Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Dr. Singh for several years.... because she's the only one I trust when I have musculoskeletal pain.Ive been to her for spinal adjustments after car accidents, laying down my motorcycle, and today, for a shoulder injury related to falling from a tree! She's always gotten me feeling great after a few sessions. She's attentive, a great listener, and uses several different techniques for treatment based on the nature of the issue. She is an incredible doctor and you would do well to trust her in treating your pain.

Negative experience: Today I came in for treatment for a car accident . Jennifer the office admin is a gem, very professional and caring! The doctor on the other hand was rude, unprofessional and lacked the caring touch of what a chiropractor should have in my opinion. She was rolling her eyes like a school girl while speaking to me in a condescending manner. I would not choose this practice for treatment. The doctor uses a handheld tool and never did X-rays … just an all around hassle . Zero stars

They do accept Kaiser insurance. Front desk Ana is awesome and she takes care of appointments and follow ups well.

The appointment procedure was simple and straightforward. Dr.Singh is very gentle, knowledgeable, listens to your problem, and explains everything carefully. I have taken more than 15 visits for my lower back ache and she is been incredible. I have visited other chiropractors before, They adjust your back in 5mins and ask you to leave but Dr. Ritu's clinic is different. Things you can expect at her clinic are below Step 1- They put some massager machine in the pain area which vibrates and increases blood flow in the spasm areas with hot pad/cool pad Step 2- They put you on a massaging bed it massage you top to bottom. Step 3- Then comes the savior, Dr. Ritu. She checks you with all the patience in thr world. She massages to pain area and make sure all thr spams are gone. She tell you home exercises Also she is very genuine and Authentic. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. People who might think this is the paid review because I am being so buttery and stuff but Hell No! Its not a paid review. I am very excited to review Dr. Ritu for my exceptional experience with her.
