Fantastic experience: What a blessing to have been referred to Koi Chiropractic and Acupuncturist by my insurance co. I was in terrible pain for 3 months and needed immediate attention and within a week of my phone call I had my first appointment. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful and understanding to arrange my appointment times. This is the best Chiropractor and Acupuncturist I've ever seen who care about both your physical and emotional ailments. They take time to LISTEN to what issues you are dealing with which helps them determine how to treat your current ailments. In the last 2-1/2 months I am feeling 85% better. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: After sciatica injury late last year I made the decision to improve my overall health and wellness. Koi Chiropractic and acupuncture was on the list of approved providers with my insurance so I quickly contacted them and was able to book a visit to see Dr Palmer for chiropractic service and Dr. Mark for acupuncture. Once you walk-in you are greater by their office manager and checked in for your appointment. You will be given time to complete any necessary medical forms.Then you are taken into either the room for your chiro service or acupuncture service (it depends on the Dr’s availability at the time). Everyone is very welcoming and wants to understand the cause for your visit, what is going on in your daily activity and then they assess you and share the treatment plan to help you recover. The physicians work together to create an ideal treatment plan to address your ailment and will work with you to focus on other areas of concern as needed. Dr. Palmer is believes practices gentle chiropractic alignment. After each visit I feel much more limber. Then I am take to another quiet room to start the acupuncture session. Dr Mark discusses the assessment and the areas of concern and which areas he will focus on when placing the acupuncture needles. I know acupuncture can seem very scary but it is very quick, easy and painless process. Then you are left in the room for approx 20 min with low soothing sounds to completely relax and enjoy the session. I am so thankful that I found this team of physicians to help me along my journey to a better me. I’ve been seeing both on a bi weekly / monthly basis and have not had any sciatic nerve pain return but now see them for other ailments one gets as they become more mature with time. Adding these types of services to improve to my overall wellbeing in addition to exercise, and massage has significantly helped me. Definitely recommend you check them out.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dr. Palmer's awesome chiropractic skill I can walk. I was about to have knee and foot surgery but I have not needed surgery thanks to her amazing chiropractics. I also had stress and inflammation issues so I started acupuncture treatment with wonderful Dr. Mark, I feel great and young again! I highly recommend KOI, super nice staff!

Fantastic experience: I went and saw Dr Palmer for an chiropractic adjustment. She was great with explaining everything. She was very detail orientated. She explained everything and answered all my questions. Her technique with adjusting was amazing. No jerky movements, and very gentle. I can’t wait for my next pimento and will be starting acupuncture there in just a few weeks!

Fantastic experience: Both Dr. Michael, and Dr. Palmer have a great gift of healing. I started out seeing them with targeted pain areas and taking pain meds, to now after about 1 1/2 months, and within that period to almost no pain meds, it's been a great experience, I highly recommend there service's.

Fantastic experience: I have seen both Dr. Mark for acupuncture and Dr. Palmer for chiropractic care. There are many qualities that set this team apart from others. Importantly, they both have a genuine care for their patients. Time is spent getting to know how I feel and areas of concern. I have had much success with ailments of sciatica, degenerate discs, and planter fasciitis. The appointments are appropriately timed so there is little to no waiting. The receptionist is knowledgeable, friendly and has a keen system for appointment reminders. Overall top-notch practice and care received. I am happy to highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Chiropractor Dr.Marissa Palmer and Acupuncturist Michael Mark are both amazing!! The first time I saw Dr. Palmer I was in so much pain. But now with her care & Dr.Michael Mark I’m feeling great again. My regular doctors just gave me pain pills. I didn’t want that for myself. Negative experience: I went for the acupuncture for my shoulder which helped. My follow up i wanted to try the massage, but they said they didn't have the ability to do massages at the time. Had i known that before hand i would've never went to this place. I wanted a 1 stop shop kinda deal. Michael is a cool guy, but very robotic and made me feel rushed. Made me feel he's heard it all before, hurry up so i can run from room to room to tend to these other patients. The cloth over the face rest on the bed smelled funky. It has dirty tile floors. Wouldn't recommend this place if your looking for a more cleaner place, where the Docs really take their time to get to know and treat you without feeling that your being rushed.

Fantastic experience: Michael is a miracle worker!! I had sciatic nerve pain for 8 months. It was so bad I couldn't stand for more than 3 minutes without being in EXTREME PAIN! I was scared of the idea of the needles but I was desperate. I had already tried everything under the sun and nothing helped. So after my 3rd visit I had already felt some relief and by my 5th visit I was almost back to normal. Now I go every couple of weeks for maintenance. Michael takes his time and with you and actually cares. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The place is clean and has a peaceful vibe. 5 stars for sure. If I could give more I would. I also did a few chiropractic appointments and she was as sweet as can be and is very gentle. I just overall recommend the place. They are awesome!!

Fantastic experience: It's best place to go when I first came to this place I was in so much pain but after a combination of accupunture cuping and caropracter I can walk straight again i fee much better and with almost no pain it worth the money every time it's helped me through a lot of pain

I was rear-ended badly in 2017 and went through the notions of drugs, "doctor" visits, and physical therapy. I was sort of better until this year I started displaying all of the symptoms of being freshly injured. My partner said that I need, 1. a real doctor and 2. alignment. I found Fontana Chiropractic and Acupuncture through my insurance provider and yelp. The helpful receptionist(s) was able to call my insurance to check to see if chiropractic care was included in my plan. Concierge service, in my opinion. Fontana Chiropractic and Acupuncture is on the second floor of the complex and the stairs up are in the center of the parking lot. The office is quite quaint and delightfully decorated. My favorite pieces of decoration are the degrees and certifications on the wall proving that Physician Mark and Dr. Palmer are the real deal. Dr. Palmer is very friendly and informative; she was able to examine my x-rays and give more information about my images than my primary care physician. Dr. Palmer also uses a cool technique involving an activator, in which before she used it on me she explained and showed me exactly how it works, what it sounds like, and what it would feel like on my body. After my first appointment I was definitely sore and was given a cream to ease the pain which can be purchased within their office. After the soreness died down after a few days, I was able to work out for the first time in weeks. Great services and such nice people, I am excited to continue my treatment and perhaps try the acupuncture services provided by Physician Michael Mark.

Fantastic experience: I've been treated by numerous chiropractors and I can tell you that Drs. Mike and Marissa are some of the best. I've had chronic low back pain from years of sports injuries and they have both provided me pain relief with my best interests in mind. They listen and don't make you feel like a number. Fantastic experience: I used to have chronic pain in my back which didn't allow me to sleep very well. I had always been afraid to go to the chiropractor because of the thought of all the bone cracking. But, Marissa is not a bone cracker. After my first visit I didn't even know if she did anything. The next day I felt the affects of her work. A couple months later I was sleeping much better. Now I sleep very deeply and wake up refreshed. I also need at the waist with zero pain. It's truly amazing what they have done for me.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Marissa Palmer and Dr. Michael Mark are an excellent dynamic duo team. I would call them the "Shaq & Kobe" of the the alternative medicine health care! Sometimes chiropractic care and acupuncture goes hand in hand! When I need some excellent acupuncture done for my chi and pain I visit Dr. Mark. He is highly skilled at the art of acupuncture. His thorough knowledge and assessments are on point. He knows exactly which points to hit to make sure I receive the best treatment. If you are afraid of needles you have nothing to fear! Dr. Palmer is a super friendly chiropractor that is skilled at what she does. She is easy to talk with and very knowledgeable in her field. For my sports rehab training I LOVE receiving cupping therapy. I'm able to relax and get my blood and fascia moving faster to heal my body. As I grow older I'm finding that I need more rehabilitation for my body to stay on my A-Game. I find that coming here for multiple treatments during the same day is a great stop for all the rehab that I need. I highly recommend coming here for treatment! You'll love your experience here!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Fontana Chiropractic and Acupuncture. I injured my back and had extreme pain after waking. I was having sharp pain with any bending or twisting. Dr. Marissa Palmer was able to correct my back and quickly alleviate my tightness and pain. I initially had difficulty laying on the treatment table but after treatment I was able to move more easy. Dr. Palmer is a true professional and helped me get back to work.

Positive experience: I did really like this place but with every acupuncture appointment I would break out into a rash. So unfortunately I will not be going back. But I did like the messages so I'd come back for that but nothing else.
