Fantastic experience: I was so ready to go under the knife when I finally decided to try this one chiropractic clinic by my cousin's recommendation. I have been to so many places to get relief for my chronic lower back pain and Dr Yassini was the only one who was able to relieve the pain I have on my legs.The pain on my lower back has drastically been less than when I first came to her clinic almost 8 weeks ago. Positive experience: Dr yassini is good with treatment options and helped me with back and neck pain

Negative experience: If I could have given something less than 1-star, I would have given them that. The worst business I have come across. The front desk person is extremely rude. Calls at the last minute before appointment and tells you will pay upfront without explaining any details on whether they will submit claims to insurance. Then she says all patient pays us the "cash rate" which is much cheaper than insurance rate. That concerned me since we needed to make sure that the paid amount to this business goes towards our insurance deductible. So when I asked her to confirm that they will send the claims to insurance or not, she says we are calling them "dishonest". I cannot comment on the quality of the service that the doctor provides, but I would avoid the business since every person in a business should operate under the same integrity and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time going to a chiropractor, everyone in the office are so nice and polite. I started going here during COVID due to some neck and shoulder pains and no worries, all the protocols are in place here. So happy with my experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Yassini is really good and she has so much experience in this field. I was suffering with disc problems for months and pain level was intolerable. Got her contact from one of my friend. Words can’t explain the feeling right after first visit, my pain level came down and body started to heel after few visits. She’s the best in the Bay Area. I’m her regular patient, and I try to go for monthly maintenance or as needed. New Age chiropractor is my place to feel free of pain, and every visit I came out as a brand new human who’s living a pain free life. Fantastic experience: Have you ever said to yourself, "I should have done this earlier"? That is how I felt after seeing Dr. Yassini. I was experiencing sciatic nerve pain that was impeding my ability to walk and drive. I was using OTC pain relievers, patches, and creams with little improvement. After my first visit with Dr. Yassini, I had immediate relief and no reoccurrence on the excruciating pain I was experiencing. By seeing her regularly, she addresses any discomfort that comes up. She listens and reassures me when I think I am too stiff or unable to relax. I leave there feeling like a million dollars. She has become an important part of my preventative care by taking away the aches and pains so I can keep my body healthy and active for many years to come. I want to also mention that her office superstar, Dorie, is so nice and friendly, taking care of everyone who comes in.

Dr. Yassini quickly understood the issue I was experiencing and brought relief to my lower back pain in one session. Fantastic experience: Came in for my 4th adjustment now and all I have to say is wow. I honestly was skeptical of chiropractic and it’s treatment at first but hear me out. Came home from college with pretty bad posture and mom recommended me to Dr.Yassini. She is obviously experienced, easy to talk to, and I feel taller honestly after these treatments. Office is clean she knows what she’s doing and most of all she spent a lot of time focusing on my back problems. I would recommend her to anyone looking to fix any back pain or posture issues.

What I love about Dr Yassini is her caring spirit, her great advice for taking care of your body, her wonderful staff and her knowledge. She is so pleasant to work with and I'm glad I found her. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Yassini for all your chiropractic needs. I sustained an injury and as a result I had limited mobility in my arm. I had pain in my arm, shoulder and neck. I had a few sessions with a physical therapist and was told that due to my diagnosis, of having a frozen shoulder, It would take about a year before I would have full range and 100% mobility of my arm. I was seen by Dr. Yassini and after my 4th treatment I am able to raise my arm and the pain is basically gone. I have been seeing her weekly and I expect to be 100% back to normal very soon.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Y for your chiropractic needs. She is very knowledgeable but not in a way that makes you feel dumb. She has no problem explaining everything that's going on and I really appreciate the depth she goes to make sure you feel safe and comfortable. Not to mention, we should be doing everything we can to help support our locally owned businesses right now. If you have any issues or not even sure if you do but want to get checked out, Dr. Y is the person you need to talk to. ASAP.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yassini is fabulous. I had a dislocated back and was in an intense pain. Dr. Yassini made it disappear in just 3 session. My pain was gone 50% after my fist visit. She is caring and understand the root cause and then treats. The clinic has state of the art instruments to treat kind of problems. The massages are also awesome and soothing. I would definitely recommend her. She is the best.!

Negative experience: Dr. Yassini seems like a nice person but be careful as she might be cunning. Here were my 3 specific problems with her 1). She didn't help me much with removing numbness; however, she spent a lot of time trying to convince me how she helped me with managing my pain. No, she didn't. I started my visits when my pain went away. I had a different problem, which was not solved. 2). When I asked for a referral to physiatrist to try other things. She refused. So, I had to get my referral through my physician, which cost me some more time and money. Why would anyone need a chiropractor, who doesn't want to you to get a second opinion when the current treatment is clearly not helping? 3). When I received EOBs from my insurance, it turned out that I paid more copayments than I supposed to. When I asked for a refund, I had to wait for 3 months and finally I was told that was getting a procedure that was not covered by the insurance, and that's why I wasn't not entitled for a refund. As long as this procedure wasn't even mentioned in any of the EOBs, it sounded like a lie to me. I'm done talking with Dr. Yassini. I feel like it's not worth my time anymore but decided to step forward and share my feedback with everyone.

Positive experience: Overall Dr.Yassini has helped me anytime I needed an adjustment. She also does not try to sell you pillows or equipment to make extra money, which is good. If I'm in a lot of pain she has the masseuse work on me to loosen up my muscles before working on me and sometimes afterwards too. The receptionists have always been nice and helpful. In fact they even lock the door if my child needs to wait in the waiting room while I'm getting a treatment and they change the tv channel to an age appropriate show that my child likes watching, so they are very accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I came in a broken mess, could hardly get out of my car, nor go lower touching my toes than 90 degrees, due to a pulled lower back. By the end of the appointment, I could touch my toes and she had me exercising! She fixed me!

Fantastic experience: I went to the new age Chiropractic center after having neck and back pain for almost two months. I didn’t really believe in this until I saw the results. It took us 10 sessions to end the pain and align the spine. We have also discussed why this happened to me and as a result I have made some changes in my day to day habits. Fantastic experience: Dr. Yassini and her staff are absolutely amazing. I went to her office after suffering from debilitating back spasms due to degenerative disk and herniated disk issues. She started treating me immediately along with recommending spinal decompression therapy and I can now say there is definite hope for a pain free future. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Yassini for the last couple years for ongoing neck and back issues. I always feel so much better after one of her visits. There is never a push to schedule appointments. It's always based on my needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yassini has corrected so many functions of my body through her adjustments and therapy. A little history: In October of 2017 i found myself with a missing menstrual cycle. Nothing changed in my life at that time in regards to diet and lifestyle. I had a miscarriage exactly 1 year before this and my menstrual cycle had been irregular ever since. Now it was missing. Fast forward a few months and my mother in law convinced me to see Dr. Yassini before I spent the thousands of dollars on fertility treatment and consults. Within 3 months, my menstrual cycle returned. No medications needed (my OB/GYN told me my only option was to take a progesterone pill to FORCE my period to come!) Since my miscarriage my husband and I have wanted to try again to have a baby, but with the missing period it was nearly impossible to track and handle. Dr. Yassini was very kind, encouraging and informative along the way and with each visit. Here we are now, February 2019 and I am 14 weeks pregnant. If you can just imagine the joy we have and how grateful we are. I have scoliosis, and the crazy part is I can actually physically see the difference in my body. My torso has lengthened, it used to look "compressed", but it looks like a normal torso now! I was insecure about my body but not anymore. I didn't even realize it was my scoliosis making my body look odd. My lower back pain has reduced to almost completely non existent. I still require maintenance, as would anyone, to keep my body functioning properly. Regarding the office atmosphere: The office staff is always kind and friendly. My husband and I have grown to like them all very much! You always feel welcome walking in there. The office is clean and inviting. If you are finding yourself with any physical ailments and aren't sure where to turn, I recommend giving Dr. Yassini and Chiropractic care a try. Stick with it for some time, because you do not always see results after 1 adjustment. With any healing of your body, it takes a little time and dedication and Dr. Yassini and her staff have that.

Money > treatment as the receptionist got a little attitude with me when I told her I wish she would have told me that her credit card machine was down. Fantastic experience: When I first went to Dr Yassini and New Age Chiropractic I could hardly walk. I had a back injury from yard work and fence building. She adjusted my back and neck and in a matter of a couple of days I was walking well and almost completely out of pain.
