Fantastic experience: Dr. Armand is an outstanding physical therapist. His knowledge of the results of surgery and the healing process is remarkable as evidenced by the exemplary progress that I have made in my total knee replacement. Improvement was consistent. I gradually increased flexion/extension and strength while decreasing levels of pain and stiffness. Dr. Armand reminded me that healing is a process which requires a lot of time and patience. With that mindset in place, I think I have done very well!

Fantastic experience: Brooks was great about answering any questions I had and explaining what was going on with my shoulder. He was great about ensuring that I had proper form in doing my exercises. He had great suggestions for at home care after I had completed my physical therapy. I highly recommend Brooks!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about Dr’s urgency to take care of my husband. After weeks of going to ER & primary care with no good outcome, we scheduled appointment with Dr Thompson. He referred us to surgeon Dr Willis that same day! They both did amazing in treating my husband! Thank you so so much for your care and urgency to help my husband. The surgery is a complete success!

Fantastic experience: I have been having problems with my shoulder for quite a few months and finally went in to find out what was going on. It was quickly assessed, and a plan was established to help me with the healing process. I was able to go to the rehab center at the Core Institute and I couldn’t be happier. Katie was incredible and asked lots of questions about my movement, pain, discomfort, and more. She quickly was able to establish a plan to rehabilitate my shoulder and provide relief. They were very attentive and helped me tremendously during my recovery for the past 7 months. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to go back if I need Physical Therapy again.

Negative experience: I don't know how the therapists are but unfortunately if you call (them back), after they don't leave a message. Please be prepared. They will make you feel worse than whatever you are going to therapy for. Dr.Ros from CORE put in an order for my wrist. Apparently CORE doesn't do wrist therapy, not sure how I would know that. So she said I need to go somewhere else. I tried to inquire more information, she said just call any other therapy place. I said I don't have the order, I'm not sure what I need. She said that's not her problem. None of this would have even been a problem if the person called left a message. CORE, do better. I don't want to say her name because I hear more and more about people retaliating.

I started with Brooks at his previous employer and when he changed to The CORE Institute I switched as well. I am completely satisfied with the EXCELLENT service I received from Brooks and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring PT.

Fantastic experience: Brooks (Physical Therapist) out of the Gilbert office is amazing, he has our highest recommendation. He is kind, positive, really takes the time to listen to our feedback. My husband was hit by an impaired driver and has had to fight back, he still has a long road ahead and lifelong injuries. Having Brooks on our team, he is at the top and continues to be amazing in the recovery process. Again, our highest recommendation!

Tanner Olsen and Katherine For PT were the best individuals I could have asked for. Trigger injection, needling, physical therapy all helped so much. I appreciated the work they have done for me.

Fantastic experience: Spent 2 days a week in PT for the last 3 months following surgery. Every PT/PTA/Tech that I worked with was fantastic. I felt seen and cared for my entire treatment. I told them my motivation for healing and they helped me achieve that goal. I can't say enough about my great experience. If I ever need PT again, I will absolutely return to Core

Negative experience: I called the Core Institute to schedule an appointment for my mom who just had a surgery done 3 days ago. Someone from their call department calls me after 3 days to ask about scheduling an appointment. How is this acceptable when you’re operating a medical facility and patients require your attention right away?

Becca is very professional but can be very personal as well. She possess excellent human/people skills. Becca is my go to for pain resolution and management.

I knew nothing going into the appointment (other some pain and work would be involved). She made me feel welcome and was helpful to my wife and I. She provided invaluable information along the way.
