Fantastic experience: Last year I suffered a neck and shoulder injury. It was one of those really discouraging injuries that I thought I’d never heal from. Before I contacted FPT, I had a constant tingling that ran up and down my left arm, numbness in most of my left fingers, significant pain and limited mobility in my neck and shoulder. Dr. Rod Walker diagnosed the issue right away: Thoracic outlet syndrome. And he got me right on track to feeling Better. The therapists and their staff/therapy assistants were all very knowledgeable and helpful on my road to healing. Outside of my weekly appointments, they gave me the tools and knowledge I needed to continue my therapy daily. They stressed that my recovery would largely depend on the therapy I did away from their facility. Within a relatively short period I was back to feeling 100! I’m grateful for their care and professionalism. I would recommend anyone to see them.

Fantastic experience: I was in two car accidents with excruciating head aches, neck pain, and shoulder pain, and both times Clint and Travis helped me rehab through them. Probably most impressive is their willingness to listen to questions and concerns, which unfortunately is rare in the medical field. Give these guys a try, you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I sprained my MCL back in May and I had visited a physical therapist before coming to farnsworth. The therapist told me I tore my meniscus which, after visiting Travis at farnsworth, wasn’t true. Travis was very professional and saved me the cost of possible MRI’s and other expenses. The staff here is also very friendly and motivate you and congratulate you on your progress of healing. I loved coming here and definitely recommend it to others!

Fantastic experience: My son injured his elbow playing football at his high school, and needed to start physical therapy as soon as possible so he could return to playing as soon as possible. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly helping us set up an appointment with a quick turnaround. Dr. Travis Rohner saw my son and evaluated him. He was very patient with us and all the questions we asked him. He walked us through what the plan would be for his therapy, as well as a custom plan specific to my son’s needs, schedule, and our budget. We are so impressed and fortunate we found this group! Fantastic experience: I came here after a snowboarding accident with a dislocated shoulder and a busted knee. Within days I already started to see results. My knee has never been better and I can move my shoulder in ways I thought I would never be able to after my injury. My therapist was Clint Bunker and he is a super chill down to earth guy. Also side note I have had a little bit of back and hip pain throughout my entire life that I always thought was normal, but when I had the first checkup Clint noticed my back and hips could use a little help so he added in some stretches and exercises that totally helped! Not even what I came in for, and they still helped me out with it! I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Farnsworth PT is the best place to go! I was a patient for a while and both Clint and Travis, the therapists, are so kind. They are a great team along with their techs who make you feel very comfortable with whatever treatment you may be receiving. All treatment helped so much and I always left feeling great! Farnsworth never makes you sign up for a year plan or makes you spend more than you need to! That is a plus compared to some other offices who charge way more than needed and want to keep you there for a long period of time. You won't be wasting your time or money by receiving treatment here!

Fantastic experience: Travis and Clint are amazing at what they do! Recently I unfortunately acquired tendinitis in my Achilles and going to practice every day just made it worse, but thanks to these guys and the help of their staff I was able to completely recover in just 3 weeks and now I can get back to doing what I love.

Fantastic experience: Hands down and on this is THE best PT ever for soooo many reasons!!! Last year I was here from spine surgery and yes I’m here again for knee replacement surgery. Travis, knowing my past issues made sure I did therapy without hurting my back! Staff is outstanding, caring and show genuine concern for your pain of recovery and work with you! Therapists are always checking on you and asking questions so they can better help you. You will come out stronger and better!

Fantastic experience: My wife got treated at FPT for serious knee complications that ended her volleyball career. It was a difficult diagnosis to receive but the staff was amazing at treating the issue and making her difficult time a little bit easier.

Negative experience: Went today to pick up my medical records and was informed that was a charge of $25.00. I followed up by asking if they could be emailed to me without a charge. I was told that the charge is their policy and has been for the past 20yrs. I have never been charged at any doctors office for records before. Wow they have made a lot of extra money from their patients over the years!!!!! My daughter was seeing a different PT at the same time I was (we both were in a car accident) She went for much longer than I did and her PT office gladly emailed her records within 5 minutes without a charge!!!!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed coming to Farnsworth physical therapy! I came to this clinic many years ago for a foot injury and had a wonderful experience, so when I needed some work done on my back recently I knew I wanted to come here again. Both for my foot and my back I felt each time they truly cared about getting me back to my active self. The staff was very friendly and the therapists, Clint and Travis, are very personable and I really felt they wanted to help me get better. They took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions I had. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: It’s interesting to see a review that stands in total contrast to my experience. I’ve been going here for the better part of two months and it occurred to me that everyone I have dealt with has been nice and professional. My thought was that I was amazed how nice and pleasant everyone is and that includes about 10 different people from the PTs to the assistants to the front desk. Very impressive and I look forward to interfacing with them all every visit. To me that’s worth something when you’re in pain and recovering from injury. Nothing but good things to say about them.

Fantastic experience: Wow! What an incredible experience. I went to my first appointment thinking...I don’t want to go! I can do this on my own - why should I spend the money. The fact is Clint and his team were so professional, knew what they were doing and sincerely cared about me getting better. Worth the money! I highly recommend this physical therapist group.

Negative experience: The place was pretty nice, but the staff were unprofessional and unorganized. To start off I think there is a health code violation when there is rust on the chair you lie on. Second, when it comes to the actual exercising part of the physical therapy, there is little order. Yes they will have you doing the same thing everyday, but when given instructions on how many to do, they are very inconsistent. I felt like the staff didn't care enough to tell me, if I was doing it wrong. The staff seemed like they would rather sit and do nothing than help with the exercise portion of the therapy. The actual physical therapist, seems to be a very sketchy guy. He does not talk to you very much, and I question the information he told me. I asked if i should see a doctor about worsening headaches at the sight of my injury, and he told me that the headaches should go away within 3 days, which they didn't. The last straw for me was when they scheduled me when they were closed. They didn't even mention to me that they would be closing early, when I said the people: "see you tomorrow." I showed up to find out that they had closed an hour earlier. This place is a joke. I am glad I stopped going, and that I only lost 4 hours to this b.s place.
