Priority Physical Therapy LLC: Reviews
Fantastic experience: I just completed my 2nd round of PT here after my 2nd knee replacement (five years apart). Absolutely top-notch, exceptional treatment by well-qualified pros. The atmosphere is always upbeat. Bonus: You can usually park within 50 feet of the door. I recommend enthusiastically.
Fantastic experience: No matter the injury, I highly recommend Them for pt. Nothing but professionalism.
Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this PT practice!! My experiences have included vision therapy and PT on two different occasions. The atmosphere definitely contributes to my healing process. Friendly, comfortable, professional, knowledgeable therapist. They care! My husband recently started going for PT and Jake has thoroughly addressed his issues and my husband is also very pleased.
Fantastic experience: Best PT practice around! There's nothing like the personalized care you get at Priority PT.
Fantastic experience: Before you read my whole story I'll just say that Priority PT has a great atmosphere with friendly and compassionate people. If you need occupational or physical therapy I would highly recommend Priority Physical Therapy! I went to Priority Physical Therapy about 2 years ago for a tennis elbow problem. I workout/weightlift frequently and it was killing me. I saw Jake for a few sessions and he showed me what I was doing wrong and why I was having the tennis elbow. We worked on correcting my posture while weightlifting and my problems resolved, I was really happy. Well, a few months ago I hurt myself again in the gym. I thought it was a more serious issue that might require surgery. My primary care doctor sent me back to Priority PT and once again I started occupational therapy with Jake. I've been seeing him for the past 4 weeks now and he's helping me work through this issue with my shoulder and rotator cuff muscles. It is slowly getting better because of the exercises that he has me doing and the way he is working on the rotator cuff muscles. I'm really happy with how I'm treated there and the knowledge of the staff.
Fantastic experience: Sadly, ever since the 70s I have had more than my fair share of physical therapy and physical therapists. Priority is the only provider that is not based on the factory model that one finds in hospital-based PT, with one real DPT supervising numerous aides who have limited knowledge of body mechanics. This is not the case at Priority, where from the time one first walks in the door, one is in the hands of a Doctor of Physical Therapy and not part of a herd of patients. No matter which therapist one draws, they are all friendly, welcoming, and not stress-inducing. They do not blindly follow a cookbook, but tailor the program to each patient's needs and progress. I have certain permanent disabilities which they work around elegantly, leaving me stronger and more confident as I navigate public and private spaces. They are particularly careful about painful areas. It may be a bit presumptuous of me, but after a year or so, I feel that they are good friends; in any event there can be no doubt that they are indeed friendly, humorous, and caring: their attitude helps make the sometimes challenging work of therapy more doable. I would recommend them to anyone.
Negative experience: I went here several times, none of which helped my pain at all. Coming here actually made my pain worse. It’s just people guessing different exercises, I can guess exercises at home for free. My last visit here the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. She told me I wasn’t allowed to complain about my pain until I’ve been coming here for at least a month. So the several months I was in excruciating pain prior to my visits here, and the pain I was still currently in, didn’t count or matter according to her. Her coworker even said something to her immediately because what she said was downright rude and uncalled for. It was quickly made obvious to me that this woman had zero physical therapy experience, none. She handed me a tens unit to put on myself, I can put my own tens unit on myself at home for free. Supposedly she was caught up on my file according to her coworker, yet when I asked why I needed to put it on myself, I discovered she had absolutely no clue where to put the tens unit on me. Then during the “massage” she was giving me, she was too busy yapping her head off with coworkers, she was completely facing away from me, barely giving me a massage and trailing off because she was so turned away from me not paying attention at all. It was a complete waste of my time, I ended up walking out after only being there for probably 10 minutes. And yet they continue to send me a bill for it. For what? I left here in so much more pain and stress than when I arrived.
We are very sorry to hear about this experience. We would like to address this issue with you. Please reach out to our office directly at 610-432-7733.

Fantastic experience: I've never been more happy to leave a review a single day in my life before! Danielle and Taylor in the Bethlehem office are WONDERFUL. Long story short, I came in for therapy on a dislocated shoulder. I've never been to PT before and I didn't know what to expect but right after the first visit I left feeling very secure in my decision to choose this place. Danielle is very knowledgeable on all things PT, had every answer to my question, provided me with the best care and by the end of my treatment plan, set me up with the best preventative care. I walked in that day very nervous about whether or not I'd be able to lift heavy weights or even bowl properly again and I'm now breaking personals records in the gym since I've been set up with the best recovery. Not only was the care I received, TOP NOTCH, but Danielle is such a personable person! When you're getting your body stretched out, (it's a little uncomfortable), it helps that the person doing it has such a pleasant presence. Take it from me, you WON'T go wrong choosing Danielle as your physical therapist.
Fantastic experience: I’ve never had any therapy before so I was pretty nervous walking in for my first visit. From the very moment Allison sat me down for my evaluation I became completely at ease. She read me like a book and saw my fear of bearing weight on my foot as being my greatest obstacle and she immediately switched gears and started explaining to me exactly what my fracture was and how bearing weight on it was of such importance. By explaining exactly what was going on with my ankle she was able to make me understand and turn my fear into motivation to start walking on it. Every single staff member was amazing! The atmosphere makes you feel more like family then a patient. The camaraderie between the staff is very unique yet entertaining. From Allison to Jake to the two PT students Christian and Kennedy I had learned so much about therapy that I can use in my nursing profession. I would highly recommend everyone who needs rehab to go to Priority Therapy and get the experience. I know I will be going back to them for my prehab/rehab for my knee replacement in the near future.

Fantastic experience: Allison is so compassionate and caring and got me moving again after 2 different injuries! Very personal one on one attention in an atmosphere that feels homey!
Fantastic experience: The staff at Priority Pt are nothing short of exceptional.
Fantastic experience: I'm going through therapy here as I write this. My Therapist is awesome and is on top of her work, she is the best, as is all of the staff members. Great personalities, greet you with a smile all the time, your questions answered when asked and a neat and clean place as always!
Fantastic experience: After my seventh surgery on my ankle I was referred to Allison and Priority Physical Therapy by a friend. If you are looking for a PT where you don't feel like you are just another client this is the place for you. Allison and her team are knowledgeable, patient and attentive. They work closely with you and help you remain positive no matter how unique or difficult the injury.
Fantastic experience: I was referred for some PT post-delivery but was finding that the health network PT's that specialized in women's health were booked for months. I'm so happy that I found Allison because not only did she have more immediate availability, but she was also great! Her office is accessible, inviting, and you get the individualized attention that you need. I really enjoyed coming for my sessions and was grateful for Allison's expertise. She is a fantastic PT and I would highly recommend her.
Fantastic experience: Allison is very knowledgeable about physical therapy and great to deal with. Highly recommended if you're local and need PT!
Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend Allison and her team for exceptional, personalized care. So rare in today's world! If you have physical therapy needs, do not hesitate , call this office today.
Fantastic experience: My overall experience at Priority Physical Therapy LLC has been exceptional. The staff is very professional, the atmosphere is welcoming, it is easy to make an appointment, and the billing is simple and straightforward. I have received physical therapy from multiple providers in the Lehigh Valley, including the larger, hospital-affiliated facilities. I left many of the larger facilities feeling frustrated. It seemed like many facilities had a "treat and street" type of mentality that left no room for an individualized treatment plan. When I first met Dr. Allison Brewer, I was impressed with her dedication and drive. When Dr. Brewer encounters a patient with a rare or unusual condition, she will do extensive research on her own time and be prepared to provide the best physical therapy possible for that individual. I have received excellent care as a patient at Priority Physical Therapy LLC. My overall quality of life has improved immensely since I started receiving physical therapy from Dr. Allison Brewer.
Fantastic experience: Priority Physical Therapy is a warm and welcoming environment. From the initial meet-and-greet and continuing throughout each treatment, I've always been made to feel comfortable and welcomed in the facility. Dr. Allison Brewer has continuously worked with me to remedy pain and improve range of motion. In addition to the on-site therapy and treatments, Dr. Brewer offers helpful, individualized advice and prescribes at-home exercises and that help alleviate pain and discomfort. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to answer all your questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Allison Brewer and Priority Physical Therapy to anyone needing PT.
