Fantastic experience: After my multiple back to back surgeries, this has been the right place for my recovery. Thanks to the therapist Kenny Carlton who has always been available to help me, I’ve been able to recover with the list of exercises he’s provided for me. Its healed me in multiple aspects. I’m extremely thankful for his work. Isabella has always been so attentive as well, which I’m grateful for. Front desk ladies Connie and Diane, thank you for being so flexible with my schedules. I would always recommend this place as they’re happy to help you whenever they want.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and excellent therapist

Negative experience: I had an appointment at 7, I arrived 15 minutes later and they had no patients. The receptionist was rude and sarcastic and told me that she was not going to see me anymore, that they would only give me 10 minutes of tolerance, as if they were paying me for seeing me, in the afternoon they have too many patients and they see them all at once, it is not worth coming here, they left me in a lot of pain last time, and please, do not speak Spanish to the morning receptionist, she gets angry

Negative experience: Orlan and his aides were amazing. The service I received was great. Orlan was always attentive remembered details of conversations from prior visits. Always followed up on things said or agreed to. Definitely recommend him in the future. My reasoning for 1 star stems from billing. I was over charged and when I asked about it I was told repeatedly it’d be fixed in the future but was never fixed. When I asked again and again about the same billing issues I was given the same open ended answers that never led to me be refunded for over payments.its been months since my first visit and I still haven’t been refunded.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many physical rehabilitation clinics, and yours is by far the best, the staff is qualified and very friendly, the facilities are always clean and have a beautiful view that makes you feel better with just that. I really like that they properly monitor your recovery.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very helpful here and make you feel like you belong. I've been coming here for the past 3yrs on and off and not once have I had a bad experience. I recommend orlin and his assistants, it's too bad that Richard is no longer there for he was another great therapist.

Fantastic experience: The California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy was a wonderful place to work on my shoulder. Kira and Gabriella were wonderful. They altered my exercises to help strengthen my shoulder and push me to be stronger. The aides were great as well. Everyone knew my name when I came for my appointments each weeks and checked on me often during the exercises. It was a wonderful experience with highly trained staff that really cared about their clients.

Fantastic experience: Great place! All of the PT aides are super nice and helpful. The doctor couldn’t tell me a single thing about my injury, but Kenny was able to help diagnose and fix my injury. Definitely going back if I ever get hurt again.

Fantastic experience: Had a car accident back in August and my injuries were back , neck and shoulders. Been coming here ever since and Ive been getting a lot better since. From the receptionist to the physical therapist , they all treat you with respect and are very helpful. My therapist is Gabriella and she is great, can't thank her enough for all the help she is done and will continue to do until I recover.

Fantastic experience: Gabrielle Jackson , DPT is a friendly person to work with , fell very lucky that she take good care for me , since the issues of my physical is almost gone , still work with her on only about 5% problem still left. Thank you front office people too, they all very nice with smile all the time when I come for treatment. Fantastic experience: I started going to the Anaheim location in October of 2023, my medical health care is with Kaiser and I am so thankful I was referred here by Kaiser. The people who work here are so friendly, caring and easy to talk to. The work plan they have me on has helped my physical health a lot. I do recommend them if I could give them more than 5 stars I would they are great!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had treatment here on two different occasions and each experience was great! Not only did I leave feeling better after each session, but I was also given exercises to take home and do at my leisure to ensure I am improving outside of my therapy sessions. The staff collaborates and works as a team, which as a patient is very helpful because I am not waiting around to figure my next exercise, someone is always willing to help and step in! I’d highly recommend this location because of the team and how invested they are in their patients success!

Fantastic experience: I had a compound fracture of my right wrist and after 2 surgeries and 8 weeks of healing I could no longer move my wrist fully. My surgeon referred me to OT and found California rehab and sports therapy. They have a hand/wrist specialist. Everyone is kind and professional. I’m learning exercises and making progress. I’m very pleased and highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I have been Olivia Cruz’s patient for the past three months. The care I have been receiving from Olivia is exceptional. Her personalized therapy for my hip tendonitis is significantly improving my condition. Three months ago I had a constant pain, I was able to sit only 10min at a time, and driving was extremely difficult. Now I do not have a constant pain, I can sit 30 min at a time, and driving is somewhat comfortable. I have great confidence in Olivia’s ability to bring me into full recovery.

Fantastic experience: Best physical therapy facility I've been to! I was referred here for specialized hand therapy for my tendinitis, DeQuervain's tenosynovitis, and carpal tunnel issues. The therapists here are effective, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and caring. The facility is clean and has beautiful views. My husband has been going here for months for his post-surgery back therapy, and he's making great progress directly due to their care.

Fantastic experience: Had a an amazing experience. Overall everything (communication and scheduling) were great. Most importantly, the care I received from Mike was incomparable to most other PT places. Mike is an expert at his practice and without him I wouldn’t have made progress at this pace. Jared was also very involved and cheerful throughout the process.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking to get healed and receive a great treatment - then this is the place to be. I was diagnosed with a partial tear on my right extensor tendon and literally my right arm became so weak to the point that it's way too difficult and painful to open a door. My ortho told me that physical therapy will be of great help for my diagnosis. I googled for a best place to do my physical therapy sessions and this place was on the top of the list. Truly, it did not disappoint me at all. Thanks to the expertise of my physical therapist, Mike, along with the rest of the helpful staff Jared, Ali, Terry, Christine and Eduardo who assisted me with my exercises. Now, my right arm is functional and healing pretty well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for anyone who is seeking treatment for their injury. Indeed, with their help and treatment consistency, healing is not only a possibility but a reality.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this facility. From the front desk, to the assistants to my physical therapist, Gabby, all were attentive, friendly, polite and customer service oriented. My appointments always started on time and ended on time. Even though it’s a small facility, there was plenty of space for exercises and enough equipment to accommodate everyone. My physical therapist, Gabby, was exceptional! She explained in detail which muscles are affected in knee replacement and gave me a set of exercises to strengthen my knee and reach my goals. And in 6 weeks I did just that! Gabby was friendly, explained things each step of the way, was patient with answering all my questions and I left there knowing I could call or email her at any time. She is extremely knowledgeable and the main reason I recovered so quickly. As I said, I highly recommend this facility and Gabby as a means of full recovery on any injury or surgery. I thank you all!!!

Negative experience: Front desk ladies NOT FRIENDLY, not efficient, & lack of attention to patient standing in front of them wants to schedule new appointments. Can’t be 5 minutes late arriving for appointments or front desk will call & ask you to reschedule, they prefer to cancel appointments rather than working with patients’ occasional late in traffic. Therapists & assistants don’t smile in here, they are here to do a robotic job, no smiles, no passion. Are patients welcome here?
