Negative experience: Unfortunately I don't feel good about this place. Was there for neck rehab, and 2d half hour I was left largely to myself. 2d level personnel showed me an exercise and then left me mostly alone to remember it myself.

Fantastic experience: Went here three times for my shoulder problem and I think they're quite good at doing evaluations and setting up exercise program it's a small place but very efficient and my doctor recommended them highly. I will go back if I need more service in the future. I was also paying out of pocket to go here so I needed to make sure I was getting a good value

Fantastic experience: Rossmoor rehabilitation is an amazing place. I went in barely able to walk and went out a new person. Kevin was wonderful! He very carefully figured out what my issue was with my hip pain. I highly recommend this office. Kevin and all the other staff were so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to be referred to Roswell Rehab for therapy. Every therapist I’ve worked with is professional and showed compassion and skill. I have achieved improved range of motion and relief from a condition that I felt would never abate. Working together with my primary therapist who gave me a great routine and doing my part at home I’ve enjoyed a major improvement physically and emotionally due to the reduction in pain we’ve achieved so far. I would encourage you to consider them when looking for a physical therapy group.

Fantastic experience: This is the first rehab facility where I actually get therapy, and where they focus on the problem the doctor refers me for. I am getting better after only two appointments.

Fantastic experience: Had sciatica in the right hip and my doctor recommended Physical Therapy at Rossmoor Rehabilitation. First time for PT and didn't know what to expect. The day after my first treatment, I could feel relief and improvement. Andrew was my PT and he was excellent! Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I'm sure their therapists are top notch however I can not get past the office staff. When I am making every attempt to arrive on time and take the initiative to contact you to inform you I am running late, you should make a small attempt to accomidate me. A little more understanding and empathy should be given especially when serving a population of people that are hurt or injured.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate Rossmoor Rehab because they listen to you. As an older adult I have found other physical therapy places to be too sports oriented and felt rushed in the recovery routines. I don’t feel that way at Rossmoor. They’re kind and gentle and go as slow as you need to go. They are very knowledgeable and are willing to modify exercises so that they don’t hurt different body parts while they’re working on the original problem. I’ve used them 4 different times, twice for surgery rehab and twice for injuries. I really appreciate Erin, as she’s been my therapist all four times.

Fantastic experience: Rossmoor Rehab is the best! My daughter is being seen for her shoulder. They accommodated our busy schedule and we didn’t have to wait. She loves her therapist Erin and is already feeling better. Great location, friendly and professional staff!
