Flex Motion Physical Therapy

Positive experience: The Service: Easy check in & efficient service at the front desk. The Office: It's on the first floor, enter from the parking lot entrance. Very small office. A few chairs by the front desk (waiting area) A few beds with curtains, for privacy while doing the physical therapy. There is a private room for consultation/evaluation. The Parking: Private parking lot (free). Street parking as well.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Flex Motion Physical Therapy, especially with Alexander Moukhtarian DPT, Esli PT Aid, and Edward Escobar PTA. Not only did they effectively address my leg and back pain, but I also enjoyed my time during therapy. Their professionalism and kindness create a positive and welcoming environment. Top-notch care and a pleasant experience make them exceptional in the field of physical therapy.

Negative experience: Visited this location for over a year. noticed the stuff team kept changing, the long hair Armenian manager, she was asked to massage my ankle, as part of the treatment. Her facial expression of not being pleased in doing her Job was obvious. I am a guy with good hygiene, there's was no need to make a disgusted face on my treatment. Since then, never went back.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the Glendale office and staff. My therapist assistant Edward E. is doing a great job.

Negative experience: Rude staff, disorderly and no useful training
