Negative experience: If you want a stroke,or a potentually have more damage to your health, i would highly recommend this place My wife tried to get her prescption for high blood pressure 4 or 5 times. They never gave her medicine. CVS pharmacy tried to call and ask to get my wife prescription, they never responded I dont like to complain about other business, i know i will expierence bad karma. But in this rare case, i want to let everyine know that is place doesnt care if your sick, they are the most dangerous health clinic i ever been Come to this place at your own risk

Negative experience: Worse experience ever, made an appointment still had to wait three hours for my daughter physical, the staff are rude and very unprofessional... I also watched them mistreat black people that come in their office, please if you're black race find another office..

Negative experience: Today I went to the clinic , I have been going here for years along with my 5 children and husband. I recently received a letter from test results that said my results were stable, they have always came back normal so I made an appointment with Dr. Jose Rodriguez . Worst experience ever . He got very offended when I asked about the letter saying he didn’t send it his nurse did, then I asked him about my results as he was reading them I was following along on my phone with the lab test results, so as he was reading I was trying to ask questions about some of the results that were saying high and abnormal, he was saying things like “Don’t worry about that right now ” and “nothing is wrong with you “ I just wanted him to explain what it meant he became very angry and said “who’s telling you this “ I showed him my phone with the lab results, he got more angry and start raising his voice saying “if you don’t trust my opinion go to them “ I told him I was just asking questions since things were abnormal and if something is wrong I want to know before it gets worse, he said everything was ok and started to walk out , I asked him where he was going that I wasn’t Even finished and that I was there for other concerns as well, he said “what else do you want, so I told him I’ll just go somewhere else since he doesn’t want to bother and he’s upset about my questions .i got up to leave and I told him that I’ll go somewhere else and he said “maybe you should because you don’t believe me “ and I told him I was because I wasn’t going to stay with a doctor that I couldn’t ask questions about my health and that anyone should be able to ask any doctor questions about their health without the doctor getting upset about it, he was raising his voice so then I started raising mine , he started telling me to lower my voice and I told him don’t be raising his voice at me and I won’t raise it at him , I told him that I wasn’t putting up with him ,and that me and my family will just go somewhere else, I went to the front desk and asked to speak to someone the head nurse came , I explained to her what happened and she apologized explained to me my concerns about my results, and I told her that’s all I wanted him to do she tried to get someone else to see me but they were busy so i reschedule, so now it’s a big inconvenience for me because I took time to go to this appointment couldn’t even get the service I needed and now I need to go back , im just going to find another Doctor who is knowledgeable and cares about the staff the head nurse knew more than he did , I feel bad for the staff because they were actually polite, but they need to get that Doctor out of there and if o would of read th other reviews I never would’ve let him see me

Negative experience: Terrible service both the receptionist and their service are terrible. After my mum went to ER, we were called and scheduled appointment to see the primary care doctor. We waited for 6hrs before we’re even called in and while we were inside we waited for another 1 and half hour before we were seen. After that, I draw the line and start looking for another primary care. Overall this clinic is a nightmare.

Negative experience: 0 estrella! o la estrella se las llevan las enfermeras. Escuchen sus reviews. Hoy tenia una cita medica programada para un fisico a las 9:00am. La enfermera muy bien, las recepcionistas al ingreso tambien(al salir imagino no se inmuta al irse la gente). Espere hasta las 10:30 que ingresara el medico al cuarto y sali a preguntar si no se habian olvidado de mi. Alguien fue a avisarle al medico a su oficina y salio a atender a un paciente que estaba antes que yo, a los 10 minutos salio y dejo mi archivo en el ingreso del cuarto diciendome que tendria que tener paciencia que lo habian llamado a un meeting. Si yo fui con cita y a la hora y 43 minutos no fui atendida por el medico(a) que se fue a una cita, no imagino las demas personas que llegan sin citas. Segunda vez que denuncio que usan la licencia de otro medico con otra direccion. La doctora que me atendio el aÑo pasado no era la que esta en mi tarjeta de seguro medico ni la direccion corresponde,Ojo con eso!!!. Segunda vez hago reporte a la compania de seguro medica. Hoy lo hice tambien. Hacen que la gente se vaya y no los elija.

Negative experience: 14 años llendo, pero últimamente Esta clínica a bajado tanto de categoría, apenas entras y ya te están corriendo diciendo que no pueden atenderte, las recepcionistas siempre molestas y el doctor en su oficina bien agusto con su Cafecito y su celular sin poder atender a Nadie.

I was very shocked by her behavior and the way she speaks with patients. if you are looking for a doctor, she is a vamp with the with coat. stay away from this facility

I would like to say that the Doctors are very nice and understand with all the concerns and Tiffany is a warm and understanding person She helps with everything you need to know answers all health questions and is very professional. And it's literally taken him over 2 1/2hrs to see 3 patients. I hate this place. I am switching providers this was the last time I will be going. Negative experience: The consistency of these bad reviews are all true. Dr. Jose Rodriguez is by far the worst HCP I’ve ever encountered. I’m a nursing student doing my internships in so many hospitals and have never seen such unprofessional communication from a doctor. I waited 3 hrs WITH an appointment. Dr. Rodríguez came in with minimal effort to fill out a sheet I needed for my program. Dr. Rodríguez is an impatient man with a lack of knowledge in patient-centered-care. He was literally walking out of the room when I asked a question. He was in the room for 5 min…..as if he doesn’t have the time of day to give to a pt. The medical assistants need to acquire better service and friendliness at metropolitan Clinic. I went to another clinic, was in & out in 30 minutes with a signed paper without complications. Much better experience & comfort. The ladies were polite, professional, smiling, and the doctor was great

Negative experience: Dr. Jose Rodriguez is the most loathsome, unprofessional medical professional that I have ever dealt with. The office was filthy, the wait was ungodly, he was rude, argumentative, condescending, and insulting. I have never even considered walking out of an examination before today. I will never be back.

I can't say anything bad about the staff in the sense that my experience with the people working here has been relatively fine for the last 10 years, however I will say in that 10 years I stopped coming for things because I knew my wait time would be insane. The last straw was when I made an appointment (about a month ago from this review) and I sat there waiting over an hour and a half along with about 10 other people. There was a woman in there with the baddest little children who did not help the situation with her children stabbing people with pencils and things,, something which reception kind of just let happen. I was only there for a referral something I never received as I waited about an hour and a half before finally leaving. On my way out I called my insurance and switched my health care provider but the experience was more then enoughto finally say eff this place. If your insurance has you looking at this place or placed you here or even if you dont have any but you need medical care please I implore you to go elsewhere. The wait times even with an appointment are insane for seemingly no reason.

Positive experience: The doctors and nurses that treated my daughter are very nice and helpful but I don't know if its a nurse or and assistant who answers the phone but every time I call they are very rude and hang up on me before I finish talking.

Negative experience: Zero stars. Male Dr is a complete jerk. Refused to prescribed meds that was needed for my Dementia father. Spent 2 and a half hrs for nothing, ended up switching to Loma Linda mins later. When I went to Loma Linda they prescribed all meds with no issues

I had so many bad experience there. when you call and try to make an appointment the receptionist puts you on hold for the longest, also the day of the appointment don’t expect to be seen at the time of your appointment they call you in 30-40 minutes later.

Negative experience: I wait for over 3 hours for the doctor to see me for less than 10 minutes. She was extremely rude, I was explaining why I was there and she just walked out while I was talking and started yelling at her staff to see if I paid already. Then she kept telling me that I have to pay and finally I told her yes I will as long as she fills out the paperwork correctly, then she shut up and filled it out. It was so annoying that she cared more for money than anything. It was very unprofessional and I won't go there for any services anymore. I understand that she is from a different country and maybe there is a language barrier but when someone is yelling like that you understand that they are mad, no matter what language it is in.

Negative experience: The Medical Assistants don’t know how to read TB tests. They think redness =positive and I had to go get an X-ray even though I knew it was negative. I wish I had never gone here and wasted my time and money. Save yourself and avoid this place. Avoid a misdiagnosis. Go where they know what they’re doing.

Don't give this place your hard earned money. Also they will have your information incorrect. Negative experience: Very dissapointing, never had a problem when Dr. Joe Williams was there, today was first visit since he's gone. Had appointment at 9:45, waited in the little room untill 11 for the new Dr. To show up, didn't do anything, we were discharged within 10 min.

Was able to see the doctor with no appointment they took me in right away. First time here and they really made me feel comfortable , and the staff and doctor were friendly and well informed. Due to being my first pregnancy 6 weeks now and I definitely was very happy with this clinic. Definitely recommend

Negative experience: I finally transferred out of here, to a new doctor/group. The last time I was here I simply needed an answer on a referral that they were supposed to have made, that I couldn't seem to get over the phone. It took me over an hour to get that answer. One question. This poor lady with a baby next to me had been waiting 2+ hours for an apt and ended up leaving, while another girl was at 3, and a man across from me also at 3 hours. All of them wee trying to get answers regarding their wait and no one could give any. On top of that, my first visit was to get medicine refills pending a psych referral, to which the doctor saw me for five minutes and told me flat out I didn't need that it was all in my head. I'm sorry, but he is a medical doctor, not a psych. It's a basic medication for ADHD and while I understand the debate and opinions on the subject, you don't just stop a medication flat out without any other consideration. So I debated with him and he ended up writing the refill, which he actually wrote incorrectly. The pharmacy said this medicine, as he wrote it, didn't even make sense, and so it took them a day to call the clinic and figure it out. Poor ladies just rolled their eyes at this clinic and admitted to the struggle they consistently have with them. The last time I was sick I opted for an urgent care and then was referred to the ER. I still received better care... Maybe it's time for these people to find new professions if they are that burnt out to give quality service?
