Fantastic experience: I feel fortunate to have rented and lived at Kairos Independent Living-Rachel was always kind, helpful, and considerate of the needs of the residents. I found it was an experience that benefited me greatly!

Fantastic experience: I recently broke my leg and was given a Physical therapist to come to my home. I got Danae Long from Kairos and she was very sweet and patient. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me tremendously. When I randomly started crying during our first session she comforted me and reassured me that I was okay. She taught me many different stretches and exercises that made life a lot easier and made my leg feel incredible. She gave me confidence to walk up steps and walk around by reassuring me that I would be fine and to take things slow. She did a lovely job at helping me and she will be missed.

Negative experience: The review is for Kairos Home Care LLC as a tenant and Rachel M Romero as the one in charge. We rented our house to Rachel for her business in 2020 till Summer of 2022. The whole thing started with a lie. Rachel said her business provides service for senior people. But it’s actually for people with mental issues. There are things happening like someone throwing their phone down the toilet and some tenants keep slashing the door of the fridge and breaking the fridge. And there is a lot of yelling to each other in the house as well. There’s floor damage where obviously hard things were thrown on the floor. Also in our lease we stated there shouldn’t be any sublease, but she was subleasing from day one and we only found out later. When there are issues Rachel sometimes texts non stop pasting the same message over and over again. Rachel was almost never on time for rent. We have to text her multiple times and rent is only paid in full around the middle of the month. She was also half a year late on paying for trash service. We received letters on about liens putting on our property. We text her multiple months until she finally paid. We give Rachel three months' notice to terminate the lease. But she decided to leave ASAP. We only found out when we asked her to pay the rent. She wasn't going to inform us. And she decided to use the security deposit as last month's rent. Nothing changed after we told her it's not legal to use a security deposit as last month's rent. Rachel left the house in a mess. Nothing was cleaned. Lot of damage in the cabinets, floor, lots of tiles cracked. Rachel still owes us electricity payment. She hasn’t paid. There is nothing we can do about the damages either since we have no security deposit withheld. Be aware when you rent to this business and Rachel.

Fantastic experience: I’m surprised about the lack of reviews and ratings for this company!! Well, here’s Five thumbs up for each individual and their great services. From the office, they took my calls and made things happen. The visitors (in person or by phone) were all skilled, friendly, and professional. My grandpa was well taken care of by the social worker Mimi, physical therapist Bonnie, nurse Jon, and dietitian Elsie. The occupational therapist and aide were also very helpful. If I ever need home health services for a family member again, or if someone asks me about home health services, I would definitely go to/ recommend Kairos.

Fantastic experience: Kairos home health care provides services to our community at Delano IL facility. The clinicians are professional, well knowledgeable, and most importantly caring towards my residents at our community. I highly recommend their services to individuals seeking home health care as their provider !!
