Fantastic experience: Signed in at the desk in Radiology, had a seat, was called back in less than 5 minutes. I was called back by the tech, he took 3 shots of my right shoulder and boom, I was done! In and out!

Fantastic experience: Clean and friendly. Employees were willing to help direct me to where I needed to be and was seen very quickly for my appointment

Negative experience: I wish there was an alternative to this place close to me. I have appointments here at least once a month at this point and about 75% have been rescheduled within 2 days of the appointment, with or without my approval of the new time. Then, if you need to contact them about anything you have to go through a call center that isn't actually in the office and will just "send a message" to your doctor if you have a concern. That is in parentheses because when I urgently needed to get a hold of my medical team and called multiple times a day for multiple days they kept just saying they would "send a message" Only after being on the phone for an hour and pressing the call center to give me a direct number I found out that my medical team never got those messages. The doctors are fine, and I have improved, but the constantly rescheduled appointments and useless call center have really made all interactions with this institution frustrating to say the least and absolutely dreadful to put it plainly.

Negative experience: If there was an option for zero stars that is exactly what I would rate this place. 6 months I've waited in sheer agony to see someone to aid in some type of relief regarding the condition of my bones. I get a text with directions and instructions. The address is listed as 4800 south Saginaw... at the corner of Maple and Saginaw. I end up at cinnemom. I call the office and it takes 25 minutes and two people to tell me they have to find someone who can give me directions!! what??? Then I'm told they are in Hemphill which isn't anywhere near Maple and Saginaw. Wasted my time, and want to charge me a no show fee. Completely disgusted. Don't waste your time, this is the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with.

Fantastic experience: Was really nice checked in at the front desk went to imaging checked in there was there maybe 3 to 4 minutes took me back for my x-ray

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very professional and helpful. I'm a senior and have difficulty walking long distances. As soon as I checked in they noticed my distress and got a wheelchair and pushed me to and from my appt. I'm grateful and impressed.

Negative experience: No stars, been going there for years. Everything changes every couple months and it's like pulling teeth to get your medicine called in correctly and on time before you run out! Not organized. No body knows what they are doing. Either that or they all lie to your face. I'm just so sick of the whole thing. Haven't even seen the "doctor" in probably 5 years now....just the P.A every 4 weeks.... SMH

Negative experience: Hit and Miss when it comes to patient care. A lot of people are harassed left out. Sometimes they're even mistreated. Not afraid to cover up whatever they can. I highly recommend going to other hospitals if you have serious, serious trauma focus on long-term therapy. At Insight is about short-term therapy

Positive experience: Edit: I recently gave this place a shot with different doctors and I really do love the rheumatologist. I had some scheduling issues but a staff in check out resolved it for me. I changed my review to 4 stars instead of 3 thanks to some of the staff. Original review: At first I really enjoyed this center. Love the pain management doctor and the fitness staff at their gym. I also found a great massage therapist at the gym. The physical therapy staff was amazing as well. However the chiropractic department was filled with drama and unprofessionalism. I noticed after I stopped going and got treatment through another office, that they were over treating me. The message therapist as well talked quite a bit about her ex boyfriend. I felt that the receptionist was rude in a certain situation. Instead of taking my concern seriously the girl that was doing adjustments was rude as well. Its a shame. She had decided not to even allow me to express my concerns. I definitely stopped going after I seen how mean they were to the other girl that worked there as well.

Negative experience: Dr. Khan in pain management is incredibly unprofessional and a detriment to the medical community and patients alike. I had not been in the room with him for more than a minute before he started going off on a diatribe, nearly shouting at me, about how he can't help me because he's not some pill mill doctor. And if I'm going to ignore his advice over that of my neurosurgeon then there's nothing he can do for me. All I had done was started to explain my situation of being disabled for the past 3 years and the spinal laminectomy surgery I had just had a few months prior. I then started to get up to leave saying I don't know why my primary doctor sent me to you if you can't help me and he stopped me saying we could try injections in my neck. But we can only do the simple injections which he doesn't even think will help because I'm not willing to go against the advice of my neurosurgeon and do physical therapy first, which he said my insurance would require for the better injections. In the pain management letter from my highly specialized perineural cyst surgeon in Texas he specifically states that physical therapy is not likely to help, and is in fact likely to make things worse as he recommends time to allow the nerves to heal. I will never be returning to this doctor. I apologize for this huge wall of text, but I thought his interaction with me should be fully documented here so hopefully others can be warned and will not have to deal with him.

Fantastic experience: The building was so big and everybody that worked there was so helpful getting me where I needed to be. They were very personable, very polite. I appreciated them for being there. My doctor was wonderful. Explained everything about my hand. Took very good care of me and today the day after I was there my hand feels great better than it has in years.

Positive experience: Was pretty busy at my arrival. I was seen and problem addressed with xrays. Released an hour and a half past closing.. felt well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Hello yes i took my meds for the mri but i dont think i really needed them because i prayed threw the whole thing. But the Lord knows me anyway the Mr. Was nice and i liked the fact the mask or the shoulder lock was not tight like other places. Thank you for your patience.

Fantastic experience: Dr McDougall is the only surgeon i found that truly cares for his patients. He's sympathetic to your issues and will be honest if he can or cant help you. He wont do a surgery if he doesn't think it will help you. Which a lot of places do to make more money. If having back or hip issues I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Doctors and staff are remarkably nice and understanding. They take what time you need with them.(this does sometime lead to waiting extra time for your appointment). In my experience, that's a good doctor as you're not being pushed and hurried through a very important appointment.

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied with the process of being seen and cared for. My procedure has been rescheduled 6 times. I finally had enough and decided to go somewhere else. My husband has been coming here for over 10 years and had received the best care. But the way they run things now is horrible. The last 5 months has been nothing but hell dealing with them.

Fantastic experience: My wife's doctor is Dr McDougall. He performed a shunt surgery on my wife in March. She has made great strides in her recovery. Dr McDougall is a very polite and concerned Dr. who shows genuine interest in her well being. I'm sure his job Is a very stressful one, but he handles it very well. Would highly recommend him. Negative experience: I give a zero for the performance of the office and visit I have been experiencing the last 3 months the most disappointing care I ever had. From the call center all the way to the doctors. I have been shuffled around since march trying to see a doctor that I have been a patient of for 13 years. It is very dissatisfying to feel neglected and don’t matter. I can only do my part as the patient and the rest is having a report and trust in your physician and knowing he is to busy to not see you and the office gives you what they want to then lies about it. And bill your insurance. All I want is to get better so I too can live my life to the fullest. Sincerely Ms. Disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The check in process was very unorganized, and the 90 min wait in the room waiting for Dr was ridiculous. I felt belittled ,talked down too, was being seen for neck pain. DR said he couldn't help me, ok, then explained he didn't handle problems from neck up. So? Ok? Suggestions? Nope. Have a good day. Thanks for wasting my time.

Fantastic experience: After years of pain on my lower back, hip, groin, nd knee, all on my right side, I was concerned I was headed for a nursing home. After seeing this facility and it's Dr.'s they gave me hope that my quality of life will not be diminished as severely as I thought. The system they have for their patient's is remarkable. The wait time for all patient's is at a minimal. At no time have I ever been there longer than 1/2 hr. to 45 min. Upon arrival your called winthin minute's for your appointment. There are several employees at check in and rescheduling posts. To me this showed that there is respect for their patient's and their daily busy schedules. The facility itself is like a high end hotel. Comfortable, spacious seating. It's run like a well oiled machine. No need to find additional Dr's for any additional procedures you may need. All the Dr's are right there on site. Physical theropy, gym, and pool are right there as well. This should be an example for all Dr's for their future offices. They have taken the dreaded Dr. appointment to a new level. Great job to Insite Pain Management, their associates, employees and Dr's and nurses. Great job.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE!!! They treat you like it’s a production facility! They don’t actually care about you! I left after an injection and ended up in the hospital. It’s been over a week still can’t get a call back, they have a terrible call center and they refuse to address any problems!!

Dr. Althouse was not only friendly but also took the time to thoroughly address my concerns and was incredibly patient. I left feeling reassured and confident in the care I received. Negative experience: Dr was pathetic. Had xrays done and was told my hips and pelvis muscles were tight. Why can't you explain why I can't walk at certain times and my body locks up? In a lot of pain and this apt was a waste of time.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nasrat made me feel more comfortable with my recent MRI findings. He was diligent in in assessment & investigative skills in helping to find a definitive diagnosis for me and reassuring me that we would find the best treatment plan for me.
