Fantastic experience: This is my second stint with Drayer physical therapy in Allentown. Second because I am currently in post surgery rehabilitation for a full knee replacement. I have spent months with this group and I must say that the level of expertise, patient care and the ability to manage your care are second to none. Fantastic experience: I have been to multiple PT establishments in the past. Getting results in a reasonable amount of time requires a knowledgeable staff that is tuned in to the patients needs. It also requires the desire and dedication to attend PT. Other establishments were very rigid in their approach; evaluate on day one, pull up recipe for said ailment, check out several weeks later. The staff at Transform continually assessed my progress and modified the treatments in response to my reaction to their treatment. I also have a remarkably erratic work schedule that can be problematic in making and keeping appointments. This was never an issue here. They were very flexible, understanding, and had good availability. It is a good environment, and no one seems intimidated by the staff, which has not what I have seen everywhere.

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful for the outstanding work that the staff of Transform Rehabilitation did for me. One day, midway through my treatment, I had just finished with a thorough therapy session for fall prevention with Lily and Thomas. (I had balance issues). It was a Winter day and I had gone immediately after my training to a nearby grocery store. Well, the parking lot was icy and I slipped, but stopped myself from falling due to techniques ingrained in me from my therapy session that day. Thank you, Thomas and Lily. What you did saved me from possibly being paralyzed from the neck down because I was told by a physician that paralysis could be an outcome of a fall. This is because I have cervical stenosis of the neck. Thomas, Lily, Natalie, Meghan, Evan, and Cory all worked closely with me to help me regain better balance during the exercises, and at the end, before I graduated, Thomas taught me a technique to get up from a fall. I feel more confident walking around now, with less anxiety about the possibility of falling. I highly recommend Transform Rehabilitation as your go-to destination for any mobility issue you may have. They have the newest equipment and fresh techniques to solve any physical rehabilitation needs you may have, And they have several locations throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my PCP. I have been a patient for about a month. Both Rachael and Jen are excellent. I have been in other facilities but not as good as this one. It is a small facility which makes it more personal. I would highly recommend it if you need PT.

Fantastic experience: We have always had a great experience with Transform and all the physical therapists who worked with my husband.They are all very professional, knowledgeable and have wonderful personalities, which makes doing the exercises more enjoyable. Doing therapy here has been a big help for him, gaining improved strength, increased stability and better balance. The only thing that has been very disappointing is that Tom Fraind was let go. He was the one who first introduced us to Transform and was so instrumental in making a difference in my husband’s level of independence. He is,literally, outstanding in his profession and such a loss to this business.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapists at Transform Rehab are exceptional. I came to the Emaus Ave clinic looking for relief from a painful lower back disc bulge with sciatica about a year ago. From the start, Thomas, Rachel, Jenn and the rest of the team were unbelievably kind, attentive, and encouraging – not to mention talented at what they do. The staff truly care about their patients as individuals and are committed to making sure that you recover as quickly and safely as possible. There were days I'd come in on the verge of tears from pain and they'd help me find relief and keep moving forward. I've made so much progress, from being basically unable to tie my shoes, to now squatting weights, and I have the folks at Transform to thank for that! Fantastic experience: After my lumbar fusion surgery, I limped into Transform Rehabilitation center and began therapy. Now, I am able to kayak, dance, ride my bike, swim and hike again. Regardless of which therapist I work with, I have been given gentle, courteous care in a very clean environment. They have continued to provide me with new challenges each visit so I continue to grow stronger every day. I really wish I could give TR 10 stars. They have given me my life back!

Fantastic experience: I had foot pain for a year and a half. I tried cortisone shots several times. Didn’t work. The folks at Transform designed an exercise routine and helped me work through it to getting better. Gotta say I was doubtful but my pain is pretty much gone! Have to keep up with my exercises but it’s a small price to pay for the relief I’ve gotten. Thanks to all my friends at Transform.

Fantastic experience: When this location opened I was pumped. I was going to the Whitehall clinic, but switched over here. It’s great. An insanely well kept, clean facility. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Thomas is awesome and is always in the office if you have questions or need to speak with him. Fantastic experience: I recently started my new job as a PT aide at Transform and I have been helping out at the different clinics as needed. The team at the Allentown location was very personable and helpful to my additional training.

Fantastic experience: I have to take the time to give Thomas a good review because without his help, i probably would still have crystals floating around in my ear! I had a syncope back in January that caused me to fall head first into the shower door (which i guess caused some crystals to get loose). I couldn't figure out why i had vertigo afterwards & extreme dizziness but just thought this is my life now & i must've messed something up in my neck. Thomas did epley maneuver & i was positive! I really can't thank him enough (I went home & cried afterwards LOL). I really struggled for months with the vertigo & dizziness & it really was rough on me. I would recommend Transform to anyone having the same problems as i did.

TR is not like the “big hospital” facilities where I’ve felt like just another item on a conveyor. My therapist, Thomas Fraind, is attentive, professional, kind, exceedingly competent and just a really special person whom I trust completely. He is also a terrific teacher. I learned exercises from him that will help me for the rest of my life. He explained why they are important - in a way that motivates me to actually do them! Fantastic experience: I tore my rotator cuff this past summer and had surgery to repair it. I chose transform rehabilitation because they were very close to my home and didn't want to have to travel far but was very pleased with the program they put me on to get me back up and using my shoulder again thomas was extremely knowledgeable and definitely knows what he's doing i felt very comfortable and not like a number like other places I've been at and the staff there are all very nice Evan was a big help and Natalie as well. I wouldn't hesitate to return if the need arises again.

Fantastic experience: Everyone always talks about how physical therapy does not help or it makes pain worse. They clearly haven't come to Transform Rehabilitation! I've been coming for only about a month now and the difference in my knees is amazing! Not only have the sessions helped tremendously, but the at home exercises help me to stay in control of my improvement. Thomas is an awesome physical therapist as well!
