The Carter Clinic, P.A.: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Search awesome sweet people very helpful and uplifting every time I come in very great ladies
Negative experience: Unprofessional and 3rd class clinic. Ms Kim an FNP virtual interview consistehd of me asking what she wgas eating. She stated a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and said it was too good to stop. No apology and she finished eating it while interviewing me They scheduled me for an appt with a therapist that I think is simply a high school graduate. No other info available on line about her. Sad that this is the example being set for those who are seeking help and need a good example!!!
Fantastic experience: The ladies, nurses and doctors have been nothing but super nice and very professional at the Carter clinic. I have been seen there for almost 3 years and love the staff. My mother also goes to this facility and I have seen alot of great changes in her physical and mental health.
Fantastic experience: Excellent service, they made me feel welcome with their kind and warm spirits. Dr. Julia is awesome… Thank you Carter Clinic Family
Negative experience: Needed an appointment for my son. Called the office and the receptionist was rude and very unhelpful. Asked for an appointment, she said I had to come in. I advised her my work schedule, and asked it the new patient paperwork can be sent via email, she was silent, and asked me if I could come on my lunch break.... excuse me? I told her I will call another clinic because the secretary scared me off. Sad, please do better. I have a 5 year old that needs the services. She was definitely my red flag. If your physician refer you here. Please find other options. First impressions are everything!
Positive experience: Miss Ronnet is awesome and very nice. She knows me by name and always speaks to me when I bring my partner in. She is so sweet and talks to me and she didn't even know me!!!!
Negative experience: The front office staff were wonderful. I felt confident that filling out 20 min worth of paper intakes for myself and my daughter were going to be worth it…. but the was not the case. I was supposed to have a virtual appointment this morning, but I was sent no link. I received no call. I tried calling the clinic and was sent to VM. I was looking forward to this appointment for my mental well being and my daughter’s. It’s very disappointing.
Fantastic experience: I come here all the time and I love it. Ms. Kim is the best and the new staff and manager have been a blessing. I highly suggest this clinic.
Negative experience: The front office staff was rude while we were filling out paperwork. The provider (Ms. Kim) was not in office, we had a telehealth appointment sitting in her office (this was not told to us before arriving at the clinic). She was very uninterested in our son's issues. Said she would be sending in prescriptions well before they were due to be refilled and come to find out today, the weren't sent in! Two weeks and nothing. My husband called to see what was going on and, surprise surprise, the front office staff was rude yet again! Ms. Kim called me to ask again where the meds were going after the initial contact my husband made. After I reminded her of her promise to have the meds called in before needed, she denied it and told me I was mistaken. She was rude and condescending so I told her we would be finding a different provider and she hung up. I would absolutely not do business with this "clinic". Horrible staff!!!
Positive experience: I enjoy coming here not only for the satisfying care provided to me but also because the staff that work in the front desk always greet me by name and make me feel welcomed. They always work with me to ensure I (the Patient) am receiving the best, quality care at all times. They are especially good at scheduling out for follow-up appointments and they always call me the day before to verify your next-day appointment. Keep it up ladies!
Fantastic experience: Mrs. Kim is the greatest
Fantastic experience: Quick and easy intake, Brandy and Tina were pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. Looking forward to future sessions with Ms. Kim, she was very kind and understanding!
Fantastic experience: Carters Clinic always goes above and beyond. There staff is awesome and especially Ms. Kim and Tina. Thank you for all you do. Johnson Center Homes
Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff never have to wait good people
Fantastic experience: The Carter Clinic Fayetteville staff is friendly and nice, very helpful. They made several calls to assist me with keeping appointments and medication refills straight. They are professional, courteous, and believes it cost nothing to be kind. Brandi, Amber, Ms. Nicole and Kiara are rock stars and I am grateful for all their help during this time of uncertainty in my life.
Negative experience: Dr. was 2 hours late on a Zoom call apmt. Finally saw me at 1:00 instead if 11:30 and now its 5:00 and my medication has still not been called into my pharmacy. Terrible service and Ive been coming here for over 2 years. This happens all the time. Either she forgets to send my meds or she sends the wrong amount. So tired of it!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
Negative experience: I have never met a physician so incompetent as much as Ms. Kim. Beyond her being incompetent she is so unprofessional. This is going to get long... 1. IF she shows the to the telehealth appointments the only way she shows is having to call the clinic to get an update and magically within 2 minutes of calling she is ready. Don't be surprised if you call, be told she's sending you a link to join the Zoom meeting and then she just doesn't show. 2. She's so unprofessional. She seriously talked to me while digging through her purse, found a cigar and started smoking. 3. I never know when I have an appointment until 2 days before the appointment, or they never even schedule one. 4. Medication refills are a joke. I called to set up an appointment and see if a request for a refill can be put in. The request was put in multiple times over the course of 3 days. It was finally put in once I was completely out of medicine and sent to Express Scripts. Yes, let's have someone taking a mood stabilizer be without medicine for 2 weeks because you can't send it to the correct pharmacy or get your act together to even answer messages from your staff about it.
Negative experience: Imagine this. For years, you’ve been experiencing unaddressed personal issues with your mental health that you disregarded until it became too difficult. Your spouse convinces you to seek help and you’re finally brave enough to seek an outpatient clinic to find options. Reception is clean, staff are great, scheduling is quick. Then your initial appointment. Your provider doesn’t look you in your eye as she greets you and leads you into her office. She physically disregards you during the assessment. She speaks with a voice as if she has already decided that you’re not worth her time. And then, after you went through the struggle of deciding to seek help, she has the gall to tell you “You know what you want” and chases you out of her office saying to setup a followup and give NO information as to what it was for, what had just happened, and no discussion of a treatment plan whatsoever. I’ve performed in Emergency healthcare for nearly a decade and if a patient was treated the way I was, even in an ED, they are found to be ethically incompetent and unfit to be a provider. Nurse Kim, a whole NP, has some courage calling me a drug seeker, especially after a 15 minute assessment where she committed a small-talk session and learned superficial nothingness to come to such a disgusting conclusion. The amount of disrespect and disregard for a patient in her care is unbecoming of someone in her field, and I urge anyone seeking help for the first time to stay VERY clear of this place. She doesn’t help patients; she creates them.
Fantastic experience: This office is so professional and well mannered. I have had no issues getting an appointment or getting in touch with someone who works there to actually talk to me and help me with my issues. I always deal with Amber Hester, she is so amazing and helpful. I would recommend anyone to this clinic.
Fantastic experience: They called me to apologize about a bad experience that I had, that ended up just being a miscommunication. That meant a lot of me and goes far in my book.
Fantastic experience: The Carter clinic is a great place the people and all the employees are so nice and friendly and respectful if you're looking for a place to recover the Carter clinic is the place to go
Fantastic experience: Best clinic imo stick with what ya kno
Fantastic experience: I have been coming for years and love the staff! Thanks for everything y’all do.
Fantastic experience: My experience as a patient at the Carter clinic was amazing! The staff was very nice and prompt. They accommodated my being late by setting my appointment later and made sure I had all of my meds in tact when I got to the pharmacy. Shout out to Ms.Chiletta for being a shoulder to cry on through tough times! They have really stepped their game up since she's been there!
Negative experience: It's been 3 weeks amd I have yet to receive any feedback from regarding a prescription refill. The original was incorrectly filled out by the provider, amd the pharmacy could not fill it. I called back over 3 weeks ago to have it corrected, went back in person a few days after that and it was still not corrected. I was told I would be notified when it was corrected, and I am still waiting. I called again today only to be directed to leave a message that I am sure will not be returned.
Fantastic experience: Best place ever!!! Staff is awesome sweet and understanding☺ Doctor is understanding and caring❤ I would highly recommend them
Fantastic experience: Pretty awesome
Fantastic experience: back office group home visit workers asap 2 bedroom 2 girls weekend QP Other lady boss 3!!!! ESC GROUP HOME
Positive experience: I love the staff, they actually treat us like human beings instead of judging us for what we come in for. But they need a sign so they aren't so hard to find.
Fantastic experience: I cant say enough about my experience at the Carter Clinic!! The staff was understanding and caring!
