Fantastic experience: Dr. Rigueras and the staff are the kindest, professional and most accommodating I've ever experienced. Your are a person and not just a number in his office. Dr. Rigueras is extremely knowledgeable in so many areas I couldn't begin to explain. The medical help I receive has given me back my life, where many other's have failed. I highly recommend Dr. Rigueras he has changed my life.

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? Dr. Rigueras and his staff are the best!!! I have never in my life been to a Dr. before who is so caring, giving, down to earth, professional, knowledgeable and who honestly cares about you as a patient as much as he does. Him and his assistant Jason talk to you not at you, like so many Drs do on this day and age. He has the warmest bedside manner and a huge heart. I feel like he is my best friend and that I am the most important person to him. I cannot say enough about the care I have gotten nor about his Character!!. His entire staff are great!! His assistant Jason is the best and truly cares about you!!! I will and have highly recommended Dr. Rigueras to everyone I can.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. HIPAA Violations up the wazoo, beware And for all the 5 star ratings- Dr. Rigueras is no longer there and hasn’t been for at least 2 years...

Fantastic experience: I’ve Goolged Dr. Rigueras & This Is What Came Up HOWEVER He’s NOT In Michigan Anymore He’s Now Located In Florida Praise God ! I’ve Been In Unbearable Pain For MONTHS , The WORST Pain In My Life (Sciatica) Dr. Rigueras Is The MOST Caring & Concerning Doctor I’ve EVER Came In Contact With , He Called Me Personally To Talk About The Concerns I Had , This Man Listens To His Patients , He Understands What You’re Going Through , He’s A Compassionate Doctor, You Can Tell This Isn’t A Job For Him That He Sincerely Loves What He Do Which Makes Him Different From Other Doctors & He Really Helps You!! He Performed Epidural Shots On My Lower Back , I Was EXTREMELY Scared & Nervous But He Was Patience , Kind & He Talked Me Through Step By Step , He Also Was Very Quick ! He Has The Absolute BEST Assistant, They Are Angels On Earth! I Thank God For BOTH Dr. Rigueras & His Assistant !

Fantastic experience: Having been exposed to many treatments and health practictioners with chronic back pain, this clinic is the best around. They care, listen, and treat your symptoms. I highly recommend coming here although I hope I don’t have to come back too often!

Negative experience: Unable to get anyone on the phone

Negative experience: This place got my mother, father, and sister all hooked on Oxycontin and then terminated them all at the same time without offering treatment. They tried to make my family out to be the bad guys when they know damn well what kind of crap that is and how addicting it is. There is a special place in hell for these doctors. My family should have never been prescribed these drugs that are more addicting that heroin.

Negative experience: Awful! Doctor needs to come back! Melissa the front desk lady in suite 2 called my father by his last name, no mr. just by last name. She was very rude the entire time! Also said he couldn't be seen by a nurse not even by a doctor if he didn't pay 14$ and then gave me 6$ in dimes! If you didn't have change for a 20 then we could of paid it next time we were in the office. If you don't like your job sweetie you need to find something else! You can't treat people this way. We used to love the doctor here, but after being told we won't ever see the new doctor unless my father needs an injection, is completely bs! What happened to talking to your doctor about the pain! After all this is a pain management facility! What happened to having a relationship with your doctor. I would never let a doctor I've never met or even got to shake his hand give me Botox pain injections in my face and skull. You need some kind of trust! Since dr. Rigueras has left this facility isn't about helping the people it's about money. I thought doctors went in the medical field to help! And while waiting in our room you could hear the nurses in the hall call another patient "very arrogant" how are you going to talk about a patient this way! I will definitely be looking into a different facility for my fathers pain of 17 years, he doesn't deserve to be treated this way after everything he has been through with his pain. It's such a shame doc moved away although we are so happy for his new adventures in fl. And wish him nothing but the best, and a quick recovery with his mother.

Negative experience: Comprehensive Pain Clinic. I don't play games. And I don't play them with doctors. Especially in how I feel. Dr. Nicholson was very unprofessional this first time I met with him. Telling me everything that was tested on me with a previous doctor he's going to dismiss all records. Telling me he don't believe the previous doctors tests. Although I have MRI imagining to prove otherwise​. I was blown back by his ill tempered way that he would speak disgracefully about another doctor that I was treated by for over 10 years. I informed Dr Nicholason all of my troubled areas and he said we will look at one area at a time. I never have had my shoulders looked at but they've become a problem in the recent years. Dr Nicholason sent me for a MRI that i couldn't make it through because of my anxiety and pain from my shoulders. Anyways, I have previous medication that I had from a doctor that I was unsure in taking. I do not take medication unless I need itm since Dr Nicholason would not provide me for a MRI and I recently had a bad spell with my shoulders, I had to do something. I was informed today I was being released from his care. And that's fine, I am a up and up guy that won't play games not cry to retrieve his services. I had no contract with him. If I had prior medication I am intitled to take. It's my meds. As for ATI therapy that Comprehensive Pain Specialist are owned by. I was hesitant about going to this location. I was told there would be confidentality. This was proven wrong as the therapist told Dr Nicholason I found pain medication and took it. The theropy was grossly misinformed Dr Nicholason. This was subscribed medication. And I also was misinformed that the sample pack of medication that was given to me was to be taken in a fequency until I knew how I would react to it. Then to take it twice a day. This was informed by Dr Nicholason. Than retracts his information that I was not to take it twice a day. LIAR! Anyways ways hes a funny dick that needs to learn better practices.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering with osteoarthritis for over 20 years and I didn't get a proper diagnosis until I met Dr. Rigueras. He has changed my life! He is not only a kind doctor that listens, but a highly skilled one as well. I live in Miami and fly to his office in Flint, Michigan to see him. I went to so many doctors here in Miami to see why my neck hurt so badly and why I kept getting these migraines and they were no help at all. One crackpot doctor even told me it was all in my mind and refused to look at my x-rays. Dr. Rigueras asked me questions, heard my story, and knew immediately what the issue was. He ran tests and scans & it was exactly as he'd said. After 20 years of not knowing what to do this man figured it all out in 15 minutes. I wouldn't trust anyone else but him with my delicate treatments. He has helped me tremendously and I can't thank him enough. I used my holiday time last Christmas to fly up and see him for treatment. I'd go see him anywhere he moved to! Thanks, Sunay

Fantastic experience: I have been under Dr. Rigueras care for 18 months. First, he is very respectful of your time, yet he doesn't rush you. Very compassionate and takes time to discuss your condition and to involve you in a treatment plan. I have never felt that my voice wasn't heard, in fact he is very eager to teach you about procedures he does as well as medications he prefers. Though my condition can't be cured Dr. has been successful in keeping me mobile. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I am a patient of Doctor Jim almost 14 years. He is and has always been very kind and patient. He listens and respects me as a person, not just a patient. He is soft spoken and gentle. I would take my grandchildren to him and I am very particular when it comes to my grandchildren. Who takes care of them must be the best. I never have to wait past my appointment time. I can get in to see him very quickly if it is necessary. He has always been in contact with his office even when he is on vacation. I could say much more but, in a few words, "He is the best."
