Fantastic experience: After 5 long years of being told I'm too fat, or I'll be in a wheelchair by 70 my hip pain has been correctly diagnosed. A trip to my PCP, with referral to you guys. Had bad flare up so went to ER. 5 films a toridol injection later I got an anti inflammatory & muscle relaxer. Seeing Dr. Hennenhofer sent me for a MRI. No collapsed disks. Now for cortisol injection in my hip, continued muscle relaxers then PT. I worked at Mdanderson Houston for years & I we were held to a very high standard of care. Honor Health is right up there. I am very pleased with all my providers If I have to find fault it would be the wait time to come in as a NP. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Everyone was friendly and efficient from the beginning. Scheduling was easy without too long of a wait to get an appointment. I arrived early and was called back within 5 minutes which I’m sure was because I had done the registration paperwork beforehand. Dr. Hennenhoefer was prompt and thorough with her exam and very friendly as well.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Hennerhoffer is an amazing dr. She has done everything she can to try to help me with my complicated medical issues stemming from cervical and spinal stenosis + severe osteoarthritis and numerous (R) leg hip replacement and hip revision surgery. She has done every thing she can do to help me from medications and referrals that she can possibly do. She and her staff are true assets to honorhealth.

Fantastic experience: I see Dr. Kumaraswamy for my spine and she is the Best. I recommend her to family friends and anyone who needs a caring Dr. who listens and makes a plan for you health with you. The staff is caring friendly and for me I never had a wait time. The facility is clean. If you need this type of specialist don't contact them to start your care plan.

Negative experience: Recommended here from ER on 27th Ave. Can't eat or drink keep heaving going on 3 days. I stated this when trying to set an appointment and they wouldn't give anything less than 6 weeks out. Who's going to live that long not eating or drinking and just heaving? Joke

Fantastic experience: Honor Health facilities are always extremely friendly & acknowledge you as soon as you enter regardless of what they are doing. I have been in many in the Anthem / Sonoran Desert & Dove Valley locations. From the radiology..( mammogram, x rays, CT scans, & ultrasound s) to the urgent care and the family practices...they are unbelievably consistent in their hiring of genuinely kind , intelligent, trained & down to earth individuals. The nurse's, front desk staff, temp check person at the door..& actual physicians...all of them actually ask questions, listen & make eye contact! Important to me, was that my Rx was ready at my pharmacy so fast it was great! They DO always confirm your preference on RX, and then eveything else is on file. No hassle. Period. I suggest the" urgent care online save -a- spot -check in," too. You can see exactly how long wait is. Tjen they CALL YOU when its 5 minutes from your turn! Try it out....I finally did. Ill never sit & wait & be miserable ever again. Honor Health is 100% the real deal. Thats my opinion. If you talk to them, u get answers.

Positive experience: The people up front were very pleasant but the doctor I had was a bit condescending. I think he works with kids a lot and he spoke to me in the same manner. Not super thrilled about that.

Negative experience: Good doctors and decent service... but they will bill you multiple times for same service and even after i have paid the bills and tried to call them Atleast 10-12 times leaving voicemails and contact number .. they sent a bill to collection that’s paid and now I have find a translator for the debt place to explain them as the bill is for non English speaking parent ... would not recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: The are a few separate HonorHealth medical facilities at this Glendale, Arizona location. Today, I accompanied a friend to the infusion facility. The parking is convenient and plentiful. The HonorHealth Infusion Center is very clean and modern. The front desk personnel are friendly and accommodating. The infusion area is decorated cheerfully and staffed with several caring medical professionals. The patient, I took for infusion therapy reflected the same sentiments.

Fantastic experience: I know it can be very difficult to meet the needs of everybody that has a medical issue, but everyone up front does a fantastic job keeping a smile on their face. I personally see doctor Winter and he is absolutely fantastic and has a wonderful bedside manner. he is also very good at explaining things the way that all of us who didn't go to medical school can understand. Dr Jose in urgent Care is great as well.
