Negative experience: horrible service, they dont check in with patients, ABUSIVE, waste of time entirely, please for the love of god do not go here and avoid this establishment like the plague

Negative experience: How can people work there and have a clear conscience? They call it a skilled nursing facility? How about skilled nursing farce. My dad came out of their way worse than when he first went. He was able to eat and walk when you went in. When he came out he was not eating much, he wasn't able to walk easily, and he sent him with a dirty depends diaper. You all should be ashamed of yourselves

Fantastic experience: Actually, my dad is there right now. Unfortunately we have had a few too many experiences in skilled nursing facilities and they all work so hard, but our experience here has been exceptional! I am really impressed!

Fantastic experience: My 92 year old mother needed to be at Terrace View Care Center for a short stay. She had been there a year ago for a longer stay. It was so comforting to know that she was being taken care of by the people she knew before. She had the same CNA's as in her longer term care. Even the cooks remembered her. It isn't home, but as my mother said, it was sure nice to be with her "friends." As her main 24/7 caregiver, I am thankful that there is a low turnover at that facility which adds to their quality of care. They didn't miss a beat--the nurses, the doctor and all of the administrative staff were there to meet her needs. And, I will always be indebted to their amazing Occupational and Physical Therapy staff. Because of them my mother was able to recover from a stroke in 2012 Thank you Terrace View Staff

Negative experience: At times I felt like the physical therapist and the medical assistants and lvns were very helpful. But unfortunately towards the end of my Father's Day after 3 weeks, he was released with a really bad cough. It was not covid but it also wasn't bronchitis or pneumonia. And then they released him with a full Depends diaper which wasn't good. They said he had improved to a level seven which was the complete opposite. He had lost 25 lb while he was there and his memory declined as well as his physical capabilities. I don't want to recommend this place it's about as bad as what you could imagine it would be

Fantastic experience: Terrace view was great for my Grandma. She was there only a short time because the nursing and rehab team took such good care of her. 5 stars from our family.

Fantastic experience: This facility has friendly and personable staff! I felt like they really took great care of my relative and were always attentive to her needs. Im glad we chose a shared room at this care center because she enjoyed having the company of her roommate during the times when we were not there.

Negative experience: One of the worst admissions, my dad was left without his meds for almost the whole day. His room was extremely hot and he kept calling me to tell the nurses, I called, my sisters called and nothing. I even drove to the facility and spoke with them at about 8 pm, told them the issues, they assured me it would be taken care of and nothing was taken care of. The kept telling me they would put a fan in his room and nothing. It seems like nobody there knows anything what is going on. Would not recommend this place or send my dad there again. Waiting for him to get discharged so he can come home.

Fantastic experience: My mom who is 90 years young, was transferred here from Anaheim Regional hospital. The staff here is very pleasant, sensitive to their residents needs and available when needed. The facility was able to accommodate mom’s special needs. This place is very clean and welcoming. You can absolutely trust your loved ones with them.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for the wonderful staff who cared for our mother this last week! This facility is great and I highly recommend it.

Negative experience: We were trying to locate a place for a relative. We visited and inquired about vacancy. We did not provide any information on our relative or ourselves, but somehow they acquired my wife's contact info and researched our relative's insurance history without our permission. They called within an hour of our departure and solicited my wife. The caller expressed concern that we might sue them because of a past open claim from our relatves car insurance.(how does that matter anyway) We are still dumbfounded how they were able to get so much information on us and research us without our knowledge or permission. St Jude hospital assured us that they didn't release info on our relative. Beware of this place seems like some shady business practices at work.

Negative experience: My mother is a patient here and I have had no real interaction with the staff or seen the facility, but did just have someone who is supposedly in charge of setting up her care call me and ask to speak to me about my father. My father who passed away in 2011. What makes this better is that later in the call, this person told me that she spoke with my MOTHER yesterday, but when she called me today, she asked about my FATHER. Doesn't give me a great feeling knowing that this person is setting up my MOTHER's care.

Negative experience: Communication skills are slightly better than totally disappointing. The person in charge of physical therapy (Ben or Bin) was going to call a week ago. I ask for information from line nurse (very kind), she attempted to get me the Charge Nurse, on hold for an extended amount of time then she indicated that the Charge Nurse would call me back. Still waiting. These titles are basically a joke at this facility, at St Jude's a charge nurse actually is in charge and can make things happen. I highly recommend you check out other facilities in you quest. If they can handle simple communications, then I can't believe that they can perform good medicine. Talking to the patient and close relatives is important, the doctors at St Jude did talk to us, these guys are just across the street, you would hope it would rub off...

Fantastic experience: I was a patient at Terrace View Care Center from May 9 - 19, 2018 following knee replacement surgery. I was in immense pain, but was immediately struck by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff who greeted me on arrival. I was impressed that even an administrator was there to greet me when I arrived at 6pm. From then on, every member of the staff, from the nurses and physicians to the housekeeping staff to the physical therapy department, made every effort to not only ensure my comfort, but to make sure that I was progressing in my recovery to be able to go home and function independently. I was an ICU/CCU nurse for 44 years and can attest to the cleanliness and professionalism I witnessed during my 10-day stay. I highly recommend Terrace View to anyone needing long-term nursing care.

Fantastic experience: From Feb 1,2018 until Feb. 9, 2018 I was a patient at Terrace View Care Center following a serious fall on Jan. 14 and hip replacement surgery on Jan.25. The facility is pleasant, comfortable and very clean. Staff is kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the physical therapy provided by Paul and John. If there is a negative, mine would be that if I had stayed a week or so longer I would be walking with a cane or unaided rather than with a walker as I am on March 4. Also the staff is sometimes too accommodating to visitors and doesn't send them out of the building at an appropriate evening time, I was in a room where a woman and her toddler stayed all night with her mother; the patient's son stayed the next night and another daughter on the third night. If the women was in need of such aid I shouldn't have had to share a room with her. Staff from doctor, nurses, aides, therapists administrators and housekeeping were wonderful and made every effort to assist one in getting better and :going home.: My stay was worthwhile. Thank you!

Negative experience: Please beware!! Nurses unable to recall time they gave last meds. Unhelpful. Did not care for patients well. Bedsores and infections become life threatening.

Fantastic experience: My mom has been here three different times. Staff remembers her, friendly and professional. PT and OT are wonderful. She likes there food here too.
