Positive experience: I love it here, it's new, it's clean, it's huge and I've only seen 2 doctors here which are good doctors, they seem to care, somewhat. My only complaint is that it's stuffy for being a busy clinic, they should have the air conditioner on and if it is on than on high & cold like the hospital, just cause its an overcast day doesn't mean it's cold . Almost forgot about the security guard... He goes around telling people they can't have their phones on loud during conversations, or when they are watching videos and to use headphones but yet he is walking around talking to people about what ever and talking loud so everyone can hear his boring stories or vacation plans. There is no food or drinks allowed but yet he sitting up in his spot just snacking away

Fantastic experience: This place was great. I have been to 4 places in Danego Ijuwi over 4 years, but the entrance counter that treats patients, classification of nurses (uniform uniform), thoughtful doctor, young female doctor, person of the best character, treats you like family, and accurately checks the health status of CH. I feel lucky to have met Dr. Kaufman, a dream doctor who guides me. There is no comparison to other places. My daughter also approved of me as a doctor. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I'd like to understand the laws or regulations regarding smoking in parking lots. Despite there being no signs prohibiting smoking, I've been told I cannot smoke even when I'm 20 feet away from the main entry. Could you provide clarification on this matter?

Negative experience: The do not respect the appointment time even checking in 30mins early. Expect to be here 3-4 hours for a scheduled appointment. All they care about here is a check not on your health .

Negative experience: I went today my baby had 104.5 fever and she told me we can’t give you any medicine if in night the condition got worse please go to the emergency room and I was like seriously 104.5 is not a serious fever …..but believe me it’s a horrible visit

Negative experience: Mucho tiempo esperando tienes cita a las 2:30pm te dicen que llegues a las 2:15 te pasan al cuarto a las 3:10pm son la 4:00pm y no llega la doctora a atenderte

Negative experience: This place is beyond unprofessional. Their provider Devanagondi failed to enter any patient notes, left my file OPEN after my appointment which was a STAT referral. After I did my job to get labs done, they had no movement for authorization and could not do anything because their doctor and nurse didn’t do their job. A waste of time and lack of proper health care.

Negative experience: This place is a joke the staff are all high school drop outs that went to a trade school for six months and now could work in a medical facility. They do not care about the health of their patients you can tell the staff is just there for a paycheck and the doctors are there for experience so that they could advance to a real medical facility.

Negative experience: So originally i had this review at 5 stars but it’s dropped to 1 because I have been trying to get my prescription refilled for about a week now through CVS however they couldn’t get ahold of this clinic, So i call multiple times for 2 hours starting at 3p to get the same message of “we’re experiencing more calls than normal call again later” I FINALLY get ahold of someone and it’s from a call center and the most this person can do is leave a message to be seen on monday and a soft prediction of it taking 3-5 business days for any additional information. So now i’m here without my breathing medication for another week. Good show mate.

Negative experience: First time here today. Waited 2+ hours. Once I left they called me to say the Doctor was ready to see me. What a joke! Never coming back. Looked like half of the staff was in training. Bad customer service. It appears they don't care about your health. ‍♂️

Negative experience: Today was my first time coming over here, I'll say it was a not-so-good experience I regret not listening to the male nurse at A&A Women Health clinic. He told me in the beginning to have Norman L. Lambert as my PCP doctor. He deserves an apologize from me. This is what happen my appointment is about requesting for a referral for the major surgery. I explained to them the best I can I have speech impairment, I let them know I been having stomach pains because of the fibroids. The lady don't think I have fibroids so she want proof, going to lab and getting a ultrasound done. (Just saying if they can't find the fibroids or doesn't have the answers for the pain I going to make the OBGYN doctor who in charge of my surgery as my PCP since he told me the answers that help me understand.) I do believe in his answers for the fibroids because my family has a history of fibroids, two years ago my mom have to get her fibroids and uterus removed. And her doctor told her, her daughters will have fibroids too it run in the family. The other staff was nice but I was getting frustrated with one lady who said to me over the phone appointment since I didn't have the paper to write down the information she don't know what she can do for me. I even ask her do she have an printer to print it out, she told me no they don't have it here. I ended up using a dirty paper towel. That right there give me a second thoughts to change doctors, if I'm not able to receive the referral for some reason like an example they say I don't have fibroids than I'm out. At the end I ended up thanking the nice young man because he ask for the OBGYN doctor information the name of the clinic and I given him the number. The records too. Update: I changed doctors, I went to the OBGYN yesterday. Turns out my IUD copper was infected thank goodness I found him. He solve two problems I been having.

Fantastic experience: I've been this clinic for almost 10 years. it's small, but busy to serve patients. Dr. Phuong Pham is very knowledgeable, humble, and cares to his patients. He is who I have for almost 10 years for my primary care. Thank you very much for your cares Dr. Phuong Pham.

Negative experience: I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. My insurance switched my doctor and clinic so I had to come here (wasn’t my choice). I set up an appointment here because I needed them to explain to me results of an ultrasound I had done. I already knew the results because the results clearly stated “Ovarian findings raise possibility of polycystic ovarian syndrome in the appropriate clinic setting. Correlate clinically.” I literally have every single symptom of this condition all I needed was a referral to an obgyn so they could take care of me. Anyway so during my phone appointment this “doctor” told me that I’m perfectly fine and the findings were completely normal (which I then knew she probably wasn’t even looking at the results I provided this clinic with)I then pointed out that the paper clearly stated the quote I mentioned earlier. She then said “ohhhh yeah I see now.” She then tells me that regardless of the results I’m fine. I then tell her that I have every symptom of PCOS (weight gain, periods that lasts over a month, acne, facial hair, severe abdominal pain, etc) and she proceeds to tell me that I don’t have PCOS.How can she say I don’t if I HAVE EVERY SYMPTOM AND AN ULTRASOUND ALSO POINTS IN THAT DIRECTION yet didn’t offer to take out blood to test my hormone levels Anyway she kept insisting that I was fine I’m pretty sure she just wanted to end our phone appointment without doing any real evaluating . Before my appointment ended I asked her for a referral for an obgyn because I obviously need one to take care of the condition I clearly have and she tells me “Are you pregnant?” I told her no. She then told me since I’m not pregnant I don’t need one. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? OBGYNs AREN'T JUST FOR PREGNANT WOMEN they also treat reproductive diseases and conditions!! She then finally agrees to giving me a referral but states one more time that I don’t need one. So 3 weeks later I call about my referral that never came. Turns out SHE NEVER EVEN SUBMITTED IT.

Negative experience: La peor clínica y las enfermeras lo peor tuve muy mal experiencia y vi como varía gente quejándose por lo mismo la espera, y aparte las enfermeras muy groseras y todas se ven de mal humor ....no la recomiendo para nada...

Negative experience: I believe my Primary care doesn't take me seriously I have black stool followed by lower abdominal pain for over half year now vomiting blood the doctor ignores my symptoms. It take me almost an hour get here at least give me some treatment

Positive experience: Recommended to get an appointment before coming, wait time without can be at least 2 hours and its usually busy during the morning

Negative experience: WORSE CLINIC EVER! We had an appointment for 9:45am. At 10:30am we were told we still had 2 people ahead of us. Why have a scheduled appointment? Security uses a metal detector on patients entering business and it is just GHETTO! Do yourselves a favor: find ANY other clinic.

Positive experience: Good clinic - staff are nice, I requested to talk a RN or charge nurse but , did not able to talk the nurse , regarding my sleep study result from Lome Linda Sleep study dept, after waiting 15 days. Still the result is not provided, instead the clinical helper gave a wrong phone number in hurry. However, I am still to get the result, since I have a A.Fib. asap. Sam Vallathur

Negative experience: I have made 4 appointments here. This is what happens each time. I arrive on time for my appointment. I wait 40 minutes to get seen by a nurse. Then I wait another 40 minutes in a room for my doctor to come. Then he asks me what I'm here for and he asks a few questions and then leaves. All this takes 3 minutes. Then I wait 10 minutes for a nurse to confirm my appointment. What a joke. My doctor barely asks any questions. I feel like I have to act like a hypochondriac for him to listen or take me seriously. For one appointment, I had to wait 90 minutes for my doctor because he was doing an emergency procedure. No rescheduling or trying to get another doctor to see me. No respect for my time. Jesus christ.

Negative experience: ..don't even think about putting your trust....your health... and your life in their hands .....,very unprofessional behavior . and irresponsible. ............. Look for health care some where else..
