Fantastic experience: Long story short: this place is great., if you want PT done right then go here. I went here after my ACL surgery and I was glad that the whole team was friendly and kind. They answered all my questions and helped create a rehabilitation plan to my needs and wants and not just based on a piece of paper. They were also very helpful with scheduling. Long story: I was originally sent to another place, Vibrant Care, for PT and it was awful. I found Pacific PT in Hayward after doing a bunch of my own research. This place was everything I wanted and needed in PT. They went over my initial observation of strength and mobility. Then they used the guide from my surgeon to build a work out plan. They also were able to answer my questions whenever I had them and adapt to my desired recovery. I never felt uncomfortable here, I always felt safe, and able to work at my own pace to get the recovery treatment I wanted. Nina got me started, then I worked with Jimmy and he was encouraging and helpful and able to work with me. Julio and the other aids were great, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comprehensive recovery.

Fantastic experience: Kyle, Nina, and Jimmy all helped my girlfriend get through physics therapy really well. She ended up recovering fast and speedy. Kyle and Jimmy are super friendly and I would break my leg just so that I could come back here. Would recommend

My experience with France Lantier was fantastic, and now I want to share my second review for this facility. I returned to Pacific Orthopedic & Sports Rehabilitation in Hayward for post-surgery rehabilitation after my total hip replacement, with Kevin Siu as my therapist this time. Kevin has been excellent, and I'm pleased to share my experience with him. Kevin possesses extensive knowledge of my condition, uses skilled hands-on techniques, and stays updated with the latest treatments. He customizes exercises and treatment plans to fit my specific needs and goals, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach. He listens carefully to my feedback, takes the time to address my concerns, and patiently explains everything. What I appreciate most is his compassion and understanding of my situation and challenges, showing a true commitment to patient care. It has been six weeks since my total hip replacement, and I can clearly see that Kevin's treatment is leading to better outcomes due to his effective and patient-centered approach. Having visited many other physical therapy offices for various reasons, I can confidently say that if you're looking for physical therapy, you should definitely consider coming here.

Fantastic experience: PT specialist, Kevin was so amazing at helping me heal from Total Knee Replacement. I had my right knee replaced first and his treatment process was perfect. I had the left knee replaced 6 months later. The left knee was different than the right. Kevin used a different treatment plan for this knee and it was incredible. His knowledge of what to do to help your body heal is top notched! Kevin and the whole team were outstanding!

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Pacific Orthopedic and Sports. No complaints everything from scheduling, therapy sessions and facility were great. Nina my therapist was the best. Knowledgeable and skilled in helping me get full use following surgery for a broken ankle. Broke four bones, got 2 plates and 8 screws as part of the repair. Being 76 years old I expected a long recovery. In just under 2 months from the surgery I had full use, no pain and clearance from my doctor to walk and exercise with no restrictions. My range of motion for my injured ankle was better than my uninjured ankle! I was unaware of the rules Medicare had on the number of therapy sessions you could have in 12 months. Nina my therapist advised me to stop therapy and save the remaining sessions in case I needed them in the future. I was very impressed with her consideration of my future welfare over doing unnecessary therapy just to make money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PACIFIC ORTHOPEDIC AND SPORTS and especially NINA

Fantastic experience: It was a Blessing finding Pacific Orthopaedic & Sports.From my first encounter over the phone with Eileana and she diligently fitting me in for an appt.I had been searching for months. On my first visit the atmosphere was very pleasant.Each member of the staff that assisted me was friendly and professional.I won't mention their names.I will probably forget someone.They all was perfect.Lastly but not least Kevin the therapist was so informative and taught me a lot concerning injuries and healing. Fantastic experience: Pacific physical therapy is a cool place no lie you are welcomed with a lot of love and warm. My physical therapist Elisa was cool she knew what she was doing and will always play around bout Lakers and Warriors since am a Lakers fan. Fantastic experience: From a shoulder injury 12 years ago to knee injuries and finally two knee replacements, Pacific PT has taken excellent care of me. Their PT's the best, highly skilled and caring, the front desk folks are great, scheduling is easy and efficient. I have come back to them over and over and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Pacific Orthopaedic & Sports has been a life saver. Matt N. (a P.T., D.P.T) guided me throughout my post-surgery journey and I couldn't have done it without him. Matt is talented, knowledgeable, empathetic and better yet -- he LISTENS to you. I had 2 back-to-back surgeries in 2023, and I am now relatively pain free thanks to Pacific Therapy and Matt's professional skills. Plus, there are exercises he taught me that I will continue to do for the rest of my life, because hey, it's a good idea. Also, the front desk and the assistant therapists are great, too. All around a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: My wife has been getting PT for the past year for lower back, hip, and ankle pain. It is remarkable how much the PT has helped alleviate the pain and has allowed her to resume a fairly active, pain-free life. She is so much happier. After the PT sessions she cannot stop talking about how good the therapists are, how much she has learned, and she continues to practice the exercises they go over. Based on what I have observed, I have to highly recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience: I AM 60 years old. I had surgery on my right knee. I lost most of my movement in my right knee. Elisa was my physical therapist. She walked me through a smooth and pain-free recovery. She's very knowledgeable. She's very friendly and personable. She also helped me with my overall mobility (Left hip, severe arthritis, bone on bone). Her expertise Help me heal fast recovery. I have been to multiple physical therapy practices and health practitioners and appreciate the welcoming environment that Pacific Orthopaedic and Sports Therapy creates. I have done physical therapy with Elisa and her manual work is especially great, as you know if you have a lower back issues. Fantastic experience: I went to Pacific Orthopedic & Sports Therapy in Hayward to re-learn how to walk, after severely fracturing my ankle. The whole staff took good care of me. For the duration of my therapy I was excited to go there twice a week to work with Kevin. The weekly chat with Kevin, his professionalism and the friendly encounter with the staff made my otherwise stressful, injury-recovery time, enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place if you need physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have been very happy with my experience here. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I have been coming here for 3 months getting treatment for hip & knee inflammation and pain. My problem has been difficult to diagnose, but I have made gradual progress.This has been the most effective treatment I have had so far. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Went here with serious back pain from a herniated disc. Everyone I've worked with has been professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. They ask how you're feeling, listen to your needs, create a plan, and adjust as needed. After a few weeks, I was back to my regular workouts, and my back feels much better.

Fantastic experience: Excellent work! My father went there for 4-5 sessions in his 5-year waist problem, and his waist was completely restored thanks to the skilled therapist. The treatment was reasonably priced. He returned because of the effectiveness, regardless of the point of the body.

Negative experience: The staff was friendly. The service was fine. The only cash payment option is ridiculous. Get with the times folks it's not 1970 anymore. People with HSA accounts and only credit cards stay away from this place. They will force you to pay out of pocket, and they will gladly make you deal with the hassles of being reimbursed. Have a nice day.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Pacific Ortho after my shoulder surgery. I was treated with kindness by the front desk staff. Melissa is a professional in every way. The therapist staff made sure that I was comfortable, made sure that even though painful at times, they were gentle. My shoulder is much, much better and I would recommend them to anyone who needs great care during their healing journey.
