Negative experience: I recently went here for therapy. My first apt. Seemed to be much confusion. I just had (Elbow & Carpals) surgery. Both same time. Which also, created another condition CRPS ! I tried to explain my condition & pain. Also, that I’d had shoulder & neck surgery and left hand has been non usable for 4 yrs. All the therapist wanted to tell me. What she wanted to do & continued to do. I was in so much pain. I immediately contacted my doctor & ins. They provided me with new therapist and meds/injections. To relieve the pain & calm nerves. CRPS is no joke !! I’ve never felt such pain in my life. It’s important that the care you receive. Understands the situation !

Fantastic experience: I’ve been through physical therapy in a few different places but I’m pretty sure that this facility here is my favorite. Everyone is very friendly, attentive and helpful. My injury was explained to me in a way that I could understand how the treatments would help. Sore the next day but in a good way. Feeling better and can’t wait for my next visit.

Fantastic experience: The team at Fullerton Physical Therapy does a thorough job of identifying physical weaknesses and giving effective exercises and treatment to strengthen and promote healing. I am thrilled with my progress. After an I jury, I found myself feeling discouraged and lost confidence in doing some physical activities thst I have always done. Fantastic experience: This facility is great and their staff are so pleasant. They're are very welcoming and accommodating to your work/personal schedule. My hand therapist, Wendy, is simply awesome! Her joyful personality is one of a kind. She's such an honest person and literally puts a smile on your face and uplifts your emotion. She thoroughly explains each therapy and exercises. I've gone through 12 therapy sessions already. Although each therapy provided temporary relief, I eventually had to do surgery. And the only place I'll be returning for my post-op therapy would be no other than this facility and Wendy herself. Thank you so much for your never ending support and love!

Fantastic experience: I have had Ron Cunningham as my physical therapist for about 5-6 years. He has helped me with series of injuries from tennis: lower back, hip, knee and rotator cuff shoulder. Ron is very knowledgable, kind and he has great sense of humor. Every single time I complete my session with him, my pain level has not only dropped significantly, but also I gain extra knowledge to prevent from the same injury with his prescribed strengthening exercises. I really recommend Ron!

Fantastic experience: I’m very pleased with the professional, caring approach of the staff who have been treating me for my problem. They listened to my description of the reason I was referred to them for Physical Therapy and devised a plan of treatment which has been soothing the pain and tingling I’m having in my right shoulder, arm and hand. Each treatment gives me some pain relief. My Physical Therapist, Ryan, and the rest of the staff who help me, are very dedicated and thorough in describing the exercises they prescribe for me, and they answer all of my questions so I understand everything they ask me to do! I’m very grateful to all of them for their helpful support and therapy.

Fantastic experience: Wendy is excellent in all aspects of her job. She’s perfect at explaining your problem (in my case severe arthritis in my hands), answering all questions, giving outstanding instructions on how to use your hands to minimize pain, showing you what devices can make using your hands less painful & making perfect splints for my thumbs. I’ve dealt with a wide variety of medical personnel for a variety of medical issues & she’s simply the best.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used the Fullerton Physical Therapy office a few times. I live in West Covina but I choose to come to this office as the staff are ALL very helpful, nice and always go the extra step to get you moving again. Hopefully my body stays healthy but if I need to have PT again I will defiantly use this office.

Fantastic experience: After reviewing my MRI with my Ortho doctor, I chose to do physical therapy for bicep tendinosis with a partial tear. In my online research I found a few that were close to me in Fullerton but was drawn to the high reviews for Fullerton PT. After reading what conditions they treated and the honest reviews from the patients and the pictures of their facility, I called to make an appointment. Ron and Ryan are both very attentive, professional and easy to relate to. The equipment setup is great and the atmosphere is relaxed and positive. Therapists Wesley, Jon and Richard are very patient and helpful with the exercises they have me do. I'm now on my third week of therapy and feel much improvement in my bicep strength and range of motion of my arm and shoulder. So glad I found Fullerton PT!

Fantastic experience: I was first referred to Fullerton Physical Therapy in 2020 for tendinitis, and a second time in 2021 for back pain. Treatment was very effective both times. All of the staff I worked with were friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. A special effort was made to adjust my therapy to my specific pain issues. I would recommend them for anyone with orthopedic pain that can be helped by physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I was involved in an accident that was life threatening. At the tine I started at FPT I didn’t walk. I have been going for continuing treatment for 2 1/2 years. At the beginning I was told by doctors that I may never walk or walk normal again. Not only do I walk, I walk straight and without restrictions. I give credit to the FPT staff. Their knowledge and practices are second to none. I am forever grateful and I couldn’t be where I’m at with my recovery without them.

Fantastic experience: Badly whacked my ankle on 5/21 and could barely hobble. Saw a doc on 5/24 and he only recommended ice and staying off of it. Finally went to FPTSC and was astounded. They talked to me in depth and then carefully manipulated my foot "seven ways to sundown". Some of it hurt but I told them not to stop. I could see what they were doing and it was all good. Got a lot of flexibility back and two days later no longer needed crutches. Their insights were superb and I recommend them to anyone. Larry Jones

Fantastic experience: Long overdue review of this this place. I’ve been here twice for a shoulder and a knee injury, and I can’t say enough good things about it. Ron patched me up real good last time, and Ryan took care of me a few years ago. All the staff here are great, and I genuinely miss my morning interactions with all of them. I’m in no hurry to get injured again, but I would gladly come back just to visit this great group of care professionals.

He takes his time with patients and gets to know them and their lifestyle in order to determine the best approach for therapy. Fantastic experience: I am incredibly grateful for the treatment I received from my physical therapist Ryan and the whole team. They were all very courteous and supportive of my recovery. The cupping treatment was most beneficial to alleviate the deep knot that was limiting my arm swing after an intensive rotator cuff surgery. One of my friends also went there for treatments and she wished I told her sooner. THANK YOU FPT!!!

Fantastic experience: I started PT frustrated and anxious about my broken ankle. At that time I was limited in walking and scared to break my ankle again. After 2 months of PT, I had made major progress. I could run, hike, and play baseball with my kids. The physical therapists are very knowledgeable and friendly. They ask what your goals are and create a workout routine for you. I am grateful to this center because where I was supposed to go was closed due to COVID. They do take necessary precautions because of COVID which made me feel safe. If not for this central, I don’t know how my mobility would be today. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: For over five years, I’ve suffering with pain in both of shoulders and arms due to surgeries. I’ve been to several physical therapy facilities with little, if any, help. At last, I found a place that is everything I hoped it would be. I cannot say enough about Fullerton Physical Therapy. The moment I entered this place I was received with a welcoming smile and friendly greeting. Beyond the double doors I was surprised to see the facility was spacious and clean, and equipment to meet all types of physical needs. All of the staff members are beyond amazing. Everyone is kind, respectful, down-to-earth, and so easy to talk to. From the start to the end of my PT, the therapists listen to my concerns and explain to me what each exercise does to benefit me. Unlike, the other PT facilities I’ve been at before, here I never had to wait to use the equipment I needed. I never felt I was ever ignored at any time. I always received positive encouragement, which made me want to push myself even more. By the time my PT sessions were over I had more range of motion from my arms and shoulders, and pain reduction than previous five years. Thank you, thank you Fullerton Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Referred to Fullerton Physical Therapy by the Orthopedic doctor for calcific tendonitis in my left shoulder, Ron worked up a treatment plan that first helped reduce the pain before I moved on to exercises for strength and mobility. We spent time talking about my progress and he answered all of my questions. The staff is very friendly and helped make the sessions go by quickly. I would definitely return though I'm hoping I won't need their services for a long time.

Ryan, my PT, consulted with me on each visit, and asked how I was progressing each time. He was truly interested in hearing how i was improving. He tailored home exercises and stretching at each visit to meet my abilities at the time. The facility itself is well-equipped, clean, and the equipment is in good working condition.
