Negative experience: They did not know my name or my injury when I arrived and had not read my chart. I had to tell them what it was both times and there is never a Manager on site to speak with about this issue. They only kept me for 30 minutes on my second visit but billed my insurance for the full hour which is fraud. They also only have 1 Licensed Physical Therapist on staff the other 2 employees are just Occupation Therapists which is not the same thing and the one person who is Licensed does not work with more than 1 person at a time. They are just unprofessional and only there for the money they do not care about you or your injury. RUN!!!!

Negative experience: We did not have a good experience here at all, the staff is not friendly at all except for the male receptionist who sets up the appts. Every time we walked in here we were never greeted, and just felt like the business doesn’t appreciate your service at all, esp the Asian woman at the front desk. She would never acknowledge when you walked in and made you feel unwanted. I hated coming here with my daughter, they made her experience so bad we left for another PT(the best is Hope Therapy). Don’t waste your precious time here!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at OC Rehab Medical Group and I want to thank to the entire team, especial to Dandy, Khue, Doan and Than. They are very knowledgeable, professional, they have an ability to explain things clearly and they are committed to make the most of your time. After my shoulder injury they helped me to get back to a full range of motion in a short period of time. I want to thank for all the help and support that I received and I would highly recommend OC Rehab for all your Physicals Therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: I've been bringing my mother (senior) here to OC Rehab for over a month now and my mother is very happy with the staff. She says every physical therapist is very friendly and takes good care of her. It's very easy for me to schedule her appointments and the receptionist staff is very friendly as well. I'm happy knowing that my mother is being treated with care. My mother is moving a lot better than before she started physical therapy so I'm very pleased with their services. I highly recommend OC Rehab.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service I don’t recommend it to anyone

Negative experience: Don’t waste your times here. I came here on Thursday morning, the place was EMPTY the whole time I was here. 1 star is for the SMILE of the Spanish receptionist. The rest of the staff, the service, the attitude was really bad. My doctor wrote me TWO prescriptions, one for ankle, one for my back, they said I had to make two separate appointment, after I tried to make my my case with with them, they agreed to see me for both. But they didn’t do jack, just print out the pictures and tell me to go home and do as in the pictures show. I have been in many PTs, this is the WORST one! So I FIRED them after my first appointment. BTW, my OD specialist doctor next door is the one who owns this facility, no wonder, he’s getting worse too. this is what you get for being greedy. So I guess I’ll fire him too! If you try to fool us by changing your business name or remove my feedback, I’ll come back and give you 1 star again. I am going to file a complaint with my insurance provider. I am just doing other patients a favor. 12/22/22
