Fantastic experience: 09/01/24 was my first time coming here it was a birthday gift from my boyfriend I have never gotten a professional massage and for it to be a sports massage it was a different feeling but felt really nice and very enjoyable after !! I really recommend Ariana V she was so awesome !!

Fantastic experience: Ariana (Ari) has been my therapist since November of 2023. I originally came in for neck pain and upper back tightness. After 3 sessions I have full mobility in my neck. I am visiting every 2 weeks to take care of my tight muscles in general. Highly recommend DSM cupping and scraping are a must with every sports massage as well as their their recovery services well worth the price. Front office staff Emily, Roxy and all the girls are amazing. Ari is a rockstar and knows exactly what she is doing can’t say enough good things!

Whether you're an athlete with nagging pain, or a mom that needs that lower back massaged from lugging your kiddos around- this place is for you! Their staff is highly trained and always makes sure I am comfortable. I also learn a lot about different mobility drills I can do at home to live a better, healthier life.

Fantastic experience: The customer service here is unlike any other therapist joint I've been to. The therapists take their time to assess every situation and help as needed. The front desk ladies have become almost like friends to me! Emily at the front desk is always on top of it and makes suggestions as she sees fit for each client. I have a membership as they also provide such affordable prices and packages. I've been a member since 2019 and will continue to be a loyal customer!

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with this place. I suffer from multiple chronic injuries, such as Achilles tendinitis and bicep tendinitis of the right shoulder. My therapist Raul knew what he was doing and targeted the specific pain areas. After just one session I am feeling remarkably better than when I walked in. I also gave the cryotherapy machine for the shoulder a try. I was so impressed, I signed up for a membership and look forward to them helping me out with my pain.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming for the last several years without fail. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. My therapist Kayla “beats” me up every time but I always come out feeling better than when I walked in. Can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone here twice and I very much enjoyed both experiences! My last session was today 12/10/22 and this session was incredible. I had so much tension in my body and feel much better. The staff are always very helpful and kind. Those that work on you are incredible and know how to help with any tension you have. Any questions I had were answered and the process was explain to me in a clear way. I highly recommend this place especially if you put your body through a lot such as an intensive job, working out a lot etc. would say this place is your best bet!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for a few months, and I love it. The discounts are good if you pay for the membership, but also the massage therapists are really good here and they try to make your session count. They also do cupping and blading. I think the blading works really well. If you enjoy cryo therapy, have fun because they do it here-- I'm just not a fan. Although I did try some cryo pants (inflatable pants that get cold, forgot the actual name ), and that wasn't bad. Point being, they offer so many options here to take care of your body.

Negative experience: We brought both of our girls, and purchased 2 large packages. We came as a family and and they asked us to wait outside because they said of covid. However both girls are are minors we said we wouldn't wait outside. Then they started to argue with us, and eventually called the police. It's ridiculous to think that people can run a business like this. They lost us as a costumer and will continue to loose many if they continue like this. Worst experience!!!!

Fantastic experience: Love this place. This is not swedish massage. They work you, stretch you, work you, stretch you, cup/blade, then use the hammer thing on you. I highly recommend the cryo spot therapy after any session. I personally love Juan and Marshall, they really leave you feeling like brand new. Definitely a self care must for any athlete, serious or just weekend warrior.

Fantastic experience: My first visit last week was decent, but today I worked with a different therapist and it was much better. Alex was fantastic! He was calling out some of the issues I have been experiencing without me telling him that it was an issue. Seemed like a very knowledgeable dude and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is very active and puts there body under a lot of stress.

FYI super kid friendly, I booked 2 massages for my kids who practice multiple times a week and this place definitely relaxed their muscles and they loved it!

Fantastic experience: I was having leg and muscle pains. I have a manual labor job. So I do a lot of lifting, squatting, bending, running/walking. I was in some serious pain. I went in knowing it was going to be a painful. Massage therapy is no joke. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I explained what was happening. They dove right in and started working on my leg. They explained the whole process step by step. It was an amazing way to keep you informed. After I was done I was pretty sore. But in a good healing way. My leg pain was 90% gone. I was just sore from the process. It's been 4 days and I have to say my legs is back to 100%. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I used to have really bad sciatic problems when I was overweight and before I built up my back strength so I would come to Definition to get work done. Instead of waiting a few weeks for it to get better it would only take a few days. It's truly incredible what these guys do here for injuries or everyday issues that would seem unfixable or semi long lasting. Definitely recommend giving it a try totally worth it!

Fantastic experience: OK, we have to get clear with each other- this company advertises themselves as Sport's Massage and if you are like most people, you likely don't know what it is they mean. As I see it, this company is focused on helping people who are committed to getting and being healthy. The owner and his staff are talented and use many different techniques to produce an incredible result. I was most impressed and wouldn't leave without setting up my next appointment. If you are a person who is committed to getting the most out of your body, found yourself dealing with current or old injuries, or just know there is a possibility that you could feel better, I encourage you to give these guys a chance to serve you. Fantastic experience: Went in with lower back pain and they fixed me right up. Andrew and Eli stretched me out and loosened up my entire back. I immediately felt relief and had increased mobility. Well worth the money, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend definition sports massage.
