Prime Rehab Center Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: Prime rehab is by far the best physical therapy center you could visit. I have a work injury and have been to 3 different places and now I will not go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: All staff is professional and nice

Fantastic experience: Solid place for physical therapy. Receptionist are very attentive every time I assist. In addition, when therapy is being done each team member is very courteous ensuring ones needs are met. Moreover, feedback and suggestions are given in an effort to keep improving.

Negative experience: Easy to make an appointment. The map said 6 miles from my house. 40 minutes later, I finally arrived. It was all street driving stop and go. Reception was friendly. The photos must be old. It was dark and empty. I didn't feel comfortable giving them so much medical information. It's a back issue. Some of the questions have nothing to do with my back. I didn't like the fact that they were going to let students do the therapy. There are too many unnecessary intrusive questions on the paperwork.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for months now, and while it's hard work, you feel *better.* Everyone is knowledgeable and take time to explain exercises and what they do for your body, and set you up with the proper tools to continue at home for pain management. I've been to other therapies and Prime is where I requested my doctor continue to have me go.

Negative experience: The Occupational Therapists work on 1 to 4 patients at a time. Everyone knows everyone's business. They only offer appointments 2 times a week for O.T . If you can't make it then they claim it's not their fault for not offering more appointments. Had to change due to the rude receptionist.

Negative experience: Fui para terapia ocupacional una sola vez y nunca más regresé. El personal que atiende en la recepción muy amable, pero el terapista que me atendió cero empatía con mi dolencia. Felizmente encontré un lugar donde si hallaron una terapia adecuada a mi problema.

Negative experience: With customer service they aren't bad but to actually doing their job! Absolutely horrendous, my husband went here for 4 weeks and all he did was talk about how his knee hurts and there isn't anything that they're doing to help him. They just had him on the bike and did light electro therapy that did Absolutely nothing. Anytime he had a concern or a thought on HIS body they disregarded him and what he was talking about. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Unless you have a sprained ankle.

Fantastic experience: Very caring and understanding group of individuals. They take the time to get to know their patients and help them heal. Front desk staff, especially Julia, is amazing! The therapists are always helpful in explaining why things hurt the way they do and how to make adjustments in daily life, and aides teach how to exercise in a safe but effective way. Bryan is always good at making sure you're okay throughout the entire PT session, from the moment you start your treatment, to the second you leave the door. They have a way to make you feel like family. Highly recommend this clinic!!
