Fantastic experience: Me and my husband went yesterday . 9/26/23 around 4:30 pm ,my husband fell and his hand had a open wound . The Nurse Kathy was extremely Amazing . Very patient, compassionate, informative and positive. My husband felt well taken care of . She cleaned his wound and wrapped it and gave him a tetanus shot. Nice person very professional.

Fantastic experience: We have been going here for the last four years. My babies were two years old. The place is very clean. The restrooms are clean. The staff are decent not overly polite, but not rude. I noticed there could be a long wait time depending on the season and it can get crowded pretty quickly.. Parking lot is plenty of space to park. I have been a patient here and so has my kids This place is very convenient when I can’t get in to see a primary doctor at my regular office. Urgent Care comes in a clutch . convenient and I love their hours of operation

Negative experience: Website and sign say they close at 8PM. We arrived at 7:38PM. The doctor had already left for the day. I was told “unfortunately, we are not seeing new patients anymore tonight”. I asked waft time the close because the sign says 8 and we were there well before 8. The receptionist said we don’t take new patients this late to ensure all existing patients are seen. Very odd statement considering the doctor had left abs there was no one in the lobby. All in all horrible experience. You should really change your hours to reflect hours of operation. Not hours of convenience. First off, thank you for responding. Second, I don’t believe your response as to an emergency happening. It wasn’t an early closure, the business was still open. The urgent care just wasn’t taking any new patients “to ensure all patients currently in facility are given priority and seen”. Either that was a lie or your response is a lie. Also, if you are saying it was an emergency on behalf of the doctor that also is not believable. I walked in before the doctor even left. He was waving goodbye to everyone and all employees were saying goodbye to him as well. Also, by the time we were turned away by the receptionist the doctor was still at his car. We left the parking lot before he did. So either he didn’t know about the emergency, the receptionist didn’t know about the emergency, there was no emergency, or someone is lying.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this medical office.! Everyone was super nice, professional and efficient. Griselda was awesome and informative and explained a lot, and when she took my blood she was gentle.! Tom spent time really explaining the program to me and answered all of my questions with precision and patience.!! I was feeling negative until I talked with Dr Tom and now I feel very motivated and charged up with positive info. They say knowledge is power.!! And to bring it home I had Nabeeha give me my shots and she was awesome! Out of 5 stars I would give West point medical 10 stars hands down.!! Negative experience: I was billed for a service that I never received. I called West Point Medical Center to resolve the issue. A snarky woman answered the phone demanding my insurance at 12:54pm on 8/9/2024. I tried to explain to her that it didn’t matter what insurance I had because I was being billed for a service that I did not receive. She argued with me, saying “yes it does matter”, then laughed at me, put me on hold. I was on hold for a very long time. I hung up and called back and asked for her name and then she immediately transferred me. Once again, I was on hold. I had to hang up, and call back again. This is extremely unprofessional behavior. I cannot believe that an urgent care has someone answering the phones this way. I have not stepped foot in this office for years therefore, I am not sure why I am being billed, however, this experience makes me not want to step foot in there ever again. All I needed was for someone to go over this bill with me and instead, an immature woman was playing with the phone lines. Get a better secretary or retrain your employees on customer service.

Fantastic experience: I had been seeing this place for the last 12 years for my dot test. (Commercial License/DMV) and drug test, front desk staff is awesome, as well all the Dr's at WPMC, all nurses are very friendly and very kind to your questions and concerns, very clean location, easy parking and very accessible from fwy 210 and 10 as well. I'm happy with service and looking forward for my following dot test again. Thank You WPMC (Juan, Kim, Denise, Marie, Dr Wendy, Dr Wang, all in general). God Bless You.

Fantastic experience: I’m extremely happy with my physical therapy experience. My legs feel significantly stronger, and I’m committed to continuing the recommended exercises. Therapist Mahnaz was excellent, explaining everything clearly and providing valuable recommendations. Fantastic experience: My first time at this facility after a work injury and the entire staff has been wonderful. As soon as you enter the door you feel the positive vibes and energy from the entire staff. Appointment set ups with receptionist Yessi was always helpful and easy. She would also call to remind me to set up my next appointment. She also helps with patients as needed with care. Paula, the PTA was very helpful and so attentive to all the patients. Always quick to help and very considerate of everyone's needs. What can I say about the physical therapist, Mahnaz. She always welcomes you with a good morning and a smile. Always asks how you are feeling. She makes her rounds with every patient to make sure that everyone is doing their exercises correctly and are comfortable. Her one on one with everyone makes it even more comforting, knowing that she cares to heal everyone's discomfort and pain with her expertise. Mahnaz also gives advice for home exercises, which has helped me tremendously. I no longer wake up with pain, thanks to Mahnaz and her staff. What a blessing! Such a wonderful facility with wonderful caring staff that I would recommend for anyone needing any type of physical therapy done. Keep up the wonderful work everyone and the compassionate care!

Fantastic experience: This is my second time in this Medical Center they are really fast 1st time i came in for Drug/AHL test and they literally took like 10 minutes to call me in, today i came for a DOT physical they only took like 30 minutes great place friendly nurses.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time visiting this urgent care two weeks and today is my second visit , I brought my mom in so she can be seen and treated by a provider. The quality of care was excellent. This urgent is great from the front office to the back office I will be returning to this urgent care if I my family needs to be seen & treated, if we can avoid an ER visit wait time why not come here the wait time here is not bad at all.

Negative experience: The doctors are great but beware of their billing department, you need to keep track of receipts and being doubled charged. They don’t do a good job tracking your payments and you won’t know unless you do the work to check

Fantastic experience: They are professional, quick, friendly, clean, and thorough. I came in with a stiff neck, and shoulder. With radiating pain up the neck and down to the elbow and swollen hands. The doctor took time to listen to everything I had to say, looked at my test results about my shoulder. They took their time to explain results of tests and help me find solutions. I left the urgent care with a plan on how to get better. Very impressive.

Negative experience: I was just seen right now by a young female doctor. Pretty lackluster care and service. I’m feeling terrible and she didn’t care. Just saw me for 2 min then said I’m good to go with nasal spray and otc pain meds lol. Man medical school to look at someone for 2 sec and say you need steroid nasal spray. She don’t say when the meds would be ready. And as I’m typing this I’m still on hold to talk to a receptionist

Fantastic experience: I had a issue when I first arrived for a random drug test as they do things differently than other places. I gave a review of 1 star based on my experience and in a matter of about 45 minutes the issue was explained privately and addressed by Juan the manager. He takes the reviews serious and tries his best to rectify the problem.

Negative experience: I came in today to inquire about two TB skin test for me and my husband for some volunteer work. The lady in the front desk was rude and unprofessional when I asked her for a estimate time of wait. She rolled her eyes and could not give me an answer when other urgent cares can give you estimates of wait. You can tell she hates her job, and this place lost out on $220, since it's 110 each test which we were willing to pay. But clearly since the place was packed she couldnt handle pressure and took it out on me. Ridiculous, she is the type of person if she worked at a fast food place she wouldn't add the ketchup, mustard or even napkins in your bag. She needs to leave this field especially when your dealing with people in general plus sick individuals you need to have patience. Sad is she will not last long and this place is taking the hit on the review. And this was at Jan 29th around 6pm. Keep rolling your eyes when ur flipping burgers don't forget the napkins and condiments.

Fantastic experience: Have taken physical therapy at West Point Medical for a month and a half now and saw results within the month. Mahnaz, Christian, and Yessy, have been so great and helpful during my PT. They’re a friendly and easy going bunch! Recommended giving their PT office a shot!

Negative experience: Front staff were not professional. A front desk receptionist was getting irate over her Starbucks order over the phone and then stormed out. (?) Afterwards I was told that despite taking my insurance they couldn't bill them and I would have to pay out of pocket, which they said the reason is that they did not have a relationship with my medical provider. (?) Unhelpful and unprofessional. Very nice lobby though.
