Negative experience: Do not, bring your kids to this dentist, you have to wait 5 months for a filling. Then by the time they can get you in it’s too late and they are pulling your kids teeth. Don’t put your kids through the pain and suffering they make them go through.

Negative experience: I've had work done in this office when I was a girl so I thought the care would be the same, so when I was referred by My Community Dental to Mott for my son I was excited. However, he got his cleanings done at My Community Dental and due to that office not being setup for Pediatric Dentistry he was to get his more intricate work done with Mott. Despite multiple times of explaining that to Mott they acted like he wasn't getting routine cleanings which is not true. Finally they called me recently in regards to an appointment my son had in October and said they wouldn't do his treatments any further without him getting a cleaning. Mind you he had one done in May of this year. I told the front desk girl that I could have his cleaning records sent to Mott and she said that wasn't an option and that I needed to pick a primary office to which I responded I'd be choosing the other. The office is weird. They don't let the parents come back for treatments and I find that odd. And they act funny if you insist on being there for treatments. The care is sub par as they did a filling on a nerve in my son's mouth that he now has to have redone. I wouldn't refer anybody to this office. As others have said, the front desk women are condescending. Not customer service based at all. Take care! Best of luck.

Negative experience: Employees are rude and unhelpful

Negative experience: I had an appointment for my daughter at 2 today and they told me it was the next day so I cancelled it because I couldn't make it. Then an hour later I got a call saying if I would like to reschedule since I missed her two o'clock appointment. The lady was so rude on the phone. I've had other incounteres with them being rude but I'm now going to get my daughter a new dentist this was the last time I was going to be treated like that. I wouldn't recommend the dentist but the doctor is very good.

Negative experience: Why does Mott continue to employ this rude front desk staff? There are several complaints on the reviews about her. Hire someone with customer service skills.

Negative experience: They broke the law.the parent was unable to wear a mask.and they refused to see a emergency situation with a child.really? as of June 22 the governor said there is no mask mandate& only three types off places are still required to wear mask& dentist office isnt one of them we think this whole covid(flu) thing is causing people to become paranoid!! .they can be "inches" from a patients face.doing dental work& not catch covid, but a parent who isn't legally required to wear a mask.sitting by themselves.they supposedly can miraculously catch covid from them.that that have.this place should be sued. By law they must accomadate thoughs who cannot wear a mask.they acommdate all others disabilities& religions, but a mask.yes a mask that says "on the box" it doesndoesmnt protect you.will Never go back.

Negative experience: I NEVER thought in all my days that a doctor's office would refuse to see children because a mother is incapable of wearing a mask. Children that needed to see a doctor! Really... It a mask... The kids are more important. but obviously not to you!

Negative experience: Taniesha is extremely disrespectful and should be ashamed of herself for the way she talks to people. Her supervisor needs to be made aware of the her horrendous attitude.

Positive experience: Behavioral health needs more professional people working the desk. I like the psychologist for my son but the receptionist need to be trained on how to call and talk to people and communication with appointments.

Positive experience: I had the pleasure working for ABM and or Chris for 10 years at Mott Children's Health Center. Mott treated us like one of there own and invited us to every social gathering they had. I learned a lot while working there and made a few friends as well. I wish everyone the best!

Fantastic experience: They are so nice I had a bad toothache and they numbed me and took my tooth and I now I have no more problems and I can eat in peace

Positive experience: Dr. Rao has always given my son the best care. And when he is sick and I call to have him seen, he is seen the same day. As long as I call first thing in the morning.
