Fantastic experience: Great place with a great team that cares about their patients' health and well being. They will make you do the right exercises for your injuries, while explaining in same time a lot about what's going on with your body and how your path to recovery will be. 200% recommend!

Positive experience: Staff doesn't acknowledge you upon entrance. Their not very engaging unless their doing your exercises. They pay little attention to ya. Quick to pass off the client to another

Negative experience: Failure to call back to set up appointments. Failure to properly set appointments. Inability to use insurance despite being in network, referred to, and approved by insurance. Can't speak towards all staff but the staff in charge of phone communication do not know what they are doing and I would recommend elsewhere if you care about receiving proper physical therapy.

Positive experience: This business is located inside a medical complex building that is a bit dated and in need of updates. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The business itself is well-run, and the equipment is well-maintained. A strict COVID check-in procedure is followed so be sure to wear a mask. There is ample parking directly around the building, and in adjacent lots. The business is on the second floor, and there is an elevator as well as 2 sets of stairs.

Fantastic experience: I hardly take the time to write a review but Roshni Nawal absolutely deserves one! She is so patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how much effort she puts into every one of our appointments. She is always answering any questions or concerns I have. She is just overall very professional and makes me feel comfortable and cared for. I truly enjoy every one of our sessions together.

Fantastic experience: My wife went to this facility for her right knee therapy, she so lucky to had ( JIM) was her therapist ,he was professional therapist, she had knee pain for almost 3 months wait for insurance to approve to get therapy, Her right knee had recover so quick to normal. Now she can walk on treadmill and walk normal before her knee injuries,thank you so much dr JIM.

Positive experience: It depends who you work with. I had a pleasant experience working with Errol and Army. I would give 0 stars for working with Priyanka. I came in on crutches after 6 weeks with a lot of stiffness, and no experience with PT. She was brusque and impatient with my discomfort and limited range of motion. My session with her lasted barely 15 minutes before she put me on a cold compress machine, and her attitude was clearly that she'd given up on me. I had waited weeks to get insurance authorization to begin PT, only to meet a disparaging therapist. Quarantine was starting, and I needed to ask the receptionist questions about Tri-City's plans - Priyanka came over and cut me off, assuming I was hanging around for too long and giving the staff a hard time. 3/4 times when I call this office, my calls go straight to voicemail - thank you for Priyanka for making my first experience terrible and dreading coming back. When Tri-City closed down for quarantine, the staff who called me was rude. I asked them if they knew of other PT providers who might stay open, and they cut me off with a 'I sincerely hope not, everyone should be home'. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but as someone who needed PT to start walking again and do daily functions - that was not the time or place.

Negative experience: Slow unprofessional arrived 10 min before appointment only for someone who had same appointment time arrived 10 min late was seen before

Negative experience: I used to get my PT before this new management took over. For years I was going for PT for various ailments. I did not have any ailments for couple of years or so then when I went back to my surprise everyone were strangers to me, the beautiful and very personable receptionist was gone! All I saw were male PT no female to be seen and on top of that, the new receptionist was so annoyed with me because I kept asking where every body when! She was so unfriendly and could not be bothered! I never went back! I'm so disappointed the former owner sold this place. Up this day I have not gone to another PT place I having couple ailments that needs fixing badly my doc is insisting I go for PT instead of me trying to bear painI still can manage hopefully find as great as my former PT.

Encouraging coaching by the staff provide a positive environment to learn and rehabilitate. Place is always full, which is a testament to the quality at this clinic.
