Negative experience: Waited over 2 hours for a X ray with only 1 person ahead. Urgent my butt. Whole team went to lunch while my daughter starved because the receptionists kept saying my child would be seen soon

Negative experience: Took my daughter to visit. Checked in at 1:30, still waiting to be seen by dr. It’s going on 3 hours. Been to urgent care plenty of times, the waiting here is on another level

Negative experience: I’m visiting from Texas and apparently caught the flu. At least that’s what I was told, I waited for over an hour for the doctor to come in and tell me I have a viral infection and it’s nothing she can do. She proceeds to ask if I had a fever which in fact when I checked in I did have one. Which tells me she didn’t look at my records. She kept telling me it’s an urgent care and they are not properly staffed to deal with this. Completely disappointed, absolutely no compassion or people skills. 1 star all day and this is only because the receptionist was pleasant.

Negative experience: Im so disappointed in the last couple days. Had an appointment last night and it’s been 24 hours and I’m sitting at the pharmacy still waiting and trying g to get medication that the office did not send correctly to the pharmacy. I know they are busy but to have to have made multiple visits and calls to get this cleared up and not getting resolved in a decent time is ridiculous. I hate that I can only go to this urgent care as part of my insurance. I wish I could change it because my doctor is good but I am not able to go to another one here in the Rialto area. I’ll have to try the other locations

Negative experience: Signed in at 10:30am & DIDN'T get seen by anyone til 1:30pm and people walking in were getting seen before me. And didn't get results til 2:30pm. Could of been in & out within 2 hrs at the San Antonio Hospital in Upland

Negative experience: I have called multiple times for two weeks straight now and still no answer from the receptionist. They don’t return phone calls either. I am a dialysis patient and need to talk to someone in the office. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic if you want to good service.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience here on 9/21/23. Nice, clean lobby/waiting area. Not too busy. Everyone from the front desk, the doctors assistant and most of all, the doctor were just great. Very professional and knowledgeable and very nice. I will definitely come back here if I need urgent care in the future.

Fantastic experience: It was such a great experience taking my mom to San Antonio Urgent Care today. The wait time was short and the staffs were attentive. My mom was taken care by amazing PA Alfred Amgad, who really took his time to listen to our concerns and to provide his expertise. He truly showed his genuine care besides giving his best treatment. I am impressed by Mr. Amgad. Thank you for your care!

Positive experience: I come to this place because my doctor is there only on Monday. There used to be this witchy older woman who worked the front desk. She always acted as if she was doing me a favor and she would be asking for one in return. I am here today and she no longer here. The younger staff is surprisingly friendly.

Negative experience: Through CA vaccine site I registered for my COVID booster. My appointment was for 10:00am, I arrived at 9:50am. There was NO directions in the lobby to guide me where to go for my APPOINTMENT. Finally someone was able to point me in the right direction. It was in the urgent care area. I had to check-in urgent care at the digital Kiosk and was 14th in line to JUST to get to the REGISTRATION desk! That means 14 people ahead of me in Urgent Care to resister for my appointment. We all know how urgent care works. There is NO appointment time if I’m not even registered. Do NOT come in thinking you will be seen within a reasonable time. Allow for at least an hour to just be to check in for the appointment. It’s almost 11 and I have not been at the registration desk for my COVID booster appointment. What’s the purpose of a vaccine appointment when I’m being treated like a regular urgent care patient?!!!

Negative experience: If I could give .5 star I would. I’ve been in the holding tank for over ONE hour. Folks on personal calls it’s ridiculous!! I came to get a COVID TEST. I was feeling this bad when I arrived….

Negative experience: My mom had an appointment for her COVID booster. We had to wait in line with all the other patients that were walkings for regular urgent care. I asked a few times that we had an appointment and no update. We waited 1 hour just to get a booster. Bad service like always. San Antonio hospital sucks at customer service. It wasn’t busy at all maybe 2-3 people in the lobby.

Negative experience: Didn’t send prescription like they said they would and wouldn’t answer the phone when I called walked in and waiting room was empty guess they just assumed their gossip was more important.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I escorted my beautiful mother to urgent care where she was taken care of by PA Brandy and nurses Deanna and Sonya. I was so impressed by their professionalism and genuine care they showed my mother. PA Brandy took time to listed to my mothers complaint, she examined her and came up with a plan of action. She ordered X-rays, blood work, urine specimen and began to really do a thorough check up. My mother ended up with an antibiotic and was told to follow up with her primary physician. I just want to say Thank you to San Antonio for providing such a top notch staff. All your patients are blessed because of your integrity in choosing the very best to staff your clinic. Negative experience: Worst customer service I've ever experienced. You'd be better off seeing the crackhead down the road, you'd get superior care.

Negative experience: I never waited at an urgent care for so long. I came to urgent care to avoid the long wait at the ER probably would have been done faster there. I was here for a whole hr after they closed and i only had 3 other patients ahead of me. Only one doctor working and 2 assistants one was very friendly the other not so.

Fantastic experience: Never really know what to expect at an urgent care, but this place was a relief. I made an appointment the night before and was in and out within a hour. Good communication and everyone was friendly.

Negative experience: Staff tries to be helpful ,but I honestly think they don't even know what they don't know. Doctors are horrible, don't listen ,are always in a rush with one foot out the door and are condescending . The communication in the office is really bad,no one returns calls when they say they will and they leave you waiting,then get offended when you call back, no one bothers to fax orders for imaging studies to the correct locations, you as the patient need to call office staff to remind them to fax necessary paperwork ,really ,just do your job! The office staff is very unorganized and needs new management because the current office manager has dropped the ball ,big time! The office is beautiful , and very clean ,but that's the best thing about this office . I have been their patient for a few years and it has never gotten any better ,in fact I think it's worse . I will be changing Dr's as soon as I can. I have lost trust and faith in this group.

Negative experience: I've been here for several years and it has changed. so very slow. not sure why you have an appointment time for a hour later visit. never was like this before. I think it's time to find a different location or different insurance. took over an hour and a half to check my blood pressure.

Positive experience: Nice staff but the doctors don't fully listen to you and then act rather condescending. Totally misunderstood me, acting as though I was asking for medications when I was only asking them to check if I had an infection.
