Able Physical Therapy Corp. Garden Grove

Negative experience: If I can give this place a zero stars, I would! First of all, they are really rude at the front desk and do not even acknowledge when you walk in. And it took forever just to get an appointment to get an evaluation. Once the authorization was received I called many times to make an appointment & and every time they said they didn't have any appointments available & to call back next week. Once they did have appointments (months later) the lady was really rude and said I had to go back to my doctor to get another authorization, even though this authorization is good until November of this year. Honestly, would have never gone here but the insurance referred us. Also, this place is very ghetto, looks old and run down. Run and go elsewhere!!!

Fantastic experience: Mathew is a great trainer. He is very compassionate and professional. He takes time to train you well and explain How different positions of your neck and arms will help with your trapezius pains . Keep up your great work and thank you so much Mathew.

Fantastic experience: I was injured at work and started going to able. When I move my shoulder now there’s no pain. Then my knee was injured so of course I went back to the best. I’m still being seen but over the course of 2 weeks I can walk much better than before. The staff is always so welcoming & makes every visit comfortable. I’m so thankful for this place pushing me to heal while serving great customer service! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Abel physical therapy and the gang they put together there by an attorney and oh my goodness I have hope that I will walk again with a regular gate and even steps. This is so far beyond my wildest dreams and only the staff Kyle Oshi Diana and all the other experts that have brought my nightmares to dreams once again. If it's painful the Therapist @Able physical therapy, have been able to dial it down naturally with exercise. I haven't been on pain meds since they've been working on me and that says a whole lot for the facility and the therapist. Thank you guys I owe you a great debt of thanks ;)

Fantastic experience: I'm on medi-cal and a lot of Dr. Offices treat me little or no respect. I'm 53,White female these Dr.. Are rasict. Not here I'm treated so good here. With respect. The therapist are amazing. I believe with these therapist and doing my part my leg will work like God intended.. This is review may seem harsh but it's the truth. These reviews are so important, I have found that when an establishment has 1 or 2 stars there is a reason. Able PT is a 5 star.

Fantastic experience: Today was my initial visit with Victor. OMG, he actually listened to what I was feeling and addressed these issues!! We agreed that a more natural (ie; no shots, no pills) approach would work best for me. I can not wait for my next appt... So much relief.
