple discipline to accommodate your every need. They are a gem here in Fayetteville.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff who care about their patient’s and an administrative crew who love what they do, and that’s to serve with compassion. The rooms are designed with a home away from home feeling not to mention the ambience is an experience by itself.

Negative experience: Do not send your loved ones to this facility. My mother was only there for 2 weeks for physical therapy, and someone stole her cell phone. Management states they don’t believe staff took it but my mother was not walking. Then the excuse was maybe she dropped it in the trash can but there isn’t a trash can by her bed. Staffing was not a big help and she had 3 pairs of pajama set missing also. I chose this place because the facility was listed as a 4 star facility on a list from the hospital she came from but this is not a 4 star facility.

Fantastic experience: My 90 year old father recently spent time with HRNC to rehab from a fall. From the first day Brittney and the whole staff treated my dad like he was a member of their family. I can't thank them enough for the care my father received and the improvements made under their care.. Thank you HRNC for being my only choice of care if ever needed in the future. Fantastic experience: I would like to first thank the management team and staff at Haymount Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Fayetteville NC for welcoming and taking such great care of my parents {J&V} Williams. The staff is very attentive, efficient, caring and compassionate and treat my parents with great respect. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate my parents with all their needs. I live out of town and I'm unable to visit as much as I would like, but knowing they're being taking care of in a well organized clean facility with an amazing staff helps to put my mind at ease. The layout of this facility is phenomenal and beautifully maintained. This facility has a lot to offer to fit their every need. My parents are very happy there and I would recommend this amazing facility to every family needing a reliable short or long term facility to care for their love ones.

Negative experience: This place needs to close down. They do not care about the patients. Let them lay in wet beds for two and three hours. Never enough time to care for the patients.

Negative experience: After seeing how the staff treats each other I would not even consider this home.

Negative experience: Well this place is a joke. I come to visit my loved one and every day the nurses aides are piled up in the room gossiping and they don't even care if you are there for a visit, they sit here and expect you to spend time with your loved one..... With them staring in your face. I'm taking my loved one out of this place. Nobody wants to visit their loved one along with the staff too. Like its a meeting or something They NEED to get it TOGETHER. Don't bring your enemies HERE!!!

Negative experience: Lovely, clean, well-maintained. Nice nurses and staff. BUT: *Bring extra food. Very small portions. *Don't expect a bath or clean sheets (2 weeks). *Watch the meds you are given. Refusing a drug means nothing. Informed Refusal Form! *Very limited therapy. *Be sure you get all your clothes when you leave. We didn't. Except for these minor inconveniences, a great place!

Negative experience: DO NOT bring your loved ones HERE unless you want the nurses to hide out in their room and talk/ flip through their phones and gossip with each other about each other. Can't have a visit without the nurses staring in your face as if you came to see them. I came early in the morning and I left around dinner time.... They were in there the entire time. I DID NOT COME TO SEE YOU!! I spent more time looking at them then I did visiting.

Fantastic experience: We were very happy with the care that my mother received at this facility over her 2 month stay. All of the staff were very nice, courteous , professional and helpful, and the care she received was wonderful. She was very well taken care of, Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My 90 year old mother was a patient at Haymount for just a few weeks. She was 90, had moderate Alzheimer's, and had fallen, breaking her femur. The staff was attentive and kind, listening to my wishes for her care as my mother and I had discussed it when she was in her right mind. They were compassionate when she passed early one morning. I was very pleased with their kindness to her and to me and my family.

Fantastic experience: Not only is this place beautiful, they make it as home-like as possible. They understand that it’s a tough time in many people’s lives, but the friendliness of staff, clean environment, and home cooked meals make you feel like you belong.

Negative experience: They make the old people sit in there poopy and pea diapers and sometimes they don't get them up to eat the rooms smell so bad and they yell at them and the nurses are so rude

Negative experience: This is the worst place to have a family member. The staff is rude and incompetent,. My cousin was there for two weeks and wasn’t given a bath, soda was dropped on the floor in his room and they claimed they did not have access to a mop after the staff go home. I had the feeling that some of the workers act as if they are doing you a favor for being there . They really don’t like their jobs and just there for a paycheck. That is the worst attitude to have on any job, especially when you work with patients. I told the assistant that I would mop the floor if she would just bring me the mop. I wouldn’t let them take care of my dog and that’s serious. Someone should come in there undercover and expose this place.

Fantastic experience: As a minister who has visited parishioners on both the short-term rehab halls and the long-term nursing halls, and with experience in other facilities locally and in other cities across the state, I find this location to be committed to cleanliness, efficiency, and excellence. The staff come across as committed to the well-being of their patients as their top priority. You feel residents are secure, and the checkin process is quite good. My church members make this their first place to call if they need services such as what Haymount Rehab and Nursing offer.
