Fantastic experience: Dr. John has helped me with my migraines and my TMJ. The dry needling, spinal manipulations and cupping have been the best for decreasing my chronic pain. It's a maintenance thing for sure. I've been a patient, had the multiple surgeries and the years of therapy and I am a PTA in the medical field. The varying approaches that the therapy staff take here makes a huge difference for your recovery time. They work together to help each patient. I will continue having Dr. Putnam and his team work on me. Thanks guys!! Keep up the great work!!

Fantastic experience: I have had Bell’s Palsy for almost 5 years. I’ve done PT exercises, different medications at the onset of it, I had PTs do electric stimulation to me effected side of my face. I recently saw a neurologist to hear her tell me there was nothing else they could recommend besides using Botox to relax my working side of my face. A client of mine recommended Dr Putnam. He and his team definitely delivered amazing care. I was very nervous about Dry Needling, they made me so comfortable throughout the process. Before leaving there office I saw a part of my mouth move that hasn’t in almost 5 years!! I will be back next week, I cannot wait to see all the results to come.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Putnam is a master at spinal manipulation , as soon as he adjusts my neck and back my pain decreases instantly . I was experiencing a pain from a knot in my back and dry needling gave me the relief I needed. The entire staff is very nice and eager to help relieve patient’s pain! 100% recommended !

I had back/shoulder pain that I was debating having checked out but after hearing positive reviews from friends I decided to see what all the hype was about. The entire staff from the moment I walked in was warm and welcoming. Dr. Putnam and his team not only pinpointed my problem area during the first visit, they also helped get me back to normal after just two visits. This involved hours of time being spent on what I’m sure could have been turned into multiple visits at a different clinic. Fantastic experience: I wanted to take a second to thank and recognize the amazing people at Back to You therapy in Royal Oak - they are simply the best therapists and people I’ve met through my rehab process. They have an awesome culture of wellness, work well with people’s daily schedules that may withhold them from getting to a traditional therapy office, and they genuinely want to see you improve. John Putnam is the doctor at this facility and he offers a number of different tools to help most any issue. From dry needling, to manipulation, to cupping. He’s extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, provides his patients with the knowledge to use even after they finish their therapy.

Fantastic experience: Dr. John Putnam is the BEST physical therapist and a natural, gifted healer. He really knows his stuff, just look at all of the letters he has after his name. His staff are pretty great too. Back To You Physical Therapy has a variety of hands on manual therapy treatments that they offer like dry needling, which completely got rid of my throbbing leg pain after 2 treatments! I really appreciate their dedication to staying educated on the most current, evidence based and effective therapy treatment methods. They genuinely care about the quality of care they provide and it shows.
