Fantastic experience: very clean facility

Fantastic experience: My mom was here for two weeks after a surgery. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were all very professional and caring for my mom. My had a great experience with them even though she did not want to stay in a nursing home. They took very care of my mom and we’re attentive to her and her needs. Visiting hours were flexible and you can come see your loved one without a hassle. My mom recommends this place and I recommend it as well.

Negative experience: If I could give this "rehab" center a negative rating, I would. After three months here, Mom left with bedsores, swollen, black and blue oozing legs, a UTI, significant weight loss, combative attitude, has to wear diapers, and is completely immobile. (She was originally admitted after a fall, which resulted in a fractured hip.) Before her fall, our weekly outings included places like Ikea, where we'd walk for hours to look at merchandise. Now, she is confined to a bed and a wheelchair with no hope of ever walking again.

Negative experience: HORRIFYING

Negative experience: I'm very upset with this place because they were very negligent and rough with my mom, and they were even abusive. Many times she needed to go to the bathroom but no one would go check on her for hours. They took her cellphone from her so we can't call her, and there was no bell next to her to call for help. My mom passed away. Please bear with your parents and take care of them instead of taking them to this place

Fantastic experience: My mother has resided at Glendale for the last few years. I am overall very happy with the staff, and the care that she has received. Myself or a family member pretty much window visits, or at least drops her favorite D&D coffee to her every day. We are greeted at the door with a smile and a staff member who is super willing to help. Thank you to everyone at Glendale for doing a great job...The Brennan Family really appreciates it!

Negative experience: Not taking care of their patients. No supervisors around for help, no nurses available. They lie to their patients familys.

Fantastic experience: The staff in this facility saved my mother's life. An elderly women with infections and extreme dementia, unable to walk. The physical therapy crew helped her to walk again. The nurses were so kind and the staff so helpful. After two months I could take her home and shes been gradually recovering. The last two times I visited mom, shes almost totally recovered, physically and mentally. This review has been a long time coming. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Glendale Healthcare Center is impeccably clean, great staff always there to greet you with a smile .. and overall different feel than most facilities I've been to in the Los Angeles area. Their rehab and nursing team go above and beyond for every patient of theirs to make their rehabilitation process attainable. Love visiting this place while visiting my family.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, the administration department shows care and compassion for his residents. The nursing staff, activities, cleaning and even kitchen staff always greet with a friendly smile. Place looks great, no bad smells, the patients look happy.
