Insight Comprehensive Therapy consists of physical therapy, occupational therapy, chiropractic care, speech pathology, and massage therapy. We work closely with all departments within Insight and treat our Insight Healing Center patients up to 2 times a day as needed. Our team consists of 4 PT’s, 10 PTA’s, 4 OT’s, 5 COTA’s, 3 Chiropractors, 1 SLP, and 2 massage therapists. We have tech’s and admin support staff to ensure smooth processes and the best possible customer care anyone can provide. It is our goal as a company and as an individual department to ensure the greatest possible care for our patients.
Our rehabilitation team is split up into two groups: adult foster care and outpatient therapy. Our adult foster care team focuses on the rehabilitation of our Insight Healing Center patients. Oftentimes, these patients have been involved in automobile accidents and require 24/7, around the clock care. Our physical and occupational therapists work with them daily, along with the nursing staff, aides, social workers, and speech therapists, in order to help them improve their wellbeing every day. Insight has two outpatient treatment facilities at this time, and will be opening up a third in the near future. At these locations, patients may be treated by a physical therapist, physical therapy assistant, occupational therapist, occupational therapy assistant, and a speech language pathologist. Our outpatient team is capable of treating any diagnosis, from post-operative care to chronic care management.
We specialize in services including, but not limited to, spine care, post-surgical therapy, chronic neck and back pain, neurological disorders, scoliosis, loss of balance, ergonomics, upper extremity therapy, and antenatal and postnatal care.

Most dedicated group of individuals with extensive knowledge in their department. They are my top choice for anything regarding physical, occupational therapy. They give you practical ways to help yourself heal at home and keep yourself moving. They’re there for more than just a paycheck to me. They take their position to another level ????
I’ve enjoyed their office everyone I’ve seen is nice, kind, understanding. I’m doing aqua therapy, I can tell much more of a difference then I ever had doing physical therapy. The Occupational Therapy Department at Insight is fantastic! All the the therapists work as a team to work with you through your treatment. Negative experience: PLEASE READ!!!!! DON'T Pass this By!! Insight Physical and Occupational Therapy you will get the care you need, but at their discretion. I was discharged from therapy that I needed. I was also having Physical therapy with Megan Teachworth. Having Meagan Teachworth was a huge mistake, she broke the HIPPA law. My privacy!!! Please BEAWARE WHO YOU HAVE and WHAT YOU SAY. She will use upper management to her advantage, which lead up to the wrong doing. She also spoke to me about her other patients. What they were going through. No one should do that to anyone. This is wrong on all accounts. She will take advantage of your kindness. TRUST me, I had been there for 2 years. Now looking back, all of it was leading up to this wrongful act. She contacted other people to discuss my personal information without PERMISSION.
Fantastic experience: The therapist is very thorough answered all my questions and asked me quite a few questions which was good about my surgery I was very pleased
Negative experience: Comparing to previous physical therapy at another provider I am disappointed I use insight for other services so far with physical therapy I feel that it is not as organized as what I've been experienced with that each therapist seems to be starting from scratch and doesn't know where I'm at or what's going on and that it hasn't been a build on towards my recovery again this is based on my previous experience with another provider and I just feel like it is less organized and also I've had some scheduling issues it took some time to get started that I know I also would have occurred at the other provider that came to insight because I was trying to keep my services under One roof I have considered already a few times whether or not it was the wrong decision and if I should move back to the previous provider

Fantastic experience: She was friendly, showed honest concern. Helpful about my ruteen suggestions. I do have concerns about the condition of the pool water. Fantastic experience: She is very nice and easy to talk to. Gave me some handouts to do at home as well as information on how to soften the scar on my hand.
Fantastic experience: The best pain center I've been to in a long time. I hate physical therapy but I get to do it in the pool this time. Something different and unexpected happy my doctor referred me.
Positive experience: Rachel was kind caring.. helped me understand exactly what the surgeon had to do. And set me in the right direction to getting my arm back to full use..
Fantastic experience: Jessica was very friendly and thorough. I am sure she’s going to be able to help me improve my health. The facility is well equipped.
Negative experience: The therapists i’ve had have all been pleasant and have helped with what I needed. However, scheduling is a freaking disaster. I had major knee surgery and have had 3 appointments scheduled and 2/3 were moved around because of schedule conflict. I call back and the call center says they can move me to an hour after original appointment time…I say okay. Both times I go for my rescheduled appointment time and the front desk says the call center never made the appointment. I’m 3 wks post op and supposed to be able to bend my knee and I can’t do that because their scheduling has canceled all but one of my appointments. I’m finally fed up and transferring elsewhere. Just a warning to all others…
Fantastic experience: I found Jessica to be very kind and understanding and supportive of my situation, well informed of my progress after my shoulder replacement surgery. I would recommend her to anyone with the need of physical therapy and evaluation of their needs pertaining to physical therapy. I found she was warm and paid attention to what i had to say. Frankly i enjoy speaking to all of the staff there at Insight physical therapy and would recommend them to anyone I know
Fantastic experience: This place is so good at what they do

Fantastic experience: Very professional, and genuinely cares about your physical therapy experience.
Fantastic experience: Thank you Rachel for helping my mom bring her conference back. We enjoy working with you and the staff ❤️
Positive experience: I came here for OT after surgery went well, unless I needed to make a call in to the front desk for appointment questions. But my complaint is trying to get in touch with someone on the phone to set an appointment for PT. Put on an automated hold just to get disconnected after a few minutes, requesting a phone call back while waiting on hold NO call back.
Fantastic experience: Rachael was so much fun! We talked snd laughed while she walked me through the exercises . Really enjoyed meeting her!
Negative experience: I have been calling for 2 weeks trying 2 get my physical therapy appointments scheduled after insurance approved it. I get transferred 4 to 5 times because no one seems to know who handles scheduling and then they take my name and number to have someone return my call and nothing. I have done physical therapy before and never dealt with some place so unprofessional. I regret using this place and after I get this done I will NOT return to your physical therapy department. I so far have liked every other professional I have seen but horrible physical therapy department. You really need to do more training. You got a 1 because a 0 is not possible.
Fantastic experience: Jessica was very nice and helpful with my concerns. Very nice and thoughtful place to heal. Thanks to all the Therapists here that’s helping me mend after my knee revision surgery.
Fantastic experience: It was an amazing experience!!! Meredith is my friend not just a therapist. She has a positive outlook and has had a positive impact on me!!!!! I can’t wait to continue this journey!!!!
Fantastic experience: Mitali explained that her way of doing dry needling was different from what I’m used to. She familiarized herself with my case and discussed it with my regular PT. She really focused on my problem areas and addressed them.
Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed the care that I received from PT. Very caring staff. Meredith, Christian, Lisa, thank you so much for helping me with my shoulder. Keep up the good work. Meredith, miss your laugh! Lol Thank you for being so caring.
Fantastic experience: Very happy with the treatment I received Monday with Meredith she gave me great advise to help with my healing. She massaged my shoulder and made me feel at eased. Thanks Meredith
