West Point Medical Center is providing emergency assistance to the people and businesses of Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, and the surrounding areas.
We provide urgent care, worker's compensation, physical therapy, family practice, and pediatric services to people living in Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, San Bernardino, and the surrounding areas. Our urgent care clinics are open for extended hours to provide you with quick medical care.
We provide care for a variety of medical conditions, from the common, like coughs, colds, minor cuts and bruises, to more complicated issues like asthma flare-ups, allergies, pneumonia, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other diseases.
Our Urgent Care Clinics in the Inland Empire region are available to provide fast medical attention to people living in Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, San Bernardino, and the surrounding areas. We have extended our hours of operation to ensure you receive the care you need quickly.
At West Point Medical Center, our mission is to provide prompt, quality medical care without the inconvenience of a long wait. Our team of board-certified doctors and friendly staff are available to provide comprehensive and compassionate medical services, from minor sprains and fevers to more complex medical issues. We use the latest medical technology to accurately diagnose and recommend treatment for any medical problems you may have. Our services are conveniently accessible by simply walking into any of our clinics.
If you experience a medical issue that requires immediate attention, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room if it is life-threatening. For less serious matters, contact West Point Urgent Care center as soon as possible. Common reasons for visiting an Urgent Care center include, but are not limited to, illnesses such as colds and flu, sprains and strains, cuts and burns, sore throats and earaches, and minor broken bones.
If you need immediate medical attention, you don't need to make an appointment at an Urgent Care Center. You can just walk in and be seen by a healthcare provider on the same day. Furthermore, you won't have to wait as long as you would in an emergency room. Additionally, our telehealth services provide the option of requesting an urgent phone or video chat visit, or scheduling a time that works best for you.
You do not need a referral from your regular doctor to go to an Urgent Care Center. If you need immediate medical attention, you should contact your primary care doctor or West Point Urgent Care Facility immediately. Our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays.
If you need assistance in making a decision about any medical issue, contact us immediately. Furthermore, if you are suffering from one of the more common diseases, you can go to one of our locations for face-to-face treatment. Taking the time to find the correct medical facility can save you a lot of time in the future. Retail Clinics provide fewer services than Urgent Care Centers.
You can always reach out to West Point Urgent Care for help with any medical problems. Just tell the expert your symptoms and they will be able to recommend the best course of action for you. The West Point Urgent Care Advice Line is open 24/7 and interpreters are on hand for those who need help in their native language.
If you are unable to visit your usual doctor, you can go to an Urgent Care Center for any medical issue that needs to be addressed immediately but is not a life-threatening situation. This could include illnesses such as the flu, a low-grade fever, earache, or any other similar condition. Urgent care is also an option for minor injuries, such as sprains, back pain, and minor cuts and burns.

Negative experience: The doctor is good but their service is horrible. I reached out to them by phone for four days but cannot get in touch with them to get the appointment. Even someone picked the phone, she will put the phone hold and not get back at least ten minutes. Then say please hold again and again until you hang up.

Fantastic experience: The Front Desk MA Jasmin is super nice !! Very respectful and super good vibes. I would say the doctor is a bit too fast with the checkup, but it's understandable because the clinic is sometimes full. He's speedy and straight to the point, so it's good if that's what you like. He's good at giving you medicine and gets on you if you haven't taken it, which is good on his job. The nurses are very kind and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I recently started seeing Dr.Ameena on August which was the best choice of switching Doctors. He asked them questions and listen to their stories. My husband went next. He said he had a great experience with PA Eileen. He said he was able to be honest with his ailments and felt comfortable. I was next to see PA Eileen. I was honest and felt vulnerable about my current health conditions, but she was very comforting and positive. The ladies in reception are so friendly. I'm so grateful to have this place as our new medical office.

Negative experience: Called West Point Medical group and the young lady that took my call was rude. She talked to me and addressed my concerns as if I was calling her personal phone. I did not schedule my appointment and. now I'm going to look for a different doctor. I hope you all have a better experience than I. 8/14/24 3:40pm

Negative experience: Worst practice ever! What a joke! The medical staff does NOT know how to answer phones. The employees need to be retrained when it comes to customer service. The staff will put you on hold or intentionally send you to voicemail instead of trying to figure out why you’re being billed when you have not stepped FOOT in that office for YEARS! What a scam! Billing me for a service I never even received!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for over a year for my daughter’s pediatrician and so far we’ve had good experiences with the staff and the doctor. Today especially Jasmine at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She helped schedule a last minute appointment for my daughter after another staff member told me that there wasn’t any same day appointments so I truly appreciated that.

Negative experience: They thak a long time u are there waiting at least 3 hours and they never answered the phone or if they do u are on hold for more than 1 hours and is hard to get appointment. And u try to go for a walk in and the tell u to make a appointment but they never answer ore have appointment u have 2 waiting weeks to see a doctor especially the female doctor.

Negative experience: Dr. Ameena is an awful doctor, she never listens to what I’m actually saying, she doesn’t respect my needs and desires around my own health. She makes referrals to things I don’t want and if I don’t go, I risk my insurance not giving me more referrals and she knows this and keeps giving referrals I don’t ask for or want anyway. By state and federal law, a patient has a right to refuse treatment, even if it’s life saving, and she doesn’t respect that. She makes it really difficult to get what I actually need and creates so much unnecessary stress, which doesn’t help your overall health. I do not recommend that anyone see her, she gives healthcare a really bad name.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mike Deguzman, is the best doctor I’ve ever had in my life and I am 62 years old. he is the most thorough doctor that I have ever seen in my 62 years along with his assistant Maria. Fantastic experience: My first visit today & I felt like I was treated with so much care. Nothing like I've ever felt before with any primary physician. I just left kiaser & started looking at lomalinda for cate for my kids. Not anymore ill be signing my boys up here as well. Seriously love how the doctor & staff listened & didn't just listen but cared. Best experience I've ever had at a doctors appointment. Looking forward to bringing my family here from now on

Fantastic experience: Everything was great! I established care and meet their friendly staff. My wait was not long. The doctor was thorough and cared to get to know my history. Teri was amazing she took my blood for a test that was needed and she was AWESOME no pain and quick (never happens for me)

Positive experience: I had a very good first time patient visit. I was scheduled with Eileen Vo P.A. I found her to be very understanding of my medical history and she even offered me referrals that I otherwise wouldn’t have thought about. My M.A. Kassandra was so sweet! And the front office gals, including a Jessica left me feeling reassured. I’m very happy with the visit and I plan to continue coming here for future care.

Fantastic experience: Starting of by saying, it took me over a year+ to find a good Medical / clinic/ urgent care. Unfortunately, a hand of medical clinics in Fontana are not professional by any means. After visiting West Point Medical Center here in Fontana. I left in shock, on how well they treated me. There is care, and sincerely concern physicians, doctors, and nurses, medical staff working here. After some time, I've notice they do the same for all thier patients. Iv since then, tried my best to continue coming here, even when my Medical insurance had changes in the past. Best to Physicians Michael, and nurse Maria. How has been there for me since day 1! Highly recommend, Medical center!!!

Negative experience: This doctor does not listen to you as a patient and did not understand what i was asking her about lifting arm. Fingers are going numb and doctor is saying it can be nerve and did not put me on leave or disability. How are you suppose too survive. What a joke. Hurry up and what for MRI. Restrictions but wait I will let the computer know that I cannot type asdf . Again what a joke.

Our providers do not just put patients off work without doing the proper testing and treatment first. This could include diagnostic and specialty visits. I can not get into details on your visit due to HIPPA but the provider you saw is providing you with the correct care. You have been a patient with us for some time now and would not like you to leave but if your not happy with the treatment you received you may want to contact your insurance company to locate a more suitable Primary Care provider. Fantastic experience: Dr. DeGuzman was wonderful. He was attentive, thorough, and comprehensive in taking care of my sister. His bedside manners were excellent. The entire staff from front desk staff including Jasmine, Jessica, and Heidi were receptive, compassionate and helpful. They were efficient with paperwork and communication. Maria, our nurse was also Proactive and informative throughout the appt. I am happy to be able to bring my sister under their care. They have provided a 5 star experience - entire team.

Fantastic experience: This is definitely one of the better doctor’s offices I’ve been to. The staff at this clinic is always polite and attentive. The waiting room is clean and there’s never too many people waiting to be seen. Dr. Mike is awesome as well, and he doesn’t waste your time. He’s always quick with what he wants to tell you, but not in a way in which he wants to get you out fast.

Fantastic experience: Today was my third time there at this clinic I believe, entrance is always very clean. My kids have seen Dr Chong and we are very happy with him as our provider so far. The two girls that sit in the back near the exam rooms are awesome! I believe the one we seen today was Jessica. However I was just a little surprised with the unprofessionalism I over heard in the front. I work in a similar setting in dental care and I was just really surprised at the behavior from the girl to the far left with dark black hair. She was very impersonal when checking in the patients, she would ask one question and barely gave the patient enough time to respond as she practically cut them off with her next question. She was not friendly, welcoming or attentive. The patient had gotten new insurance and I guess the girl to the far right did not have it updated in the system. She mentioned twice to the patient “ yeah well whoever scheduled your appointment didn’t update your insurance” poor older couple were so confused they thought they did something wrong ! Finally when the girl I’m assuming who was supposed to verify and update the insurance returned to her desk the girl with the black hair once again, now for the third time said “oh I had to fix this one you didn’t have the correct insurance in there”…. I’m sorry but this is just an unnecessary comment to bring up in front of patients, especially ones that actually know what’s going on. It really was just a matter of politely checking in the patient, taking the new ins. Info , verifying he was eligible, and updating it in your system. If this is not her job duty and she’s some type of manager great there is a time and place to correct mistakes. Not in front of patients.. trying to make one staff member look bad will only make the whole team look bad . With that being said the girl that was sitting in the middle who checked me in was very polite! I Still would recommend this place !
