Fantastic experience: I could not be happier with the results of my therapy. I went with diagnosis of sciatic pain and neuropathy. I would estimate my pain and burning have diminished by 90%. Nathan was my therapist. He is so personable, helpful and knowledgeable. He readily answered any questions I asked. Nathan also was able to make corrections to stance and or technique to ease pain in knees when doing some of the exercises. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the front desk and especially the therapy assistant trainers. They know who you are and keep track of your progress. Everyone at this location is very helpful.

Fantastic experience: This afternoon I met with Cailyn for an assessment. She's a complete absolute gem. In fact every person I dealt with who works there was. Cailyn was truly a compassionate person and on-point with what my medical records revealed. I was super impressed with her. I highly recommend this place....truly. Fantastic experience: If you want a place that quickly does your exercises and gets you out, this is not the place. My fiancé has been going here for his back and shoulder. The staff treats you like family. Andrew is his PT and Rob fills in if he’s out. Both are phenomenal. This place truly cares about the patients. They do other forms of therapy to help with pain. My fiancé is a jockey and has had many injuries. This has been his favorite place by far. The assistance staff also knows you by name and are also very friendly. They need to change their name to Foothills Family PT. That’s how you will be treated. Love this place.

Fantastic experience: Cailyn and Emily have made my time at Foothills amazing. Getting to know them and the team made me feel less like a patient and more like a friend to the people here. Additionally, the progress I’ve seen has been unbelievable. I could have never imagined being able to get back to being mobile as quickly as I have been. Everyday I feel some aspect of my leg getting better and better. They gave me exercises to do at home that allowed me to further my progress on my days off which definitely made a huge impact. Fantastic experience: Hello my grandmother has benefited from this physical therapy we highly recommend them. She improved a lot and is still seeking therapy. The people are knowledgeable experienced and helpful. The director was patient enough to work with my grandmothers vertigo after her stroke. With his treatment, her vertigo is finally gone! Fantastic experience: This is my second time that I’ve come to Foothills PT. I have had a wonderful experience both times at this location and the PT’s and Techs are wonderful. You really get to know everyone and they treat you like family. I worked with Ashley, Lori and Robert but all the PTs are great. If you are in need of PT I would definitely recommend this place!!

Negative experience: I love the staff. I love the physical therapy. I would have given it five stars, however, you ruined how we are greeted when we walk through the door. I don't like having to go to a computer screen to sign in to have some strange person question me from a video screen. Absolutely horrible that you added this! Please go back to having Emma and the other girls greet us! And when that happens I'll come back and leave a better review!

Fantastic experience: Andrew and Kevin are extremely passionate in PT. I came in as I was in a moderate car collision, and wanted some relief for my back. At Foothills PT, all of staff seemed to be really passionate about their jobs. They have the willingness to support you through any physical difficulties. I recently just got my x-ray back, for a torn rotator cuff. I will definitely be back if I end up needing surgery. Thank you staff for my relief and your excellent service!

I had a torn shoulder and it took me a year and 1/2 (off and on) of PT from this place to proudly say I WILL NOT require shoulder surgery!! I am totally blessed by the hand of God by Him pointing this wonderful team towards my rescue and rehabilitation. Could not be happier!

His suggestion to have a steroid injection after some PT sessions has resulted in complete pain relief in my right hip and knee! This has been an ongoing issue for many years. Fantastic experience: Various sports related injuries have landed me in PT offices over the last 30+ years. I was with my last Physical Therapist for 12 years until he left Arizona. His departure, and my most recent surgery, I was forced to find another Therapist. I needed someone that would push me as fast as I could manage and tolerate while at the same time rein me in so I wouldn't go too far and regress instead of progress in my therapy. Foothills was recommended to me so I gave them a shot. Not all recommendations are "good" but this one was exceptional. Andrew Songer and his team are exactly what I was looking for and needed after rotator cuff surgery. They are professional, caring, responsive, flexible appointment times, and the facility is clean with sufficient equipment. Andrew pushed me and changed up my Therapy as I progressed in my rehabilitation. Although I would rather never have to see Andrew again it's not a choice as it's only a matter of time before I'll be back to PT. The upside is when I do need PT after surgery Andrew is my guy, and Foothills is where I'm going when that time comes. I would highly recommend Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy, you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff from walking in the door to everyone assisting and my physical therapist were great. They were very caring and concerned for getting me back on the road to recovery They evaluate your progress along the way have you do progressive exercises and stretch the areas needed, as well as cold and heat therapy. I was provided guidance on changing how I did everyday things to assist in my therapy as well. They also have long hours and accommodate to your schedule. I would highly recommend this location for any physical therapy needs. Thank you Lori, Andrew, Kelly, and Nicole and all the assistants for getting me back stronger than before.

I am so happy with my results. Kevin was my PT. He explained everything he was doing. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, experienced. I even had dry needling done by him and it helped me as well. I will definitely go back there if needed and highly recommend them. The other people working with me including the office staff could not have been nicer!

Fantastic experience: I want to thank the entire team at Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy for the comprehensive and effective approach they all take to ensure the quality care of the clients they serve. When I met Andrew, I had undergone extensive shoulder rotator and bicep surgery and was not even able to lift my arm yet. What I found was a person that considered the details of my surgery when it came to establishing my treatment; and even more importantly listened to the fears I had at 57 years old trying to heal and maybe not getting back the full use of my arm. Honestly, I was not even aware of both the physical and mental toll it played on my day-to-day recovery. At every appointment I learned about every step of recovery from Andrew and his team. Brandon would challenge me when I was scared to try new things. He would show me variations of exercises that increased my success and soon I became more confident in my abilities. Some days I felt like this was working but then on other days I actually cried because I was not able to do what I had just accomplished the week before. Andrew and his team supported me where I was and taught me that recovery is not linear but up and down. They would again adjust my plan and just kept rooting for me in even the smallest of successes. I began to focus more on their support then I did with just the “outcome” of my arm. It was the mindset they all taught me that I believe kept me focused on each step of the process. I watched how they supplied this same effort with everyone in the facility and that also made the atmosphere in the building even that more wonderful. I could feel the energy when both staff and clients were working hard! I also want to say thank you to the front desk team that welcomed me and made insurance reauthorizations seamless. It was one less worry! Now After 6 months I can say that I am in such a great place because I learned what I am capable of. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Foothills PT in Glendale. I toured several facilities and selected this one, in part because of the kindness and caring nature of the staff. Being concerned about covid, the front desk was willing to work with me to find times where it was not too busy. The staff had a great sense of teamwork, empathy, and genuine drive to help me progress towards my goals. If someone saw I needed correction to what I was doing or additional instruction, they were right there to help. They gave good verbal and visual examples helping me to better understand what I was doing and why. This has also helped as I practice at home. Everyone from the PT Andrew, the assistants, and the front desk staff provided caring, knowledgeable, and individuated attention in helping me succeed.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed and treated successfully for tendonitis in my left elbow. Dr. Songer was professional, friendly, and efficient with his treatment. I was going on 4 months of discomfort prior to seeking treatment and noticed marked improvement within 2 weeks of therapy. Dry needling was very helpful with my therapy and I would highly recommend Dr. Songer for anyone needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have had great success here working with Kevin. He is extremely knowledgeable and has done a great job taking care of my hip. I was diagnosed with bursitis and tendonitis in the hip and IT band. Lo and behold, as a result of dry needling, we found some very deep muscle issues in the gluteus area, buried under other muscles. It has been extremely helpful. The staff here is wonderful, friendly, and always there if you need help. The scheduling staff are very accommodating if you need to change appointments. I would reccomend Foothills to anyone who needs help.

Fantastic experience: I went to Foothills Glendale for physical therapy on my knee. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kelly and Kevin. They gave me a very specific plan of care to get full motion back in a short time! The entire staff is great and the clinic is a fun environment! Jess and Kristen in the front office are wonderful! They are extremely knowledgeable and always greet you by name and with a smile! I highly recommend this clinic for any physical therapy needs!

Fantastic experience: Foothills Therapy is top notch. I came here because I didn’t just want another cortisone shot for plantar fascia at the foot doc. I wanted a longer term solution and PT was it. Foothills pays great attention to detail, strength, and growth for all patients. Their building is sanitary and someone is always cleaning something. Killer Kelly is the BEST savage of all. She is a wealth of knowledge and I loved asking her medical questions. She was never rushed in her responses or her treatments. Most importantly, she pushed for excellence within reason and was a good listener. She knew I was capable of more and got a lot out of me, despite my “complaining” of exhaustion. I didn’t meet one person in this whole place who wasn’t friendly and professional. Front desk employees are organized and so accommodating if I had to change appointment times. I hope I don’t have to come back to PT, but if I ever do I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The techs all work hard and have the best upbeat personalities to make your recovery that much better. The front office staff is always so friendly and will answer all your questions. Fantastic experience: Kevin and the team at Foothills restored my active lifestyle from a back injury that took its toll on every activity in my life. Before I started treatment I could barely get through an full day of work without being in complete pain. Now I’m back to daily activity, being a dad, and 8-10 hour days at work. Fantastic experience: I have had the blessing of having the Foothills family help me recover from several cancer related surgeries. I would not have been able to return to work as a fire captain without their help. The whole team came together to structure a comprehensive treatment plan that was safe, effective and fun. Fantastic experience: My mom received amazing treatment after both of her knee replacements. The therapists are very knowledgeable and caring. On one of the occasions that I was accompanying my mom for her treatment, I had a horrible migraine. It must have been noticeable because, they suggested “dry needling” to ease the pain. After the dry needling, my migraine was gone! This place has been a godsend. No more migraine medicine. When I feel one coming on, I call and can usually get in the same day. I would recommend this place to anyone with rehabilitation needs, pain or fitness goals. The staff is always positive and makes the visits enjoyable and effective. No need to put off your rehabs needs because of Covid-19, the staff is very clean conscious and everyone wears PPE.

Fantastic experience: Andrew is a great physical therapist! He was attentive to customizing the therapy I needed to get me back to being pain free and active! I had thought I may be headed to surgery or the very least injections for an impinged nerve in my neck! Therapy worked! I can’t say enough about Andrew’s professional and caring approach! Fantastic experience: When I walked into this Foothills facility one month ago, I didn't think I could be fixed. I was experiencing massive headaches on a daily basis for several months, which was preventing me from living my normal life. The lack of sleep kept me from having the energy to exercise or to concentrate in my job. My doctor recommended I seek physical therapy after taking several medical tests that failed to provide any answers. Going to PT was my last hope. Yesterday was my final day of therapy with Andrew and I'm amazed how good I feel. Part of my treatment included dry needling and I believe it was a major contributor to my fast recovery. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and helpful. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: About three months ago I had surgery to replace my right knee. My knee had been a mess for decades. The staff guided me through stretches and exercises to regain range of motion. We are now building strength. From the beginning the tech and therapists made me feel welcome and at ease. They know their trade. I am very pleased with my progress... but it is hard work. So it’s critical to be pushed a bit and then feel rewarded by the results.

Fantastic experience: I think Andrew and his crew at foothills sports therapy are great!!! Everybody is so friendly and really cares about your rehabilitation needs! Everybody addresses you by your name and is always smiling! They are very accommodating with life’s busy schedules! And now during Covid time, they are especially clean and safe! Fantastic experience: This is the best PT and sports med clinic I have ever been to, and I have been to quite a few. They are the reason I could finally run again after a decade of pain and injuries and surgery. I have come back for 3 separate issues and they have never failed me. The staff are all incredible. Every person from the front desk, to the exercise technicians, PTAs, trainers, and of course the therapists, are patient, kind, and compassionate, in addition to being enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They will listen to your concerns and tailor the training and therapy to your individual needs. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Before my second knee replacement, I needed physical therapy to correct a problem with the first knee replacement. It was a situation which the doctors had advocated for surgery. I was most reluctant to do a revision operation. Knowing this, when I came to Foothills at Glendale, they assessed the situation and proceeded to make recommendations, came up with a plan and treatment ensued. The plan was a success because they looked at all angles and made recommendations. My knee healed and functions normally. Andrew Songer was the therapist who did the initial consultation and directed the plan. All the tech people and therapists are insightful, thorough and very knowledgeable. Everyone conducts themselves professionally and are cordial/hospitable and encouraging. The women at the front desk are accommodating, businesslike, respectful and quite cheerful. Before my second knee replacement, a program was initiated to get my leg stronger before surgery. This plan, I believe, was very valuable for setting up a successful surgery. I began the second knee replacement therapy last week. The same opinion applies this time. What I like about this group is you are treated respectfully and listened to. You are a partner, not a caseload, no rote therapy. Everyone who comes in for treatment is attended individually according to their needs. My therapy for the second knee was quite different from my first knee. Kelly Zink has been my therapist throughout this adventure. She is insightful, patient and learns the nature of each patient. I added on stretch sessions, the additional cost being minimal, because I know that is a benefit to me. Kelly is good because she knows what will work with each person specifically. There are other services available for training and rehabilitation, not covered by insurance in all cases. In addition, everyone adheres to CDC guidelines for safety and protection. Everyone is masked. The tables are disinfected after each patient. So too is any equipment. Pillow slips are immediately exchanged for new ones after each use. Hand sanitizer is readily available to employees and clients. The floor is mopped routinely and there are no dust bunnies anywhere. I am stronger and move with more mobility each time I go to therapy. I would, without reservation, recommend this facility's team to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This FSMPT is top notch. Andrew helped tremendously with my initial neck/shoulder pain issue. After this issue was resolved, we started working on PT of my lower back before deciding to have spinal surgery performed. The core strengthening has helped with my recovery post-surgery more than I could have imagined, helping so much with basic tasks of sitting/rising/laying down. Everyone I have interacted with has been great; talkative if you want to talk, quiet if you just want to focus. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Fantastic experience: I had ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair surgery and soon started going to PT at this location. To say I was nervous and scared would be an understatement. I had never had an injury before but thankfully I was working with Ryan and Kelly who completely saved my knee. They helped me through all the small and large things and they are truly two of the kindest people. They are also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I had a remarkable experience and can't say enough great things about everyone at this location from PT's to aides to the front desk receptionists. 10/10 experience!

Fantastic experience: In the time that I have been coming in for physical therapy I have seen dramatic results. While consistency is key it is also important to have a good team of therapists involved in your care. Andrew and the therapists here are attentive to your needs. They also listen how to best provide great care. And hey don't forget to ask about dry needling, yes, it sounds scary but it sure does help improve movement.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving PT at this location since October. From the moment I walked into Foothills Sports Medicine in Glendale, I was greeted and made to feel welcome. There hasn't been a day that I felt I was just a client. From all of the front desk staff (each of whom are professional, personable and pleasant) to the PT techs (who are professional and supportive) to the Physical Therapists and Trainers (who are very knowledgeable and skilled) each has an important role that is designed to function around teamwork. I was referred to this location for my chronic back and knee pain by my daughter and I can say, unequivocally, that it is a decision that I don't regret. The notion that the best interest of the patient is the only interest to be considered is evident in the everyday actions and interactions between the staff and their clients. I have no doubt that if you are seeking Physical Therapy for your ailments this location will not disappoint.

Fantastic experience: I would unequivocally recommend Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy. Experiencing little to no relief after visiting several chiropractors, I determined to take a more active approach to my healing and came to FSM on a whim after a Pure Barre class. They got me in immediately and began working with me to develop a plan to alleviate the back pain I had experienced for the last three years. After three weeks of therapy, I am living a pain free life. Andrew is a master of his craft. He is empathetic and knowledgeable. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable as well. If one has to complete physical therapy, this is the place.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapy staff is extremely knowledgeable and have many skills and tools to use on their patients for effective treatments. I’ve had issues with my knee for the past three years and was about to give up. The Foothills staff has given me my strength back which has significantly decreased my pain. The front office staff are very helpful with scheduling and any questions you may have regarding billing etc. Overall, this clinic has a fun atmosphere and everyone is pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this group.

Fantastic experience: The team at Foothills are an amazing group of highly motivated, effective, and enjoyable people to spend my recovery time with. They customized a unique workout program to help me recover from an extensive Shoulder surgery. Fantastic experience: I came here after a foot injury. The staff was always very welcoming and efficient. They always treated me right away. The care was very beneficial. It was easy to schedule and get in. They got be back playing softball at the level I was at before surgery.

Fantastic experience: I limped into Foothills Sports Medicine 4 weeks ago with limited flexibility and pain in both knees from years of abuse due in part to my work. After a consultation with Ryan Schuler PT,DPT,CAFS he put together a program that I committed to 3 days a week. After one week I could feel a difference but pain persisted Ryan re-evaluated and made some adjustments in stretches and exercises that made all the difference in me walking out of there after 12 visits with the confidence I will be able to ski next season and work comfortably. With the aid of all the team members on staff the process was seamless from walking in the door to saying good by on the way out. Fantastic experience: Everyone from the front desk to the back is awesome! They are a great team! Kelly was awesome, she really took care of me and helped to get me so my hip doesn’t hurt anymore! Advice to anyone that does PT, make sure to do your home work outs as well, makes a lot of difference. I give them a 10+!!

Negative experience: Had a terrible experience with this clinic. Would not recommend this place at all. There billing department is horrible. They should be ashamed. Don’t go here

Fantastic experience: I came to FSM due to arthritis in my lower back. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and through slow and steady work with PT Ryan S. I now am able to move about freely without pain. Everyone on the staff from the front office to the techs and therapists were compassionate and motivating. This clinic practices all COVID related cleaning policies. They were a joy to work with and highly recommend this facility should the need arise
