Fantastic experience: The therapist and staff are great. Your visit are not limited on time. They encourage you to spend as much time as you need to finish all of your exercises. You never feel like you are being rushed out the door. The therapist and staff are very knowledgeable and explain things in a way you can understand.

Fantastic experience: When i first started therapy I was in a lot of pain and unable to walk without a boot. Dr Sachion knows what he's doing and was able to get me back on track quickly and efficiently. After each therapy session I had more mobility.

Fantastic experience: Without Family Care Plus I would not have the quality of life that I do. I am able to do all activities just like before my neck issues. Schain checks in on me to make sure I am doing well and is always willing to help when I need it.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING services provided by this facility. The therapist is knowledgeable kind considerate and tells you what you need to do to get better. He monitors and steps in to correct you if needed. He makes me feel like a person! He is courteous, gives you the directive and watches to make sure you understood what is needed. He actually works with you, then allows you to do the exercise as he monitors your movement. He allows you to be part of your recovery which in my eyes is a huge bonus. It’s nice to have someone with compassion and kindness in your corner. His office staff is also kind and considerate! I won’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I came in not being able to walk. Within the first session I was walking again! Within a month I had healed a ton! The staff are so kind and welcoming! You learn not only how to help your physical challenges, but he also teachers you life long resources.

Fantastic experience: The staff of FCPPT are wonderful. Sachin Desai is an exceptional therapist, I don't believe my rehab would've gone half as well without his help and support. This will be my first choice should I need therapy in the future.

Negative experience: Very nice people, but in my experience they don't know very much about knee therapy. He dropped my leg twice from the air knowing my muscles were too weak to hold my own, after I just had my 4th major knee surgery & I started crying in pain and he left. Never apologized or owned up to his mistake. Unfortunate.. Edit after owners response; I've never ONCE asked for any pain pills from you nor did I say that in my review so I have no idea what you're talking about. And rightfully so I have had a lot of bad experiences with Healthcare just read my reviews and you'll see why I have them. This was unprofessional and rude. Take responsibility. ** You have no idea what I have gone through in this surgery. I was denied for no reason from disability even though I've had this horrible disability for over 10 years,. How would I have used you when I have health insurance of my own? I have NO money coming in so yes,I made a gofundme because I NEED help since I got denied from people who were supposed to help me! And false information about Dr's instructions?! I gave you the protocol they gave me and I followed it?! Also you are violating my HIPAA rights !

I so happened to come across family care plus and left a voicemail and the therapist himself called me back the next morning and got me in the very same day. He is so kind and personable and he really pushes you but pushes you with kindness and gentleness and celebrates your wins big or small! I am really blessed to have found him. After two days, my walking is much better, my pain is better.. I really look forward to each visit. Thank you so much for your service. You are amazing and I will recommend you to everyone!

Fantastic experience: When I first went in I could hardly walk due to hurting my knee. Day to day living was very difficult. I believe I had 10 maybe a couple more visits with the office, and when I was finished I was basically walking normal. He explained everything very thoroughly to me. I have a difficult schedule to work with and the staff worked with me anytime I had to change my appt. I would recommend this office every time.

Negative experience: I have back and hip problems , first visit Sachin Desai rotated my leg and hip so bad it popped . now 3 days in pain so bad I can't walk . After hurting my hip , Sachin told me he will kick me out of therapy, if I didn't do everything he told me to do. Not sure I will go back .

This year I have take two consecutive sessions of physical therapy and my quality of life has improved at least by 75%. I used to feel very old. I'd want to come home and do nothing but lay down. But now I can do regular normal activities. Its great. Staff, the facility and Dr Sachin are awesome. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Family Care Plus Physical Therapy was the greatest. The staff is very professional and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable and go beyond the call of duty in their services. I highly recommend them. They really are a family!! Sachin, Phillip and Jordan...my new family!!
